Actualmente, para las empresas es de suma importancia realizar una valuación adecuada de los inventarios, ya que este elemento genera un impacto directo en los resultados financieros de la empresa, lo que a la vez repercute en el cálculo de impuestos. El presente trabajo de investigación surge, a raíz de la necesidad de conocer, la incidencia que genera la aplicabilidad financiera en aspectos fiscales, específicamente en el impuesto sobre la renta, incorporando como elemento influyente en dicho impuesto, el inventario de una empresa gasolinera. Los objetivos que se persiguen con la investigación, es la propuesta de un método de valuación de inventarios, de los que se establecen en la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera para Pequeñas y Medianas Entidades, que les permita a las empresas gasolineras, generar una base imponible apropiada, en el cálculo del impuesto sobre la renta, permitiendo así dar cumplimiento técnico de lo exigido por el Consejo de Vigilancia de la Profesión de Contaduría Pública y Auditoría, de adoptar normativa internacional en su contabilidad, y cumplimiento de la legislación fiscal del país en cuanto a los métodos de valuación de inventarios permitidos. Además se busca presentar la metodología de aplicación que se utiliza al seleccionar dicho método. Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se utilizó una metodología con tipo de estudio hipotético deductivo. Las técnicas de recolección de información utilizadas fueron la documental y de campo. La primera consistió en recopilar diversa información a través de fuentes como: Libros, otros trabajos de investigación, páginas web, etc. Para la investigación de campo, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, la cual fue dirigida a la administración de las empresas en estudio, en donde se identificó que las empresas no realizan análisis fiscal, antes de seleccionar el método de valuación de inventarios a utilizar, y que además, la mayoría selecciona el método, por el conocimiento que posee sobre el mismo, dejando de lado, los análisis correspondientes para dicha selección. Lo anterior afirma la necesidad de crear una guía de aplicación con el método de valuación de inventarios que genere un equilibrio entre la determinación del impuesto sobre la renta y la presentación razonable de los resultados financieros de la empresa. Para efectos de una mejor comprensión del tema, se desarrolló un caso práctico correspondiente a una empresa gasolinera, donde se han considerado compras y ventas de gasolina, a precios reales sugeridos por la Dirección General de Hidrocarburos y Minas, para el período en estudio. Al finalizar el trabajo de investigación se concluyó que el método que genera una adecuada base imponible para el cálculo del impuesto sobre la renta y que además permite la obtención de un margen razonable de utilidad es el método del costo promedio. Por lo que se recomienda a aquellas empresas gasolineras que están por seleccionar un método de valuación de inventarios para aplicar en su empresa, seleccionen el costo promedio. Y aquellas que utilizan otros métodos de valuación, pueden valorar el cambio de política de valuación de inventarios, y comenzar a utilizar el método de costo promedio, ya que de esta manera estarían mejorando su base imponible del impuesto sobre la renta.

Efforts in research and development of new technologies to reduce emission levels of pollutant gases in the atmosphere has intensified in the last decades. In this context, it can be highlighted the modern systems of electronic engine management, new automotive catalysts and the use of renewable fuels which contributes to reduce the environmental impact. The purpose of this study was a comparative analysis of gas emissions from a automotive vehicle, operating with different fuels: natural gas, AEHC or gasoline. To execute the experimental tests, a flex vehicle was installed on a chassis dynamometer equipped with a gas analyzer and other complementary accessories according to the standard guidelines of emission and security procedures. Tests were performed according to NBR 6601 and NBR 7024, which define the urban and road driving cycle, respectively. Besides the analysis of exhaust gases in the discharge tube, before and after the catalyst, using the suction probe of the gas analyzer to simulate the vehicle in urban and road traffic, were performed tests of fuel characterization. Final results were conclusive in indicating leaded gasoline as the fuel which most contributed with pollutant emissions in atmosphere and the usual gasoline being the fuel which less contributed with pollutant emissions in atmosphere

Among the different types of pollutants typically attributed to human activities, the petroleum products are one of the most important because of its toxic potential. This toxicity is attributed to the presence of substances such as benzene and its derivatives are very toxic to the central nervous system of man, with chronic toxicity, even in small concentrations. The area chosen for study was the city of Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte, where samples were collected in six different areas in the city, comprising 10 wells located in the urban area, being carried out in three distinct periods March/2009, December / June/2010 and 2009, and were evaluated for contamination by volatile hydrocarbons (BTEX - benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes), so this work aimed to assess the quality of groundwater wells that supply funding for public supply and trade in the urban area of the city of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte, contributing to the environmental assessment of the municipality. The analysis of BTEX in water was performed according to EPA Method 8021b. Was used the technique of headspace (TriPlus TP100) coupled to high resolution gas chromatography with selective photoionization detector (PID) and flame ionization (FID) - model Trace GC Ultra, Thermo Electron Corporation brand. The procedure adopted allowed the detection of concentrations of the order of μg.L-1. Data analysis with respect to BTEX in groundwater in the area monitored so far, shows that water quality is still preserved, because it exceeds the limits imposed by the potability Resolution CONAMA Nº. 396, April 2008

Among the potentially polluting economic activities that compromise the quality of groundwater are the gas stations. The city of Natal has about 120 gas stations, of which only has an environmental license for operation. Discontinuities in the offices were notified by the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Norte to carry out the environmental adaptations, among which is the investigation of environmental liabilities. The preliminary and confirmatory stages of this investigation consisted in the evaluation of soil gas surveys with two confirmatory chemical analysis of BTEX, PAH and TPH. To get a good evaluation and interpretation of results obtained in the field, it became necessary three-dimensional representation of them. We used a CAD software to graph the equipment installed in a retail service station fuel in Natal, as well as the plumes of contamination by volatile organic compounds. The tool was concluded that contamination is not located in the current system of underground storage of fuel development, but reflects the historical past in which tanks were removed not tight gasoline and diesel

In this study, was used a very promising technique called of pyrolysis, which can be used for obtaining products with higher added value. From oils and residues, since the contribution of heavier oils and residues has intensified to the world refining industry, due to the growing demand for fuel, for example, liquid hydrocarbons in the range of gasoline and diesel. The catalytic pyrolysis of vacuum residues was performed with the use of a mesoporous material belonging the M41S family, which was discovered in the early 90s by researchers Mobil Oil Corporation, allowing new perspectives in the field of catalysis. One of the most important members of this family is the MCM-41, which has a hexagonal arrangement of mesopores with pore diameters between 2 and 10 nm and a high specific surface area, making it very promising for use as a catalyst in petroleum refining for catalytic cracking, and their mesopores facilitate the access of large hydrocarbon molecules. The addition of aluminum in the structure of MCM-41 increases the acidity of the material, making it more positive for application in the petrochemical industry. The mesoporous material of the type Al-MCM41 (ratio Si / Al = 50) was synthesized by hydrothermal method starting from the silica gel, NaOH and distilled water added to the gel pseudobohemita synthesis. Driver was used as structural CTMABr. Removal of organic driver (CTMABr) was observed by TG / DTG and FTIR, but this material was characterized by XRD, which was observed the formation of the main peaks characteristic of mesoporous materials. The analysis of adsorption / desorption of nitrogen this material textural parameters were determined. The vacuum residues (VR's) that are products of the bottom of the vacuum distillation tower used in this study are different from oil fields (regions of Ceará and Rio de Janeiro). Previously characterized by various techniques such as FTIR, viscosity, density, SARA, elemental analysis and thermogravimetry, which was performed by thermal and catalytic degradation of vacuum residues. The effect of AlMCM-41 was satisfactory, since promoted a decrease in certain ranges of temperature required in the process of conversion of hydrocarbons, but also promoted a decrease in energy required in the process. The growing world demand for energy supplied by fossil fuels, a major contributor to the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere and causing environmental problems, has been encouraging governments and international organizations to reflect and encourage the use of alternative renewable sources. Among these new possibilities deserves attention biodiesel, fuel cleaner and easy to reproduce. The study of new technologies involving that source is necessary. From this context, the paper aims at analyzing the thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis, of the waste generated from atmospheric distillation of mixtures with ratios of 5, 10, 15 and 20% palm biodiesel in diesel with and without addition of BHT antioxidant. It was synthesized biodiesel through palm oil, via homogeneous catalysis in the presence of KOH, with and without the use of BHT and subsequently added to the diesel common indoor type (S1800) from a gas station BR. The diesel was already added with 5% biodiesel, and thus the proportions used for these blends were subtracted from the existing ratio in diesel fuel, resulting in the following proportions palm oil biodiesel: 0% (B5), 5% (B10), 10 % (B15) and 15% (B20). From atmospheric distillation analysis, performed in mixtures with and without BHT were collected residue generated by each sample and performed a thermal study from the thermogravimetric analysis at a heating rate of 10 °C.min-1, nitrogen atmosphere and heating to 600 ° C. According to the specifications of Resolution No. 7/2008 for biodiesel, it was found that the material was synthesized in accordance with the specifications. For mixtures, it was noted that the samples were in accordance with the ANP Resolution No. 42/2009. Given the TG / DTG curves of the samples of waste mixtures with and without BHT antioxidant was able to observe that they showed a single stage of thermal decomposition attributed to decomposition of heavy hydrocarbons and esters and other heavier constituents of the waste sample weighed. The thermal behavior of residues from atmospheric distillation of mixtures of diesel / biodiesel is very important to understand how this affects the proper functioning of the engine. A large amount of waste can generate a high content of particulate material, coke formation and carbonaceous deposits in engine valves, compromising their performance

Aiming to reduce and reuse waste oil from oily sludge generated in large volumes by the oil industry, types of nanostructured materials Al-MCM-41 and Al-SBA-15, with ratios of Si / Al = 50, were synthesized , and calcined solids used as catalysts in the degradation of oily sludge thermocatalytic oil from oilfield Canto do Amaro, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Samples of nanostructured materials were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TG / DTG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), absorption spectroscopy in the infrared Fourier transform (FT-IR) and adsorption nitrogen (BET). The characterization showed that the synthesized materials resulted in a catalyst nanostructure, and ordered pore diameter and surface area according to existing literature. The oily sludge sample was characterized by determining the API gravity and sulfur content and SARA analysis (saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltenes). The results showed a material equivalent to the average oil with API gravity of 26.1, a low sulfur content and considerable amount of resins and asphaltenes, presented above in the literature. The thermal and catalytic degradation of the oily sludge oil was performed from room temperature to 870 ° C in the ratios of heating of 5, 10 and 20 ° C min-1. The curves generated by TG / DTG showed a more accelerated degradation of oily sludge when it introduced the nanostructured materials. These results were confirmed by activation energy calculated by the method of Flynn-Wall, in the presence of catalysts reduced energy, in particular in the range of cracking, showing the process efficiency, mainly for extraction of lightweight materials of composition of oily sludge, such as diesel and gasoline

La estación de servicio “La Americana S.A.S” ha sido una de las primeras estaciones de servicio ubicada en Bucaramanga, dedicada a la comercialización y distribución tanto de gasolina como de los diferentes repuestos y accesorios para los vehículos, razón por la cual desde su fundación y hasta nuestros días, ha venido prestando un servicio destacado, efectivo y cumpliendo siempre con la demanda del mercado proporcionalmente a su consumo. Del mismo modo dicha experiencia dentro de este sector ha producido que con el transcurrir de los años, algunos entes privados y gubernamentales en su mayoría hayan querido hacer acuerdos y negociaciones organizacionales con dicha estación de servicio; claramente este tipo de alianzas estratégicas y negociaciones son de gran importancia ya que le dan el reconocimiento respectivo a La Americana y es así como esta organización recibe periódicamente ganancias y dineros fijos. Resultado de los acuerdos anteriormente mencionados, cabe resaltar que la mayoría de las ventas que realiza esta estación de servicio son producto de las compras hechas por los vehículos pertenecientes a las entidades gubernamentales y privadas en convenio; es importante mencionar que todas estas ventas se realizan vía crédito y por ende la cancelación del servicio correspondiente se hace uno o dos meses luego de prestado el servicio. Así mismo también se ha logrado evidenciar que el consumo por parte de los automóviles particulares con el transcurrir del tiempo se ha disminuido drásticamente debido a diversos factores (geográficos, competitivos y de procesos) tanto internos como externos y siendo una razón para que el total de las ventas y posteriores utilidades no sea el esperado. De continuar esto así en un futuro la empresa podría incurrir en serios problemas que afecten su participación dentro de este mercado. La alta dependencia de las ventas a crédito (entidades públicas y privadas) y la disminución continúa de las ventas de contado (particulares) está ocasionando que la Americana desde ya hace un tiempo tenga baja liquidez financiera y baja rotación de inventarios, así como la disminución considerada de sus utilidades, razón por la cual creemos que la implementación de un modelo de mercadeo así como la creación de un sistema para el conteo y supervisión de los inventarios ayudara a La Americana a poder superar esta pequeña crisis y poder ser una empresa perdurable durante los próximos años .

Os trabalhadores da pesca artesanal em geral são donos dos meios de produção, utilizam, em sua maioria, pequenos barcos alguns movidos somente a remo que denominam de caíque - pequenos barcos a motores - uma versão dos caíques adaptados com motores movidos a diesel ou gasolina que são de fácil manutenção e baixo custo. Tem se, também, os barcos de médio e grande porte que para serem considerados de pesca artesanal devem ter sua capacidade máxima de 10 toneladas de pescado transportando no máximo 10 pescadores e a relação de trabalho e de parceria tanto nos lucros quanto no prejuízo. Em sua maioria a atividade artesanal se concentra na pesca da sardinha e do camarão, pois possuem um bom valor de mercado e consumidores certos. Mas também se encontram outros barcos especializados na pesca de arrasto (mas conhecidos como traineiras). Busca-se com essa pesquisa compreender o circuito produtivo da  pesca artesanal, recorrendo a conceitos tais como trabalho, economia informal, organização territorial do trabalho.
