A iniciação à docência como uma das etapas da formação inicial em educação física

A partir de mudanças culturais e legislativas, a formação profissional tem passado por alterações no que concernem espaços, modalidades e suas especificidades. São observadas então, mudanças desde os Projetos Político Pedagógicos de cursos de formação de professores, assim como o incentivo do governo à programas de Iniciação à docência, como o PIBID. Com isso, o objetivo desse trabalho foi o de levantar os principais problemas referentes ao ensino de educação física na escola e se um programa de iniciação à docência poderia vir a ajudar na formação inicial do futuro professor. Através de uma pesquisa exploratória, usando como instrumento a fonte documental, esse trabalho analisou relatos de participantes de um grupo PIBID na Universidade Estadual Paulista- Campus Rio Claro, no curso de Educação Física e explorou as influencias desse projeto na formação inicial, comparando-o com a disciplina de Estágio Curricular Supervisionado. Foram encontrados resultados que permeiam problemas estruturais e conceituais referentes à disciplina de Educação Física Escolar, e que corroboram para um declínio de ensino da área, além de resultados significativos que tanto o projeto, como a disciplina de estágio, pôde oferecer aos alunos na construção de sua identidade profissional

Formação continuada e progressão na carreira docente: o caso de um município do interior paulista

Como os professores do município focalizado vêem a formação continuada? E ainda: como lidam com essa questão dos cursos para progressão na carreira? Com quais objetivos fazem os cursos? Se é que fazem? Como ficam sabendo? Em que condições eles são oferecidos? O que esses professores acham da qualidade dos cursos? Da duração? O que efetivamente esses cursos mudam em suas práticas? Acham importante fazê-los, não acham? É possível afirmar que para os docentes, a progressão continuada não existe para suprir falhas da formação inicial conforme o discurso político atual, mas ela existe, para acrescentar e atualizar o conhecimento do professor perante as inovações tecnológicas. Por meio da análise do estatuto, verifica-se que ao olhar do município é condição sine qua non a realização dos cursos de progressão continuada na progressão da carreira para atender ao discurso vigente (má formação inicial do professor). Neste sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é verificar qual a importância da progressão continuada para os docentes, além disso, analisar, identificar e entender os mecanismos que levaram um município do interior paulista a elaborar um novo Estatuto do Magistério com Plano de Carreira. Para a constatação dos objetivos citados acima foram realizadas entrevistas com profissionais envolvidos na elaboração do Estatuto, bem como com aqueles profissionais que são regidos pelo mesmo, ou seja, os professores do Ensino Fundamental I.

Formação do professor de Educação Física: análise da constituição da identidade docente no processo de estágio curricular supervisionado

A formação profissional é uma área de estudo que procura, através de estudos sistematizados, entender, entre outras coisas, os processos que se dão na constituição do ser profissional, os saberes que se produzem e as identidades que se formam. Especificamente na área de Educação, analisar a formação dos professores é de suma importância para refletirmos a respeito das práticas profissionais. Há alguns anos a temática da identidade docente ou identidade profissional vem sendo discutida na área de educação. De acordo com André (apud ALVES et al., 2007), os temas identidade e profissionalização docente apareceram como temas emergentes de pesquisa no início da década de 1990. Já no ano de 2003, do total de teses e dissertações defendidas sobre formação de professores, verificou-se que 43% dos temas eram sobre a identidade docente (ANDRÉ, 2005 apud ALVES et al., 2007). Além disso, Pimenta (2002) acrescenta que, na mesma época, os estudos sobre a formação inicial e contínua, repensadas a partir da análise das práticas pedagógicas e docentes, se revelaram uma demanda importante. Sendo a identidade docente um tema relevante para a área da Educação, é considerável a reflexão acerca dela bem como o levantamento de questões pertinentes que viabilizem o debate. Nesse trabalho buscamos analisar a constituição da identidade de futuros professores na fase de pré-ensino através dos seguintes objetivos: (a) Averiguar no processo de formação do professor de Educação Física as dimensões da docência que são exercitadas por ocasião dos estágios curriculares supervisionados de Prática de Ensino e; (b) Identificar nos relatórios e trabalhos de campo da disciplina Prática de Ensino e também por meio de questionário, as principais dificuldades que são assinaladas neste processo de formação, bem como na passagem de estudante-estagiário... This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. As atividades circenses e a formação continuada de professores: análise de um processo

Circus activities have formed over the years as an important content to be exploited by the teachers in the school environment, and current projections, the inclusion of circus activities in physical education classes has been presented and defended by several authors. That being so, the objective was to offer a continuing education program thematising circus activities having as research focused on the analysis of this training process, as well as their implications, contributions, opportunities and challenges for teacher pedagogical practice. The research, qualitative, was developed in two phases: a questionnaire for physical education teachers working in public schools in order to highlight the reasons for the absence of most of the teachers in the training program. The second phase included the development of the continuing education program content circus activities in the continuing education of physical education teachers, the two teachers in the school environment, as well as analysis and reflection of teacher participation in the training program, described in daily class and daily meetings ending this step with a final interview. Participated in the study, 13 physical education teachers of the municipal school system of a city of São Paulo, of which only two teachers participated in the development of the training program in schools. The teachers manifestations through the questionnaire and participation in the training program showed that teachers make themselves available to participate in continuing education programs, however, the priorities of each teacher (such as family, leisure or other chores) can demarcate difficulties in establishing common to all teachers moments, preventing the effective participation of teachers within the continuing education programs. On the other hand, the school is set up as a rich space of experiences and exchanges of experience, contributing to the development of continuing education programs

Educação e economia solidária: contribuições da pedagogia da alternância para a formação dos catadores de materiais recicláveis

This text presents the Pedagogy of Alternating methodology, highlighting its contribution to re-think the formation of catadores of recycling materials (rubbish collectors). Whereas the use of this approach in the urban area is unusual, the goal of the article is to initiate a debate to promote further elaborations. Initially an overview of the Pedagogy of Alternating is presented and the main instruments used in this approach are commented. Two theoretical and methodological issues are indicated as challenges for catadores formation: the relations between Education and Work and the relations between Theory and Practice. The need to overcome dichotomy between these dimensions of human activity (that predominates in today's society) is defended. The catadores work reveals the exclusion of these workers of less organized sectors of production chains, with few opportunities to obtain better income and qualification. Overcome this gap requires an intense training to turn the catadores in recycling workers . To reach this goal the implementation of Alternating experiences between study and work in cooperatives and schools is not enough. A deep transformation is needed over the ways and subjects of both study and work, in order to create emancipating activities that promotes a full development of these workers.

O papel do teletandem na formação de professores de espanhol

Este estudio tiene como objetivo observar las contribuciones del teletándem en la formación profesional de profesores de español/LE. Para este fin, hemos utilizado grabaciones de sesiones en chat y tareas derivadas de las interacciones en este ambiente, entre alumnos brasileños y uruguayos. El enfoque metodológico utilizado para la recopilación y el análisis de los datos está vinculado a la hipótesis de la investigación cualitativa, de carácter interpretativo. Los datos analizados demuestran que la participación en el proyecto ha contribuido al desarrollo profesional del futuro profesor de español/LE, ya que las actividades complementan la calidad de la formación académica.

Parceria entre universidade e escola pública: Pibid e Núcleo de Ensino e suas contribuições para a formação inicial dos licenciandos do curso de Pedagogia FC/Bauru

The initial teacher training can be enhanced with the participation of undergraduates in specific programs aimed at the relationship between the university and the primary education system, such as Pibid and Education Center, promising initiatives that aim to strengthen the transition from student paper the teacher. Given the importance of such programs, we analyzed in this study the impacts of the partnership between university and public school in initial teacher training of undergraduates and graduates of UNESP in Bauru, specifically in the Faculty of Education. The programs selected as objects of study of this research to draw together teaching, research and extension to enhance the link between licensing and school environment promoting the experience of concrete situations of teaching even during training, are seeking to consolidate a horizontal relationship between university and public school to both involved understand and contribute in some way to solve the dilemmas faced by the education system. In addition to identifying the similarities and singularities between programs and analyze the contributions of those in initial formation, we attempted to verify what challenges and solutions were experienced by students during the participation in the projects. In general, it can be said that participation in programs such as Pibid and Education Center are key to improving the quality of initial teacher training

Formação docente e o ensino da educação física junto às crianças com 6 anos de idade no 1º ano do ensino fundamental: a perspectiva dos professores de educação física

Since there are few physical education teachers working in kindergarten, now, due to the elementary school for nine years - getting children 6 years of age, this seems to be a challenge for teachers. Therefore, interested in mobilizing efforts to understand how your training is on this new context, and how is this entry of students from 6 years old in elementary school. From the perspective of the physical education teacher who is acting in this context. In this sense, the objective of this study was to analyze teacher training and teaching of physical education among children 6 years of age entering the first grade of elementary school from the perspective of physical education teachers who work in this field. This study was guided by the principles of qualitative research, making the collection through semi-structured interview, 11 participated in the investigation of physical education teachers working in the first grade of elementary school. The categories of analysis that have emerged from our study were: 1 Teacher training; 2 The 9-year elementary school for children 6 years of age; 3 Teaching physical education in early childhood education: Reflections on its limits and its possibilities. We can point out that physical education in school is still recognized as unimportant, although the LDB 9394/96 art. 26 § 3, have given your requirement, this is not enough to change the scenario that presents itself. School is still considered by many as a space in which the body is separated from the cognitive. Therefore, for many, the play of children is worthless and physical education is worthless. Teachers interviewed here reveal that has focused efforts on making a better quality of physical education, especially among children 1 year, trying to meet their expectations and need characteristics of the universe of childhood
