A presente invenção refere-se ao aprimoramento introduzido no processamento de plantas forrageiras, particularmente milho e sorgo, para a produção de silagem, e respectivo produto obtido. O processamento constitui-se, no mínimo, das etapas de corte (2), picagem (3) e esmagamento (4) das plantas, sendo que esta última etapa deve ocorrer com o esmagamento dos grãos. A picagem e o esmagamento dos grãos são realizados em condições que proporcionem a modificação da estrutura dos grãos e da fração volumosa da forrageira (caules e folhas). O produto assim obtido apresenta maior exposição do conteúdo celular ao ataque dos microorganismos ruminais, proporcionando um aumento do valor nutritivo da silagem.

Ao conceber esta obra, Evaldo Aparecido de Abreu levou em conta o decreto que instituiu o Sistema Brasileiro de TV Digital (SBTVD), que lista entre os objetivos da tecnologia propiciar a criação de rede universal de educação a distância. Ele estudou as atividades que deve desempenhar o profissional responsável por adequar material didático impresso, como livros e apostilas, em material audiovisual, mais especificamente para explorar a interatividade da TV. De todo o processo, o livro analisa a etapa da transformação do conteúdo pedagógico em produto audiovisual, chamado de design instrucional. E destaca o papel que o coordenador geral dessa atividade deve desempenhar. A obra levanta questões como as características tecnológicas da TV digital e do middleware Ginga, o software promotor da interatividade, e discute métodos de adaptação do material didático para a TV digital. Inclui ainda reflexões sobre a importância da interatividade no desenvolvimento de projetos educacionais e sobre como estes podem contribuir para a melhoria da educação brasileira.

Padronização e melhoria de processos produtivos em empresas de panificação: estudo de múltiplos casos

An important tool for organizational change is the standardization of procedures for developing standards so that companies have greater control, thus providing a broad view of their processes and needs. This paper presents and analyzes a model of standard processes developed by the bakeries in PROPAN (Support Programme Bakery), detailing each stage of deployment to evaluate both its benefits for companies and employees and its shortcomings, to make proposals for improvements. Five bakeries were selected for this multi-case study, whose methodology consists of qualitative research using semi-structured interviews, on-site observations and document analysis. The main positive points of the model are the possibility of standardized recipes and procedures, a large decrease in wasted raw material and a significant increase in worker productivity. The main challenges are the lack of employee and owner commitment to the project, the lack of materials needed for deployment and the resistance of employees to change.

Benefícios dos relatórios de sustentabilidade na competitividade e melhoria da gestão empresarial: estudo de caso do setor automotivo

The increase of the world population and their consumption power requires companies to increase their production capacity to meet demand. This production process is often performed without control and degrades the environment. In view of the stiffness of the legal requirements and the increasing of environmental concerns, companies need to act in a sustainable way to continue existing. The main objective of this study is to investigate how sustainability reports that follow the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) can bring benefits to companies in the continuous improvement of its processes and the competitiveness of the sector. The sector chosen for the study was the automotive industry, due to its importance in the national economy and the significant impacts caused to the population and to the environment. The methodology consists of reading the GRI sustainability reports of companies and then performing a comparison among them and the bibliography of the subject. The results confirm the importance of the GRI sustainability reporting for companies and show how the selected indicators can contribute to the corporate management and to the control of its processes

Criação e implantação de procedimentos logísticos em uma indústria de móveis: estudo de caso

The Brazilian construction is with high production which resulted in many service industries and also for businesses that work in conjunction with it. For the furniture industries would not be different, since they are intimately involved with the construction. To meet the demand for furnishings in Brazil, some clusters of industries have developed in recent years, as in the case of Uba (MG), Arapongas (PR) and Bento Gonçalves (RS). For industries sector can always increase its production combining quality and customer satisfaction, is necessary for their production procedures are studied and improved every day. The aim of this research is to propose a solution for simple information system involving the issue of tracking parts of the furniture produced in an industry custom furniture that depend on outsourced services. The research occurred during four months of the year 2013 for the observation of the production of the industry, where possible observing interference could be carried out with the aim of obtaining improvements in the production line. Estudo comparativo entre MDF e MDP utilizados na indústria moveleira

The construction industry presents itself in growth, mainly due to the lines of existing incentives and tax credits established by the government, assisting the impulse to purchase real estate, building materials and furniture. Factors that promote and strengthen the sector's growth. With high demand from the furniture market, demand for higher quality and increasing technological advances, research is often undertaken in search of solutions for process improvement and product features, focusing on the production of materials less harmful to the environment, provision of raw press to lower cost, improve the production process and product development of cost-effective. This research focuses on the comparative study between two materials widely used in furniture manufacturing. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and MDP (Medium Density Particleboard). The subject provides the focus in furniture production, presenting and comparing data collected from three companies producing panels between physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials, also presenting some of the main factors of influence on the quality of the panels, their features and applications on mobile. The study shows the high potential of using the MDP (Medium Density Particleboard) in furniture designs, as well as MDF (Medium Density Particleboard), favoring the final terms of the project , resulting in better utilization of each material , avoiding waste and increase unnecessary cost . Currently, several projects are developed in MDP and MDF furniture, where there is no relevance to their characteristics regarding their limitations.
