This paper aims to discuss and reflect the trajectory of inclusive education in Brazil, for such it is important to bring as she is becoming. The notion of inclusion is directly related to the right to equal that from the eighteenth century marks the social constructions and political ideas and social relations stuck on democracy and / or equality in the world, as well as in Brazil. But what is presented in the practice of social relations today is as an equal and non-homogeneity and recognition of identities, cultures and specific needs of each. Inclusion and integration are being discussed all over the country, but it's still a fact that deserves more involvement by all actors of society. She was raised primarily in the form of laws, decrees, documents, and now gaining ground in academic research showing the differences between the two terms, and finally is reaching the school, although it is still insufficient participation, with regard to transformation of the trader concerned with working in a school for all, along the lines of an egalitarian society with respect for diversity. To this end this paper argues the importance of continuing education in all areas of knowledge for the implementation of public policies actually everyone regardless of their differences.

n this paper I pose some questions that I systematized after taking part in a colloquium proposed by the National Conference on Education (CONAE 2010) to discuss the theme “Environmental Education and Curriculum Contextualization”. Regarding public environmental education policies, I try to indicate some perspectives that are both coherent with what Brazilian educators and environmentalists have been proposing and considered necessary for the consolidation of an Articulated National Education System. I present a synthesis of the environmental education proposals systematized in the CONAE Reference Document, which was designed as a guide to state and local conferences. I make an effort to carry out a preliminary analysis of both the process and the content of the public environmental education proposals systematized in the Essential Documents (Volumes I and II), Thematic Plenary Meeting Documents, and Final Document. Furthermore, I try to present a short synthesis of the prevailing tendencies of educational policies in Brazil in the last decades, pointing out the meaning and need of social activism for the construction of public policies for education, in general, and for environmental education, specifically.

The statements can also be concluded that the continuing education actions will not achieve its objectives if they are not accompanied by public policies direct to improve living and job conditions of the teachers.

The article shows how the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Brazil and India occurred, and why the industry in these two countries, which until the 1970s were much alike, today show significant differences. The historical analysis of the trajectories of the industries in both countries showed that the Indian industry has a higher technological content, due to, among others, the efficiency of public policies implemented since the 1970s, which were aimed at improving not only production, but also the technological development.

The present study, theoretical, aims to talk about educational policies in Brazil, aiming to unveil what they say these policies, the legitimacy and visibility that give coverage of sexuality in schools. Both sexuality and gender relations have gained attention in a Brazilian educational research in the mid-90th century. These policies have been the National Curricular Parameters (PCN). They present the cross-cutting themes: ethics, health, environment, cultural diversity and sexual orientation, which should be integrated into conventional areas of the school said. Another document of this same decade of education is the National Education Plan (PNE), however this encompasses so hidden sexuality and gender relations. In fact, both the new Law of Directives and Bases (LDB), the PNE in these subjects are veiled. An interesting initiative is happening in Brazil is the project Gender and Sexual Diversity (GDE) for the training of professionals in education issues of gender, sexuality and sexual orientation and ethnic-racial relations, is entering the national perspective of implementation public policy of equality and respect for diversity. However, much remains to be done thinking about the effectiveness of public policies that are effective with respect to space and visibility for the treatment of sexuality. We must also articulate the integration of these themes in these policies, strategies to raise awareness of education professionals in order to secure that they are actually implemented.

This paper aims to trigger a reflection on inclusive education in early childhood education, considering education as an inclusive educational model endorsed by public policies, but still far from school reality. The reflection aims to think about necessary changes since early childhood education, because this is the first stage of basic education and it is a critical period in development and learning process of children with disabilities. The construction of the inclusive school since early childhood education involves thinking about its space, time, professional, educational resources etc..,turning to the possible access, retention and development to students with disabilities, students that, because of their particular characteristics, have a special educational necessity. The text discusses, among other things, the necessity to rethink pedagogical practice as a key of school inclusion in early childhood education. The inclusive pedagogical practice should be constituted by the junction of the acquired knowledge by the teacher throughout his career and by the availability to seek new ways to do it considering students diversity and their individual characteristics.
