The influence of muffin-tin approximation on energy band gap was studied using LMTO-ASA (Linear Muffin-Tin Orbital-Atomic Sphere Approximation) approach. Since the diverse data are available for LaX(X=N, P, As, Sb), they are presented in our research as an example in order to test the reliability of our results. Four groups of muffin-tin radii were chosen, they were the fitted muffin-tin radii based on the optical properties of the crystals (the first), 1 : 1 for La : X(the second), 1.5 : 1 for La : X(the third), and a group of radii derived by making the charge in the interstitial space to be zero(the fourth). The results show that the fitted muffin-tin radii (the first group) give the best results compared with experimental values, and the predicted energy band gaps are very sensitive to the choice of muffin-tin radius in comparison with the other groups. The second and the third delivered results somewhere in between, while the fourth provided the worst results compared with the other groups. For the same crystal, with the increase of muffin-tin radius of lanthanum, the calculated energy band gaps decreased, going from semi-conductor to semimetal. This again clearly indicated the sensitivity of energy band structure on muffin-tin approximation.

Eu3+ narrow band emitting EL device with PPV, Alq(3) as hole and electron transportation layers has been prepared. The emitting layer, which consists of PVK, Eu(DBM)(3) and PBD is formed by spin-casting method. A maximum luminance of 52cd.m(-2) is achieved from the device.

The swelling processes of an annealed poly (vinyl alcohol) membrane, a NaOH-crosslinked poly (vinyl alcohol) membrane, a poly (vinyl alcohol)-N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide irradiation-crosslinked membrane and a poly (vinyl alcohol)/poly(AMcoAANa) blend membrane were investigated. Water was preferentially sorbed by all four membranes. The selective sorption factor alpha(s) and the selective diffusion factor alpha(d) were defined, and were used to characterize the effects of sorption and diffusion on selectivity. The results have shown that preferential sorption has a marked effect on selectivity. The mean diffusion coefficients and pervaporation properties of the four membranes are also discussed.

本文首次合成了铕(Ⅲ)和铽(Ⅲ)与3,4-呋喃二甲酸配合物,研究了它们的IR、DTA、TG、DTG和荧光光谱等性质,并完成了单晶的晶体分析。结果表明,配合物为〔Ln·HL_2(H_2O)_2〕_2·2H_2O(Ln=Eu(Ⅲ),Tb(Ⅲ);H_2L=3,4-呋喃二甲酸),属单斜晶系,P2/c空间群,Z=2,晶胞参数对铕和铽配合物分别为α=10.842(1),10.801(4);b=8.725(2),8.664(2);c=16.366(4),16.308(6)A;β=93.50(1),93.67(3)°;V=1545.3(5),1523.0(8)A~3。

The unicellular green alga Haematococcus pluvialis accumulates a highly valuable ketocarotenoid, astaxanthin, under various environmental stresses. beta-carotene ketolase (BKT) plays a key role in astaxanthin biosynthesis in H. pluvialis. In this paper, an approximate 700 bp 5'-flanking region of the bkt gene containing a putative promoter was cloned through walking upstream. The results of the sequence analysis showed that this bkt 5'-flanking region might have cis-acting elements such as sterol regulatory element (SRE-1)-like motifs, the C-repeat/dehydration responsive element (DRE) and al-3 proximal element (APE)-like motifs, except for typical TATA and CCAAT boxes. The results of the P-galactosidase assay and the transient expression of lacZ driven by a series of sequential deletions revealed that a minimal promoter-like region might exist from -630 to -408 bp, and the highest promoter activity was observed to span the positions from -630 to -308 bp. The results of the site-directed mutagenesis of a C-repeat/DRE and two APE-like motifs in a promoter-like region (-630 to -308 bp) suggested that two APE-like motifs might be essential for transcriptional control of the bkt gene.

This study investigates the distribution of black carbon (BC) and its correlation with total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (I PAH) pound in the surface sediments of China's marginal seas. BC content ranges from < 0.10 to 2.45 mg/g dw (grams dry weight) in the sediments studied, and varied among the different coastal regions. The Bohai Bay sediments had the highest BC contents (average 2.18 mg/g dw), which comprises a significant fraction (27%-41%) of the total organic carbon (TOC) preserved in the sediments. In comparison, BC in the surface sediments of the North Yellow Sea, Jiaozhou Bay, East China Sea and the South China Sea is less abundant and accounted for an average of 6%, 8%, 14% and 5%, respectively, of the sedimentary organic carbon pool. The concentration of I PAH pound in the surface sediments ranges from 41 to 3 667 ng/g dw and showed large spatial variations among the sampling sites of different costal regions. The Bohai Bay has the highest I PAH pound values, ranging from 79 to 3 667 ng/g dw. This reflects the high anthropogenically contaminated nature of the sediments in the bay. BC is positively correlated to TOC but a strong correlation is not found between BC and I PAH pound in the surface sediments studied, suggesting that BC and PAHs preserved in the sediments are derived from different sources and controlled by different biogeochemical processes. Our study suggests that the abundance of BC preserved in the sediments could represent a significant sink pool of carbon cycling in China's marginal seas.

River discharges are the important freshwater and nutrient sources for Bohai Sea (BS), and have a profound impact on the local marine environment. In this paper, the annual cycles of nutrient and phytoplankton dynamics in 1980s were reproduced using a coupled biogeochemical-physical model. Based on the validated simulations, the nutrient limitation characters were further investigated by running the model with the riverine nutrient altered, first enriching nitrogen and then phosphorus. It was found that although the riverine N:P ratios in Yellow and Haihe Rivers were much higher than the Redfield number, the nitrogen enrichment was still able to enhance the algae bloom in Laizhou and Bohai Bays. On the other hand, the response of algae growth to phosphorus enrichment was not thus obvious, which suggests that the local phytoplankton dynamics was characterized by the nitrogen limitation. Simulations also show that the nitrogen enrichment is generally accompanied by the phosphorus consumption, so a shift from nitrogen limitation to phosphorus limitation may occur if such a trend continues. 该文从转化受体、转化方法、报告基因、再生途径、筛选方法等方面对裙带菜的遗传转化进行了研究,首先,分离并建立了裙带菜雌雄配子体的无性繁殖系,进行了裙带菜的不同再生途径的研究.进行裙带菜配子体孤雌生殖、孤雄生殖和雌雄受精的再生途径实验,结果没有得到孤雄生殖的裙带菜,孤雌生殖的效率低、时间长且发育不正确,雌雄受精的再生途径一个月左右90%以上的雌配子体都正常萌发成幼孢子体.确定在裙带菜遗传转化模型中采用雌雄受精的再生途径.该文初步建立了以雌雄配子体为受体,以基因枪法为转化方法,以SV40启动子为驱动元件,以雌雄受精为再生途径,以氯霉素、潮霉素或basta为筛选压力的裙带菜遗传转化模型.

The specific activity concentrations of radionuclides U-238, Th-212, and K-40 of 2300 sampling points in the Qingdao area were measured by an FD-3022 gamma-ray spectrometer. The radioactivity concentrations of U-238, Th-232, and K-40 ranged from 3.3 to 185.3, from 6.9 to 157.2, and from 15.8 to 7834.4 Bq kg(-1), respectively. The air-absorbed dose at I meter above ground, effective annual dose, external hazard index, and radium equivalent activity were also calculated to systematically evaluate the radiological hazards of the natural radioactivity in Qingdao. The air-absorbed dose, effective annual dose, external hazard index, and radium equivalent activity in the study area were 98.6 nGy h(-1), 0.12 mSv, 0.56, 197 Bq kg(-1), respectively. Compared with the worldwide value, the air-absorbed dose is slightly high, but the other factors are all lower than the recommended value. The natural external exposure will not pose significant radiological threat to the population. In conclusion, the Qingdao area is safe with regard to the radiological level and suitable for living.

Paraprionospio pinnata (Ehlers, 1901), a poorly known and potentially cosmopolitan polychaete, was examined from museum specimens and from collections in Jiaozhou Bay, the Yellow Sea. New observations indicate that previous Chinese records of P. pinnata are doubtful, and that Chinese waters contain at least three valid species of Paraprionospio, two are known and one is new. Paraprionospio inaequibranchia (Caullery, 1914) and Paraprionospio coora Wilson, 1990, previously misidentified as P. pinnata, are reported from Chinese waters for the first time. Paraprionospio crist'ata. new species, is characterized by having brown pigment patches on the prostomium, ventral crests on chaetigers 9 and 10, dorsal crests on the middle part of the body (from chaetigers 21-23, not beyond chaetiger 29). thin filaments on chaetiger 3, and bifoliate branchial lamellae.

利用高效液相色谱法测定尿囊素的含量,本文采用正交实验,对白刺种子尿囊素的提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明各因素对尿囊素的提取效果的影响程度为乙醇浓度>温度>料液比>提取时间>提取次数.从而确定白刺种子中尿囊素的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶12(W/V),提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1 h,重复提取3次.

在数量性状水平上,调查了43个春小麦品种的19个数量性状,利用主成分分析法计算品种间的欧氏平方遗传距离,并在此基础上用最小方差法做了聚类分析。发现43个品种间在数量性状水平上的遗传距离变异范围很大(0.926~67.942),平均遗传距离为18.000,说明供试品种的19个考察性状上存在较大的表型变异。从聚类结果来看,地方品种基本上被聚在一起,说明地方品种同引进品种和育成品种至少在表型上存在较大差异。从20世纪40年代以来,在数量水平上甘、青两省春小麦地方品种间的遗传多样性水平最高(GD=31.389),其次是20世纪50年代引进品种(GD=26.308),而育成品种间的遗传多样性水平最低,总体上呈下降趋势。说明随着育种进程的深入,作为育种目标追求的经济性状趋于一致,其变异集中在一个狭小的范围之内,品种间的遗传多样性下降。
