Estudo da utilização do extrato aquoso de barbatimão (Stryphnodendron barbatimão, M.) no ensino de química

No presente trabalho, foi investigado o comportamento do extrato aquoso da casca de barbatimão (Stryphnodendron barbatimão, M.), como indicador em titulação ácido-base. No controle do pH, foram utilizadas soluções-tampão de Clark e Lubs preparadas de acordo com Ohlweiler⁹. Os espectros de absorção molecular na região do visível foram obtidos para a determinação do comprimento de onda dos máximos de absorção. Efetuaram-se vários tipos de titulações envolvendo ácidos e bases de diferentes forças. Os pontos de equivalência foram determinados com o indicador natural, e tiveram concordância com os obtidos pelo método potenciométrico. Os resultados indicam que o extrato aquoso da casca de barbatimão apresenta potenciabilidade didática aos conceitos básicos de equilíbrio químico para estudantes de 2º grau e para cursos de Química Geral. Verificou-se, ainda , a aplicabilidade do extrato na avaliação do cumprimento da lei de Lambert-Beer, bem como o uso de espectros de absorção molecular para cursos de Química Analítica Instrumental.

Ensino a distância: um estudo de caso utilizando ferramentas modernas no ensino de técnicas estatísticas

In recent years it was possible to see a considerable growth of distance education, while the classroom teaching had a more modest growth. Thus, maintained this scenario, it will not take long for the quantitative indicators of distance education outweigh the classroom education. The distance education is evolving rapidly and changing traditional methods of acquiring knowledge and reduce inequalities caused by isolation and distance from large urban centers. This work aims to develop a videolesson and analyze its application in the teaching of statistics to a class of students of FEG, using modern techniques of distance education. To that end, was record a videolesson and developed two assessment tools, one practical and the other qualitative. The results showed that students prefer to follow the resolution of examples, with high degree of difficulty, and the audio recording is a key to the proper understanding of the same. In addition, students consider important mainstay of distance education, the fact that you can attend a class several times, whenever you need it, anywhere

Autoeficácia de professores do ensino fundamental: um estudo a partir dos memoriais de formação

The practice of teaching is a complex, dynamic and challenging. Several obstacles are faced by educators, among them, excessive workload, classrooms with large numbers of students, reducing the support team manager etc. These experiences call into question the belief that such teachers have in their own ability to teach and motivate your students, including those with the greatest difficulties. Studies show that this belief, called self-efficacy, mediates the action of teachers and are related to the goals, persistence and motivation of teachers. The teacher self-efficacy is formed by direct experience, by observation, persuasion and psychophysiological states. The objective of the study is to identify aspects of the formation of self-efficacy teacher in-service teacher. This is a documentary study, after online search using the keywords memorials training and school as keywords, was found eight jobs at the State University of Campinas, two of which were dropped from the analysis due to not meeting the pre-established criteria. The data were organized into spreadsheets for analysis specifically designed for the study, considering the theoretical framework proposed by Bandura (1997) and Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk Hoy (2001). The results indicate that family support throughout schooling, the role of teachers as models from basic education and teaching experiences are widely cited in memorials analyzed. These results offer from further reflections, indicating contribute to discussions on the formation and performance of teachers regarding the ability to teach, especially in the early years of elementary school

This work is a study and a repost on a possible way that can be worked together Mathematics and Native Language, presenting activities for the middle school, trying to make teaching more interesting, dynamic and playful. The work presents proposal for activities based on stories from the book “O Homem que calculava” by Malba Tahan, with questionnaires to be answered by the students and guidance for teachers on how to apply these activities in the classroom.
