A TERRITORIALIZAÇÃO DA REFORMA AGRÁRIA EM BARRA DO CHOÇA: OS ASSENTAMENTOS MOCAMBO, CANGUÇU E PÁTRIA LIVRE

Este texto trata-se de uma reflexão sobre os assentamentos de reforma agrária do município de Barra do Choça/BA. Faz parte da minha dissertação de mestrado, cujo título é a territorialização da cafeicultura no Planalto de Conquista/BA. Durante o trabalho de campo, verificou-se a necessidade de compreender sobre a estrutura fundiária dos municípios produtores de café do Planalto, dos quais Barra do Choça se destaca com maior produção. Partiu-se do pressuposto de que é relevante uma discussão sobre a territorialidade da reforma agrária neste município, haja vista que concentra três importantes assentamentos, que foram organizados a partir da inserção da cafeicultura na Região Econômica do Sudoeste da Bahia. Primeiramente, caracteriza-se o município, justificando a relevância do estudo. A seguir faz-se uma reflexão acerca da questão agrária considerando a escala nacional e local. Em seguida, são apresentadas algumas considerações sobre a estrutura agrária local, quando se discute de maneira sucinta sobre as bases dos assentamentos, bem como a organização produtiva e social das famílias assentadas.

A Constituinte e as formas de prevenir o agravamento dos problemas das grandes cidades. O Deputado Jessé Freire (PFL-RN) quer que a nova Carta garanta instrumentos de planejamento espacial capazes de resolver, como um todo, o problema agrário e urbano. O Deputado Roberto D'Ávila (PDT-RJ) reapresentou duas emendas populares, que não puderam ser aproveitadas por não cumprirem todas as exigências. Uma delas trata da obrigatoriedade de concurso público para ingresso no funcionalismo público. Outra trata de direitos humanos, como a liberdade de credo e direitos dos presos. O Deputado Eraldo Trindade (PFL-AP) apresentou emenda que garante a nacionalização das riquezas minerais. Ivan Lins convoca o povo a participar das emendas populares.

The dissertation analyzes how the syndical practice of the workers rural Brazilians works your aspects of mobilization and claim in front of the execution of attendance services and providences, instituted in the marks of the military dictatorship, in the decade of 1970. We try to apprehend how these services have been interfering in the development of base works. Considering base works, as an enduring political formation of the rural workers, formation of new syndical leaderships and an effect participation of the workers in the political spaces. Finding to understand the agrarian question in Rio Grande do Norte, it s characterized the acting of the state in promoting agrarian reform politics and redistribution of lands. This way, the research demonstrate the reality of the settled of Vale do Lírio, with the partnership of the Caliman Company S. A. in this context, it s emphasized the social geographic transformation in the settler. This way it was realized the analysis of the survey of data in a lot of public department, and the research of the area with use of application form, in 90% percent of the researched group, with interviewing with the leaders of this group and with the manager of the Company. The research demonstrates an analysis of the reality lived by this group, in the perspective the interests of the government and the capital.
