This paper searches to present Hegel’s understanding of pain and suffering. It was taken as source of investigation Hegel’s Encyclopedia of Philosophical Sciences in which pain and suffering are also considered. The fi rst step was to identify the references of pain and suffering in the original text, i.e., in German and then compared with the Portuguese translation here used. The analysis followed the sequence of Hegel’s text as it mentioned the terms pain and suffering. It can be said that for Hegel pain and suffering are posed by the rational man according to the historical determinations and the relations that are established. So, there is no meaning in pain and suffering themselves but only through the relations that they create and create them as well. Neither the empirical manifestation nor the interpretation can resume the all meaning that pain and suffering may have. The totality of empirical and interpretative approaches reveals the full signifi cance of pain and suffering that can be seen in the human.

Apontamentos críticos para o tratamento da questão ambiental na perspectiva da emancipação

The belief in the existence of an ecological crisis that would affect the future of the planet, is one of the factors that causes the appearance of ecological concern, resulting in the adoption of non-predatory consumer practices and more respectful relationships with non-humans beings. This study starts from the assumption of the existence of an environmental question, and aims to investigate some of the cultural causes of human predation and identify possible ways in which environmental question can be treated critically to search overcomes. Follows the reasoning that western society as a complex of social relations, the capitalism, as a mode of production utilities and rational right, are all consequences of the modern rationality, cognitive and moral logic that transforms people and nature in satisfaction instruments of individual interests. However, despite being identified as the causative root of environmental question, modern rationality takes with it enough to promote the development of ecological respect, necessary in confronting and overcoming the environmental question, as it will be applied as a principle in redefinition of the relationship of human beings with themselves and with nature. And modern rationality can also make capitalism more efficient in the use and reuse of materials so as to consume fewer resources on the planet to satisfy human needs.

Interações entre docentes da licenciatura em física em grupos de planejamento conjunto: uma análise a partir da teoria do Agir Comunicativo

Os saberes docentes na prática pedagógica da educação física

Tendo como objetivo identificar as práticas pedagógicas que dão sustentação a Educação Física na escola buscou-se averiguar, nesse processo educativo, quais são os saberes que as fundamentam. Na busca dos dados utilizou-se como procedimentos metodológicos o estudo de natureza qualitativa do tipo descritivo exploratório, tendo no questionário o instrumento para a coleta de dados e na analise de conteúdo a apreciação dos resultados encontrados. Com relação aos saberes e a teoria que fundamentam a prática pedagógica dos participantes no estágio observou-se, nas descrições, de um lado a emergência do saber experiêncial neste contexto, trazendo subjacente a ele os saberes da formação embasados pelas disciplinas/matérias pedagógicas. Entretanto, por outro lado, a categoria genérico (no que diz respeito às teorias que fundamentam esta prática) apareceu como um registro no fato de que os participantes têm muita dificuldade em elucidar com clareza as teorias que lhes dão suporte. Embora reconheçam, genericamente, que são os conhecimentos do curso que os embasam em suas ações, como as abordagens de ensino, não apontaram de forma clara quais são denotando talvez um limite da licenciatura. Com relação ao saber da experiêncial não deixa de ser relevante este aspecto presente na prática pedagógica desse professor principiante, considerando se tratar que a socialização primária permeia a formação desse professor, podendo se dizer que há um saber prático do qual emana uma epistemologia de conhecimento em construção pautada numa racionalidade prática.

This paper aims to address initially the implications and consequences of the planned use of image reading in classrooms of Art in the early years of elementary school. Enumerating some contributions to enrich and develop narrative skills, descriptive, analytical and interpretative. With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . Avaliação da estratégia de controle de enchentes através de reservatórios de detenção de águas pluviais na sub-bacia do Alto Tietê - São Paulo

A rápida expansão do espaço urbano no Brasil ocorreu e continua ocorrendo, geralmente, de forma desordenada e sem perspectivas imediatas de ordenação das práticas de uso e ocupação do solo. O planejamento da ocupação do espaço urbano, baseado na racionalidade capitalista, embora englobe fundamentos interdisciplinares, na prática tem sido realizado dentro de um âmbito mais restrito do conhecimento, desconsiderando aspectos fundamentais dessa dinâmica. Essa situação tem resultado em grandes transtorno e custos para a sociedade e para o meio ambiente, atingindo diretamente os sistemas de drenagens urbanos e resultando no crescimento dos eventos de cheia. Assim, o planejamento urbano vem buscando alternativas que possibilitem o alcance do desenvolvimento urbano sustentável. Neste sentido, este trabalho objetiva avaliar qualitativamente a implantação reservatórios de detenção implantados no alto curso da sub-bacia do Alto Tietê, de modo a avaliar os problemas apresentados através da realização de um inventário dos avanços atingidos na incorporação destas medidas no gerenciamento dos sistemas de drenagem nesta subbacia.

This work is aimed at examining the paradox of modernity, from the opposition between Enlightenment ideals and historical events that followed, especially during the twentieth century, as well as to study the impact of mismatch on Bioethics, adopting as a reference epistemological critical theory of the Frankfurt School. Bioethics presents itself as a shaky science, devoid of references, and primarily impacted by the emptying of ethics. The reason desubjectivation established by and exacerbated by modern enlightenment, was able to erect dark scary for humanity and promote barbaric practices in the name of a science that promises order and progress. This paradox and the fallacy of reason enlightened by scientific advances are wide open, always accompanied by ethical and moral returns scary.
