O presente artigo discute algumas questões relativas à produção da subjetividade a partir do referencial esquizoanalítico de Deleuze e Guattari. Optamos por discorrer sobre o assunto procurando não nos prendermos, na medida do possível, em conceitos e jargões técnicos. Iniciamos com uma parte mais teórica, na qual colocamos em tela algumas das idéias centrais da Esquizoanálise e sua perspectiva de formação da subjetividade, que entendemos como sendo a argamassa de constituição do mundo, abrindo caminho para uma parte mais prática, na qual analisamos o conto O Espelho, de Machado de Assis, de acordo com a ética estética de valorização da vida que entendemos ser a Esquizoanálise.

Esta pesquisa visa estudar a produção da subjetividade no contexto institucional de um Seminário Católico. Este estabelecimento funciona em regime de internato no qual atualmente 70 seminaristas estudam Filosofia durante 3 anos, numa etapa preparatória para o sacerdócio. Pesquisamos o funcionamento da vida institucional através da observação participante e utilizamos entrevistas semi-estruturadas para entender como o seminarista experiencia sua vida. Os resultados preliminares indicam que a vida no contexto institucional do Seminário produz diversas modalizações da subjetividade nos seminaristas internados no estabelecimento: há uma perda considerável de autonomia pessoal, da liberdade de ir e vir, agir e decidir, originando comportamentos de dependência excessiva, de resistência à mudança, de conversão ao papel proposto, de rivalidade fraterna. A contradição detectada entre o aparelho repressivo e o discurso participativo parece produzir nos indivíduos características marcadas pela clivagem e pela recusa.

Dans cet article on cherche à identifier les effets de l'institutionnalisation dans la production de la subjectivité dans un établissement scolaire total. La recherche est basée sur le roman «O Ateneu » de Raul Pompeia, analysé à partir de la théorie de Goffman (1961-1987) relative aux institutions totales. on décrit l itinéraire moral que le personnage Sergio développe, à son entrée à l'internat, évoquant les vicissitudes par lesquelles il passe dans ce contexte institutionnel : période d'adaptation, crises évolutives, initiations sexuelles, problèmes de rivalités, etc. les établissements totaux semblent s'organiser d'une façon caractéristique et fonctionner de manière autonome. on pourra comprendre les problèmes sociaux et les effets sur la subjectivité produite par les institutions totales par l étude des relations de pouvoir subjacentes à ces types d'établissements. Le temps pendant lequel un individu vit comme interné peut laisser des marques profondes dans sa subjectivité et se configure comme un thème personnel approprié.

Neste artigo, apresentamos um caso da literatura relativo ao internato escolar por meio do qual exemplificamos e discutimos alguns aspectos da violência e subjetividade na instituição total. Utilizamos as análises de Goffman sobre as instituições totais e algumas hipóteses psicanalíticas a respeito da agressividade para a leitura de O Jovem Törless , de Robert Musil. Instituições totais parecem ultrapassadas, mas elas persistem na atualidade: FEBENS, asilos, orfanatos, conventos, prisões, quartéis, manicômios, seminários para formação de padres, etc. Nossa pesquisa visa ao desvelamento do modo de funcionamento dessas instituições e a explicitação de seus efeitos na produção da subjetividade daqueles que delas participam. Concluímos que no paralelo que podemos estabelecer entre os fins educativos do internato escolar e os objetivos terapêutico-correcionais do hospital psiquiátrico e da prisão, existe mais do que uma simples analogia.

Neste artigo, estamos procurando recuperar alguns estudos de Goffman, lidos a partir das discussões atuais da análise institucional, das contribuições de Michel Foucault relativas à microfísica do poder e das investigações de alguns pesquisadores quanto à produção de subjetividade nas instituições de Saúde Coletiva. Goffman, apesar de não estar munido dos recursos teóricos de tais pesquisadores, já era capaz de explicitar em suas análises muito mais do que provavelmente imaginava articular. Acreditamos que Goffman já produz acuradas cartografias do dispositivo manicomial, descrevendo toda uma geografia do poder na instituição total, atento aos detalhes da rotina cotidiana. Suas investigações da dimensão intrainstitucional desses dispositivos continuam atuais e eficazes para a compreensão da produção da subjetividade no contexto institucional. Também encontramos muitas ressonâncias notáveis entre Goffman e Foucault.

Neste artigo, estamos desenvolvendo um estudo relativo às instituições totais. Pesquisamos no romance O Ateneu de Raul Pompéia quais são os dispositivos disciplinares produtores de subjetividade no contexto institucional. Trata-se de uma análise institucional tomando como campo de pesquisa um caso da literatura, pautada pelos referenciais de Goffman e de Foucault. Goffman diz o que são e como funcionam e indica o que produzem as instituições totais. Foucault, por sua vez, nos revela como são possíveis as instituições disciplinares e quais as razões de sua emergência. A leitura de Goffman a partir das análises de Foucault pode nos proporcionar um enriquecimento fecundo na compreensão dos processos de produção de subjetividade na sociedade contemporânea e, de modo específico, no contexto das instituições totais. Goffman analisa as práticas não-discursivas, ele as articula com grande sutileza, fazendo falar os detalhes mais pitorescos e aparentemente insignificantes do cotidiano institucional: percebemos então o plano microfísico das relações intra-institucionais, mergulhando nas diferentes estratégias nas quais o poder se ramifica, circula, domina e produz saberes e sujeitos.

Este artigo apresenta dados preliminares e discussões de uma investigação em psicologia social sobre a produção da subjetividade eclesiástica. Utilizando o instrumental teórico da análise institucional, estudamos o dispositivo pedagógico seminário. Nosso campo de pesquisa é um seminário católico de teologia, onde vivem 50 seminaristas em regime de internato, na etapa final de preparação para o sacerdócio, os quais, uma vez ordenados, passarão a ocupar posições de relevância que consistem na coordenação de comunidades paroquiais amplas. Os dados foram obtidos por meio da observação do cotidiano institucional. Apresentamos algumas conclusões preliminares. Encontramos fortes contradições entre os discursos oficiais e as práticas cotidianas no seminário teológico.

Nesta pesquisa, investigamos as transformações vividas por uma comunidade afetada pela construção de uma usina hidrelétrica no rio Paraná. Utilizando procedimentos da etnografia, realizamos várias visitas à comunidade, reassentada numa vila planejada e construída para substituir a antiga vila que foi submersa. Estabelecemos contatos com os moradores mais antigos e produzimos, com eles, diálogos entabulados em situações diversas, como em visitas às próprias casas e rodas de conversa ocorridas nas calçadas. Nas falas dos ribeirinhos, a mudança do espaço é sentida como algo negativo, em todos os planos da vida. Ressentem-se da perda do rio, da pesca farta, da caça realizada nas matas, das terras férteis cultivadas nas barrancas, da socialidade e de toda produção de subjetividade que mantinham naquele lugar marcado pela proximidade com o rio e suas águas.

This thesis, which is entitled Registration discourse of subjectivity homo affective in G Magazine, is proposed to describe / interpret modes of subjectivity that is set in the discourse of homo affective confessions, recorded in letters addressed to G Magazine. The study is based on the theories of Discourse Analysis French, with a focus in the discussions Foucaultian remarkably discursive practices that produce meanings about the processes of subjectivity and sexuality. Methodologically, the research is of appreciative/qualitative character and falls in the field of Applied Linguistics (LA), at a press that the historical and cultural reality of the subject, establishing dialogues with many other fields of knowledge, which deal of the subject matter of speech and sexuality. Data analysis indicates that the magazine G Magazine works as a discursive space, where individuals on condition that homosexual, take it as the place that it gives security to talk to you, it's worrying, because the nature of the journal it suggests a belonging to the same discursive formation - that of homo affective . Thus, some of which are felt constructed for the investigation of the letters selected for this study showed that the forms of subjectivity of such homo affective are emerging in the game of the bans, the other is that as a subject of sexuality and to materialize in operation the confession. These homo affective, in a gesture of incessant registration of alternatives to be subject to its own truth of their sexuality, to seek his party in the case, the psychologist, a referral, a "light" that can guide them in an attempt to get rid of the forms of to subject. Helena is the romance of perishable and discontinuous title character denominator of a dialectic that does not consume and build the narrative by sequential fragmentation combined with episodic frame. The novel is a lightning stroke to the romantic literary project. Therefore, this study aims to find "objective" elements of the novel that would constitute a conception of literary nation proposed by Machado de Assis, as in classical writing, where women are engaged as a metaphor for the nation by a non-cultural heroism, as the example of the Greek myth of Helena, where the feminine represents a mythical image of the nation. The paper's theoretical conception of the history of Walter Benjamin, that is, that is constructed as an allegorical appeal, the conclusions about the disciplinary society of nineteenth century of Michel Foucault, the construction of the nation as a subtle game to remember and forget of Wander Miranda and the rhetoric of death and loss reflected in the speeches of the cultural heritage of José Reginaldo Santos Gonçalves, which allow you to analyze the work permeated by subjectivity and existential conflicts by Machado, who has it arranged in dialectic with the avant-garde literary romanticism and realism. In this relationship with the Greek myth of Helen, explained that characters with the nickname of Helena in Machado's work are not uncommon. As in classical Helena, Machado s Helena uses three rhetorical are the cause of the seizure of the nation. In this game of remembering and forgetting, in the daily plebiscite, Machado draw ideal images that forged our mythical past and commitment to the future. This dissertation aims at investigating the book Ariel (1965), written by Sylvia Plath, as a kind of performative and ritual poetry that fragments and reconstructs the personal experience, manipulating the memory of the autobiographical body as a way to rehearse and restore subjectivity. We propose that, in Ariel, the hyperbolic, transcendent and parodic transfiguration of real episodes, used as literary substance, corrupts and subverts the specular idea of a confessional truth usually related to the writer s work. Our objective is to examine signs of confluence between Sylvia Plath s poetry and performance art, departing from de idea that the spectacularization of the self, the exhibition of private rituals, the theatricalization of autobiographical circumstances and the undressing of one s craziness and vulnerability are mutual procedures to the poet and the perfomer. Simultaneously unfolding between the inside and the outside of the poem, Sylvia Plath s real suicide and the death and rebirth rituals performed in the literary text appear as symbolic elements that might reveal the performer s liminal space, where reality and representation coexist, and where the performative testimony does not frame only the real subject s body but also his/her infinite possibilities of being restored through art.

This work is inserted to Applied Linguistic studies, concerned to the understanding that language is a social practice, bringing a qualitative research, discussing essential aspects that involve the subject and his/her discursive practice: signification and valuation. Due to this, we have elected as subject study, the sense and values attributed to the verbs make out and date searched on the articles written in the Vestibular 2005 process promoted by the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), that had the following instruction: In a relationship, is it better make out , just date , or, both, make out and date ? This research is based on the Circle of Bakhtin s dialogic theory, as well as in the notions of instability in the affective relationships nowadays and in the individualization and multiplicity of contemporaneous subjectivity. Those papers are important to analyze the meaning and values that the verbs make out and date present, nowadays, as expressions of an affective relationship and how this situation can interfere in the positions of subjectivity in a formal instance as a vestibular. Those textual productions reflect those relationships, confronting temporary ones, whose discuss is marked, in general, by social voices that evaluate to make out negatively and to date positively

The work aims to analyze high school students utterances, in reading diary discursive genre, starting from the language concept proposed by the Bakhtin Circle. The genre in question has peculiar characteristics which justify its choice for this work, especially with regard to subjectivity marks, that reveal, through the ideological clash, positions on various issues. From the utterances selected for the corpus, categories were created, during the research, according to the guidelines of Guba and Lincoln (2006), Mazzotti and Gewandsznajder (1998) and Amorim (2002), for whom the research in human sciences cannot be based on pre-established categories. We consider diary as a discursive genre (BAKHTIN, 2010a), which carries the characteristics of composition, style and content. Other concepts of the Circle, concerning to utterance, dialogical relations, social voices, responsiveness and exotopy also formed the basis for the study. Moreover, during the analysis of the utterances that compose the corpus of research, we used the concepts of discursive polemics (BAKHTIN, 2010b) and Framework (2010a). At the end of the research, we realized that the assessment situation of students, the fact that they are in an institution whose policy follows national documents, based on diversity and plurality, and live together in a classroom space where there are differences of social class, age, and finally, different realities, were not sufficient factors for this diversity be well accepted in their positions. Thus, their utterances bring voices that demonstrated a difficulty in accepting others that are different from themselves. In view of this, we conclude that teachers need to be prepared to handle these discourses, creating strategies for mediating these dissonant voices, with which must make contact every day at school

Settled within the realm of a problematization towards teaching and learning the Portuguese language, this study aims to investigate the way how the Portuguese Language discipline is dealt with in Secondary School. We propose specifically to analyze the orientations of the official documents concerning the educator practice, examining the way the PCNEM proposal is approached in the didactic book, identifying the treatment given to language questions, analyzing the way the teacher uses the didactic book and verifying the relations between the official approach and the pedagogical practice. The analysis takes into account the several discourses concerning school literacy, considering the various political-educational instances which institutionalize the teaching of the mother tongue - where we locate the teaching that is wanted . In what teachers and students say in their activities and concerning them - the realm of the teaching that is performed - we presuppose that there are signs of the principles - or conceptions - that orientate what they understand by language, teaching and learning. Such evidences are considered within the interrelation of the enunciative places where this literacy is promoted: the public policies concerning education - focusing the language questions - the academic researches about those questions, the educator formation and capacitation and the very school practices in the complexity of their discoursive inter-subjectivity. The principles - or conceptions - are pursued in what is said (or not) about what is done (or not) in the classroom when dealing with the Portuguese Language. The corpus is made up of oral and written texts produced in Portuguese classes in the Secondary School at a public school in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Situated in the realm of Applied Linguistics, the research is conducted in a qualitative and interpretative perspective, following the ethnography of communication procedures and the contributions of the Functional Linguistics. In the observations, language conceptions were discerned, among others, besides beliefs and representations where the theoretical and practical aspects, professional roles, expectations and uncertainties were diluted.

This present thesis has the object to study the discursive constitution the teacher s subjectivities of practice permeating the sections of the magazine Nova Escola between the years 2000-2005. Problematizes how the teacher s subjectivities are produced facing the discourse of truth, which effects establishes a program for autonomist professional development in a perspective of neo-liberal governmentality. Then from this uneasiness arises some requisite questions: in the new century how teacher s subjectivities are discursively produced in magazine s sections Nova Escola during those five years of governmentality? In which perspective the discourses throughout government documents in related with professional development reflect in the linguistic-discursive repertories adopted by Nova Escola? How the experts belonging to the cadre from and/or guests from the magazine, seeking equip discursive the teacher s subjectivities for the XXI Century? Therefore, this paper objective is to examine the linguistics strategies used to produce these subjectivities at magazine s sections, what it admittedly teaches another method how to be teacher; and also it analyzes the discursive practices that compound and set boundaries to the autonomist professional development proposed by sections the magazine; describe technologies used by experts to equip and conduct of conduct the teacher to govern the self. This research is inserted theoretically in the field of Applied Linguistis, to the Cultural Studies and about the contribution of Michel Foucault s theories and methodologically in the perspective discursive interpretative. The results seek to show that the teacher s subjectivities are produced by many technologies of the self, traversed by government discourses and ratified by discursive practices of the magazine s experts. That discourse, without any oppressing or authoritarian connotation, opens space for practice of Freedom and self guiding to both constitute the subjectivity process of the teacher in the XXI Century s path
