Pol��ticas educacionais dos anos 1990: a quest��o do fracasso escolar

O presente trabalho consiste numa an��lise te��rica das pol��ticas educacionais delineadas a partir dos anos de 1990, mormente nos oito anos do governo Fernando Henrique Cardoso, com o objetivo de verificar se os principais documentos legais, planos e a����es, elaborados no per��odo, enfrentam a quest��o do fracasso escolar no ensino fundamental, considerando ser este um dos grandes desafios da educação brasileira. A an��lise documental envolve o estudo (i) das distintas concep����es de fracasso escolar; (ii) da legisla����o b��sica promulgada no per��odo, examinando a) a Constitui����o Federal de 1988 e as emendas constitucionais referentes �� educação b) a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional 9.394/96 e as leis que alteraram o texto original c) a Lei n�� 9.424/96 que trata do Fundo de Manuten����o e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e de Valoriza����o do Magist��rio (FUNDEF); (iii) dos planos de educação, examinando a) O Plano Decenal de Educação para Todos - 1993-2003 b) o Plano Nacional de Educação ��� PNE 2001-2010 ��� Lei n�� 10.172/2001 e (iv) dos Programas para corre����o do fluxo escolar, em especial o modo como se operam o sistema de ciclos e de progress��o continuada, por consider��-los como importantes a����es governamentais utilizadas para o enfrentamento do fracasso escolar por boa parte dos sistemas escolares. O exame da legisla����o e planos objetiva destacar artigos ou trechos que demonstrem preocupa����o, discutam, ou indiquem a����es para a resolu����o do problema do fracasso escolar. Os dados estat��sticos sobre repet��ncia, abandono e evas��o escolar subsidiam a an��lise da tem��tica. With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . It is noteworthy that throughout the twentieth century in Brazil , where he fought for educational policies that were to solidify the construction of teacher identity , but the gains have largely remained restricted to the issue of educational reforms and a roster of disciplines , called pedagogical varnish . F��sica de part��culas no ensino m��dio: uma an��lise de materiais para apoio did��tico

This work consisted in analysing five materials which mean respect to subjects related to Particle Physics, aiming to explore their potentialities for the use in the High School levels, particularly by physics teachers. On this perspective, we sought to describe the contents of each material and point out their potentialities as material of didactic support. They are: 1. The purpose of Secretaria da Educação do Estado de S��o Paulo, presented in the Teacher's Guide of the Program S��o Paulo faz escola; 2. The Game Sprace Game, elaborated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN); 3. The book O discreto charme das part��culas elementares, written by the professor Maria Cristina Abdalla; 4. The video O discreto charme das part��culas elementares, based on the book of Professor Maria Cristina Abdalla which was produced by TV Cultura in association with the Minist��rio da Educação e Cultura��� (MEC). The book Part��culas elementares no ensino m��dio: uma abordagem a partir do LHC written by Wagner Franklin Balthazar and Alexandre Lopes de Oliveira, from the collection CBPF - T��picos de F��sica. The work was constructed on a qualitative perspective, that is, it did not attempt to quantify the help that each material could offer to Physics teaching. One sought to describe and analyse, from different theoretical frames, their potentialities for the use in the High School level. The results indicate that all the materials analysed can contribute to the Physics teaching, and beyond, as they own format and approches distinct from the subject, they can be used as a whole or in parts, together or separately, depending on the objectives to be reached and on the profile of the target public
