As relações políticas para a implantação das primeiras emissoras de tv no Paraná na década de 1960

Em outubro e dezembro de 1960, foram inauguradas em Curitiba, respectivamente, as TVs Paranaense e Paraná. Assim, com dez anos de atraso em relação a São Paulo, foram ao ar em caráter definitivo as duas primeiras emissoras de televisão (TV) do Estado. Em setembro de 1963, entrou em funcionamento a TV Coroados de Londrina, a primeira do interior. Em 1967 e 1969, começaram a operar as TVs Iguaçu de Curitiba e Tibagi de Apucarana, ambas pertencentes ao então governador Paulo Pimentel e as primeiras concedidas pelo governo militar. Este artigo objetiva historiar, analisar e interpretar as relações políticas existentes entre empresários da comunicação e autoridades do poder federal – quase sempre intermediadas pelo Palácio Iguaçu – para a conquista das concessões destas cinco emissoras. Elas só foram concretizadas porque havia reciprocidade entre os interesses empresariais paranaenses e os projetos políticos dos mandatários nacionais.

Informação orgânica como insumo estratégico para a tomada de decisão em ambientes competitivos: estudo nas empresas do setor varejista situadas na cidade de Marília/SP

The focus of this research is centered on organic information production, sharingand use on the enterprise decision making process. The information on the present economy becomes value source for organizations. The organic information is produced on the organization s internal environment been a product of the activities made by execution its functions. Knowing the elements that involve this process gives a great help to managers once the decision making process is permeated by conflicts and different perceptions. Therefore, the organic information can reduce these conflicts on organizational contexts, because it reduces the uncertainness, propitiates more security and more trustworthiness to the decision making process, besides it gives dynamism to people s time involved on the process. The investigated universe was composed by the companies affiliated to Construnova Net, from construction material segment, located at Marilia Region s cities, Sao Paulo State, because it is an important segment which influences the local and regional economy. The methodological proceedings used are based on the qualitative approach which method is related to descriptive and exploratory research. As data collecting instruments were elaborated a structured questionnaire with closed questions and an interview s syllabus which contents are related to the research s aims. As analysis proceedings for the collected data and also to consider the qualitative approach it was chosen the Contents Analysis method from Bardin and more specifically the Categorical Analysis . Consequently, we conclude that it is deficient in production of organic information, or to produce documents that prove and control the activities that are developed within the organization is not satisfactory. This article presents and discusses the concepts found in the literature about informational culture, informational behavior, information management, knowledge management and competitive intelligence. It focuses the correlation among those elements and shows, from theliterature analysis, the importance of the informational culture for the development of competitive intelligence in organizations.

Desenvolvimento e caracterização de formulação cosmética contendo nanopartículas de dióxido de titânio para proteção solar

O protetor solar é um produto extremamente importante para proteger a pele da radiação ultravioleta proveniente do sol e capaz de reduzir a incidência de câncer de pele. Os filtros solares são divididos em orgânicos e inorgânicos e, dentre os inorgânicos, se encontra o TiO2 que atua refletindo, espalhando e absorvendo as radiações UV, além de ser fotoestável e de baixo potencial de irritabilidade dérmica. Neste trabalho foram desenvolvidas formulações cosméticas em forma de gel contendo nanopartículas de dióxido de titânio capazes de agir como fotoprotetores físicos e que mantem a transparência ao serem aplicados sobre uma superfície, como a pele. Foram desenvolvidos xerogéis a base de nanopartículas de TiO2 com tamanho e superfície controlados. A partir dessas nanopartículas foi possível preparar formulações cosméticas contendo nanopartículas redispersas de xerogéis a base de TiO2. Esses sistemas foram avaliados por testes de citotoxicidade e foi obtido um resultado favorável para a continuidade da pesquisa, sugerindo o uso deste material em humanos sem causar danos. Foram feitas as caracterizações físico químicas e estruturais. A análise de FPS indicou amplo espectro da formulação, o potencial zeta mostrou que é possível evitar aglomerações das nanopartículas em pHs utilizados para formulações tópicas, a reologia demonstrou que as formulações apresentam comportamento de recuperação da consistência e organização do material inicial após seu desarranjo durante o cisalhamento. As caracterizações serviram para obter um conhecimento da estrutura química e física das amostras que contém as nanopartículas de dióxido de titânio, para que seja possível fazer uma análise crítica e melhor qualificar o protetor solar desenvolvido.

A aglomeração urbana de Piracicaba: uma análise da integração funcional entre os municípios sob a ótica do movimento pendular

The growth area of cities has resulted in a phenomenon of conurbation (or expressing tendency). This correspond to a combine of two or more urban cores, there are formations of conurbations. In this way, there are the formations of urban concentrations and can achieve the step metropolitan or not metropolitan. Besides, this kind of expansion generates many social and environmental problems related about habitation, rubbish, drain, and others. Piracicaba, a city in expansion, recently, shows evidences of conurbation not metropolitan around itself. Like this, the paulista government, at June, 26 of 2012, institutionalized the Urban Concentration of Piracicaba, a regional unity, intending the administration along with 22 cities. However, for this fact, must be taken into account functional integration among urban centers, because the number of municipalities are presented to compose a urban concentration of level not metropolitan. It has checked along this research, according with proposition about 22 cities. Thus, the objective of this research is identify and analyze the functional integration among participating municipalities through the commuting, in other words, the spatial displacement of people, important factor to be taken into account when defining urban concentration. Considering the displacement routine people, the commuting, also aimed identify the flow of public transport intercity travel among the cities of Piracicaba Regional Unity. Then, analyze the criteria used for establish the Piracicaba Regional Unity, if it was considered technical character or if it was prioritized the political character. To conduct this research, it was done the literature review related to the theme and data collection related lines of intercity transportation and often travel with ARTESP and companies responsible for it service

Esta pesquisa busca identificar a corrente administrativa proposta para a gestão escolar e consequentemente o atual papel do diretor nesta instituição. Para tanto o estudo das teorias administrativas empresariais servirá de base para a compreensão dos conceitos que a norteiam à análise dos aspectos negativos de sua influência nas questões escolares e à possibilidade de sua utilização no sistema educativo. A escola, enquanto organização social tem o direito e a necessidade de ser administrada eficientemente, por um processo que considere a peculiaridade do seu processo produtivo. Desta maneira há a necessidade de que o gestor por ela responsável compreenda as particularidades do processo escolar e se utilize de uma(s) concepção(s) administrativa que potencialize seus resultados

O prosumidor e as Relações Públicas na era da convergência midiática

This study supports the role of Public Relations within Organizations, inserted in the context of the media convergence age, in which all the medias complement each other and can be used together to achieve a given goal. The approach is exposed after reflection on consumers’ specificity and identity, in addition to an approach about media convergence age characteristics, such as collective intelligence, participatory culture and affective economy. Throughout this paper, it is also discussed the concept of Transmedia Storytelling and how consumers and communicators stories have become especially important in the convergence age. In this context, consumers are understood as prosumers, since they infer and influence brands, organizations or products, by using words. We showed that, because of those prosumers narratives, an organization may became susceptible to their image destruction in a short period of time or get more acceptance and profitability. Thus, Public Relations presents itself as a communication professional that can use several corporate strategies in the relationship between organizations and their different target audience

O discurso do uso de animais nas pesquisas de Educação Física

It is possible in many countries, perhaps all, there is business groups of pharmaceuticals industry, cosmetics together with the universities that use animals in scientific research and testing for the creation of new products and medicines. Currently is growing discussion about standards and criteria for the use of these animals (guinea pigs) and also increases the number of debates on ethical issues in research with animal models. This research seeks to portray the reality of the use of animals in scientific research academic at the University, specifically to research in physical education, as it has used animals in the areas of Physiology of Sport and Physical Activity, Nutrition for Athletes, among others. Initially is shown the pre-reflection, exposing the laws governing the subject, treating the animal experimentation with regard to its history and the issues of speciesism and the methodological mistake. It reveals what it is and as is the use of animals in education and the inability of the student to change that reality, to refuse to participate in the cruel activity, and even they are aware of their rights as in the case of the withdrawal of consciousness. Presents researchers and universities not use animals and ends the pre-debate showing Who is really the most animal research at the university by providing alternatives for them. We conducted a literature survey on animal experimentation, research universities, and alternative methods. The following is the phenomenon in understanding and awareness of the researchers who use animals in their research, conducting a phenomenological analysis of his speeches, revealing the meanings of their animal research. The focus of this study is, therefore, the analysis of discourses of researchers who carried out research using animal experiments (guinea pigs). A influência das universidades públicas de São Carlos-SP na dinâmica do espaço geográfico: a importância da população estudantil para o setor imobiliário

The city of San Carlos is known to have important centers of research aimed at developing high technologies, which are: Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), the University of São Paulo (USP). Thus, the portion of the population of students who are not from the city of San Carlos, but it has to be present daily to provide their respective courses in San Carlos, has the need to rent property. The housing market, in turn, uses the application of capital to meet the demands of students and business is taking steps that make the production of space and provide new scope of the place, giving new meaning to the settings and new residents. This work goes towards understanding the students, social workers, boosting growth in this market and the influences of space and real estate agents and their actions materialized in space to meet this demand

Classificação de workflows baseados em web services

Over the last decades changes have occurred in communication within and between enterprises, made easier by technologies suchas E-commerce, Internet, ERP systems and remote meetings and there was a rapid progress in network technology, which has changed the way business is done. A standardized way to offer services over the internet is using web services. Web services are a kind of remote procedure call and are generally used to integrate systems, independent of language, both client and server. It is common to use several web services run in sequence to perform a business process. To this type of process, gives the name of workflow. Thus, Web services are the primary components of workflows. A tool that provides a way of visualizing the behavior of a workflow can assist the administrator and is required. The present work presents the development of a tool that allows the administrator to classify visually services components and evaluate their importance in the final performance of a workflow. As proof of concept we used several virtual servers and computers where each computer has received a set of web services. A proxy was added between each call of workflows collecting relevant information and storing them in a database for later analysis. The analysis was based on Quality of Service parameters
