O vazio da uni��o das culturas nipo-brasileira: projeto no bairro da Liberdade-SP

The work aims at an architectural project in the neighborhood of Liberdade in Sao Paulo, from analysis of the spread of Japanese culture in Brazil. Within this theme, the paper focuses on the Japanese urban space and the search for an identity of the Japanese, besides the problems that the neighborhood has. The architectural design is justified by the need for spaces of rest, meetings and green areas, where people can get away a bit of pace that the neighborhood has. The source of this research is based on bibliographic references, reviews of other projects, investigating the experience of urban space and the richest source of contributions that were the memories of living in Japan for eight months. The expected result is the visualization of the project through sketches, experiments and artistic designs for the chosen location

Interven����es psicol��gicas no sistema familiar de adolescentes em liberdade assistida: relatos de experi��ncia

This report comes from psychological appointments to families of teenagers within the socio-educational approach of Assisted Freedom. The interventions were carried out to give teenagers the pertaining feeling to a family back and to manage conflict situations. The method included interviews and home appointments with the whole family, appointments in family groups within the institution and also with an available psychological attendance for urgent and emergent matters. In the mediator psychologist view, getting along with the family decreased teenagers feelings of abandonment and also their negative actions. Study results demonstrated the relevance of the proposal to improve the quality of the relationship between adolescents with their family, school and society in which they belong.

Gon��alves Dias, o ��ndio e a liberdade

This article presents a reading of the poem ���O canto do guerreiro��� written by Antonio Gon��alves Dias. The aim is to show the existence of a dialogue between the literary���representation of the Brazilian���indigenous and the concept of natural man, by Jean Jacques Rousseau. Going beyond a reading upon a romantic nationalism view, such dialogue makes explicit the poet��� conscience of his hole in Brazilian Romanticism and, at same time, gives a universal dimension to his poetic work.

Entre o c��rcere e a liberdade: apostas na produ����o cotidiana de modos diferentes de cuidar

This paper presents some reflections about the challenge of the Psychiatric Reform (RP) and the National Policy of Humanization (NHP) to change modes of production and health care. Starting at observations about the current scenario , marked by a conservative tendency, the author seeks to explain the care that has freedom as a principle and ethical requirement and that compulsory admissions represents a worrying setback in the public mental health policy. At the end the author points out that both policies (PNH and Mental Health) are bets which are produced in nooks and crevices of the conservative model, which represents an immense challenge.

Anum n��o canta em gaiola: estudo sobre as rela����es entre educa����o em arte-cultura e priva����o de liberdade

Este estudo buscou compreender tra��os da trajet��ria hist��rica e filia����es te��ricas na constru����o da Funda����o CASA, logo, no significado da priva����o de liberdade em medidas socioeducativas. A partir disto, refletimos sobre o modo como as pr��ticas educacionais art��stico-culturais, aparecem enquanto elementos desestabilizadores da ordem, confrontando e sendo confrontadas pela l��gica persecut��ria, comportamentalista e punitiva, inerentes ao ambiente carcer��rio. Neste contexto, a pesquisa investigou a tensa rela����o entre o canto do anum e as gaiolas, ou seja, a educa����o em arte-cultura e a priva����o de liberdade. Para tanto, realizamos um estudo bibliogr��fico que colocou em di��logo: documentos institucionais como o Estatuto da Crian��a e do Adolescente - ECA, o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo - SINASE e Regimento Interno da Funda����o CASA; com produ����es te��ricas que permitiram a reflex��o e auxiliou na compreens��o da complexidade destas rela����es como, Lo��c Wacquant, Michel Foucault e Roberto da Silva, sobre o sistema carcer��rio; Stuart Hall, Frantz Fanon e Muniz Sodr��, sobre identidade cultural e cultura negra; Paulo Freire e Boaventura de Souza Santos sobre educa����o, e por fim, nossas mem��rias enquanto arte-educador que, h�� mais de dez anos, atua diretamente com adolescentes em diversas unidades desta institui����o. Enfim, buscamos responder a inquieta����o central deste trabalho: Como se d��o os movimentos de captura e esquiva entre arte-cultura e priva����o de liberdade? Com a inten����o de contribuir com processos de reflex��o e constru����o de pr��ticas educacionais direcionadas aos adolescentes encarcerados
