运用飞秒时间分辨抽运-探测克尔光谱技术,研究了室温下退火及未退火(Ga,Mn)As的载流子自旋弛豫的激发能量密度依赖性,发现电子自旋弛豫时间随激发能量密度增加而增大,而在同一激发能量密度下,退火样品比未退火样品具有更短的载流子复合时间、电子自旋弛豫时间和更大的克尔转角,显示DP机理是室温下(Ga,Mn)As的电子自旋弛豫的主导机理.退火(Ga,Mn)As的超快克尔增强效应显示其在超高速全光自旋开关方面的潜在应用价值,也为(Ga,Mn)As铁磁性起源的p-d交换机理提供了证据.

在长期冬小麦潜势试验和肥料试验的基础上 ,建立了作物光温水肥产量模型 ,从光温生产潜力、旱作产量潜势、现阶段施肥水平下光温水肥产量潜力和目前试区产量现状共4个层次 ,对黄土塬区旱作冬小麦的增产潜力进行了分析。结果指出 ,目前黄土塬区冬小麦实际产量仅达到了光温潜力的41 6 %、旱作产量潜势的49 3 %、试区施肥水平下光温水肥产量潜力的78 6 %。因此 ,采用合理施肥方式和加强田间管理 ,黄土高原塬区旱作冬小麦还有较大的增产潜力。

用8种源植物及杉木枝叶不同浓度水浸液和清水浇灌盆栽杉木幼苗试验观测结果表明,经几种源植物水浸液处理后杉木叶绿素含量、叶片气孔孔径及其大小均比对照明显提高,叶片质膜透性则明显降低,但气孔频数无显著影响,其中木荷对提高叶绿素含量和降低质膜透性效果最佳,与杉木对照(CK_Ⅰ)和清水(CK_Ⅱ)处理相比,木荷1:6水浸液处理的杉木叶绿素含量分别提高49.3%和52.5%,而质膜透性分别下降30.6%和26.3%。檵木对提高杉木叶片气孔孔径及其大小效果最佳,与清水(CK_Ⅱ)处理相比分别提高27.1%和30.3%。水浸液浓度越大,其叶绿素含量、气孔孔径及其大小越大,则质膜透性越低。

以中国科学院沈阳生态实验站的裸地和撂荒地为研究对象,采用经典统计学与地统计学相结合的方法,研究裸地和撂荒地土壤线虫总数及各营养类群的空间分布特征.结果表明,裸地和撂荒地植物寄生线虫与土壤pH呈显著负相关;撂荒地土壤线虫总数的平均值显著大于裸地,分别为每百克干土1485.3和464.0条;撂荒地土壤线虫总数、植物寄生线虫和食细菌线虫的块金值/基台值(27.3%~45.6%)低于裸地(49.5%~100%),裸地和撂荒地土壤线虫总数及各营养类群的空间分布格局均有明显差异,表明植被覆盖对土壤线虫的空间分布有较大影响.

在水溶液中制备了配合物[Ln(Gly)2·4H2O]·Cl3·nH2O(Ln=G、Er、Yb),测定了配合物的红外光谱,并对其主要红外吸收带进行了归属。结果表明,甘氨酸以内盐的形式存在于配合物中,并通过羧基与稀土离子配位。四个水分子参与了配位,在Gd和Er的配合物中还有一个水分子未参与配位。推测Yb配合物为对称的一维无限长链结构,其余两种配合物为不对称的一维无限长链。

本文介绍了十溴联苯醚(DBDPO)——三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)阻燃体系,对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的阻燃效果。讨论了增韧剂,分散剂对阻燃效果及材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,当阻燃体系加到适量时,可达到UL—94V—0级,但使冲击强度、断裂伸长率下降,断裂强度上升。增韧剂和分散剂的加入,使冲击强度和断裂强度增加,断裂仲长率略有下降。

麻痹性贝毒(Paralytic Shellfish Poisons, PSP)毒素主要是由海洋甲藻产生的一类活性物质,在赤潮毒素监测、神经与分子生物学基础研究以及新型药物开发方面都有潜在的应用价值。然而,纯化毒素的缺乏在很大程度上限制了相关工作的开展。本文通过大量培养塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense)来提取PSP毒素,完善了毒素的分离纯化过程,并对纯化毒素的活性进行了研究和探讨。在实验室进行了塔玛亚历山大藻的规模培养,对其生长和培养条件进行了优化,探讨了有毒藻大量培养的采收方式,并获取了一批用于纯化毒素的有毒藻细胞。将藻细胞破碎后离心分离,提取出含PSP的粗毒素,再用大孔径凝胶过滤去除粗毒素中的大部分杂质,然后用小孔径凝胶和离子交换树脂将不同毒素逐级分离、纯化。结果表明,大孔径凝胶能有效地去除粗毒素中的杂质,小孔径凝胶过滤能将膝沟藻毒素(GTX)和C毒素分开,应用离子交换树脂能将GTX2,3和GTX1,4分开,最终得到GTX2,3和GTX1,4的纯化产品。分离纯化过程始终以小鼠法和荧光法进行毒素在线监测。以提取的毒素对小鼠进行毒性测试,小鼠呈现典型的PSP毒素中毒死亡症状;电生理分析的结果表明PSP毒素能够有效地阻断小鼠运动神经末梢钠电流,并可逆地阻断NG108-15全细胞的钠电流,与PSP毒素的作用机理一致;高效液相色谱分析结果表明,纯化毒素与标准毒素的保留时间完全一致;经质谱分析,纯化毒素与标准毒素具有相同的分子离子峰和碎片离子峰。应用运动模型研究了纯化毒素的药理活性。分别采用家兔椎管麻醉法、小白鼠热板法、小白鼠攀网法研究了GTX2,3对家兔的局麻作用、对小鼠的镇痛和肌松作用。结果表明,GTX2,3按剂量0.4μg STX equivalent/kg给予家兔椎管注射时,具有显著的局麻作用。GTX2,3按剂量5.99μg STX equivalent/kg给予小鼠肌肉注射时,具有显著的镇痛作用。GTX2,3按剂量6.49μg STX equivalent/kg给予小鼠皮下注射时,具有显著的肌松作用。

We collected fish abundance data in the Changjiang (Yangtze River) estuary and adjacent waters in November 1998, May 1999, November 2000, and May 2001. Using the data, we evaluated the characteristics of the fish assemblages at each site and investigated the effect of several environmental factors. We used a multivariate analysis, including community ordination methods such as detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA), and two-way indicator species analysis (TWINSPAN). We analyzed the biological community structure and environmental factors to determine their spatial distributions, temporal dynamics, and seasonal variations. Among the fish species, five exceeded 5% of the total abundance: Harpodon nehereus (42.82%), Benthosema pterotum (13.85%), Setipinna taty (11.64%), Thryssa kammalensis (9.17%) and Apogonichthys lineatus (6.49%). These were separated into four ecological assemblages: hypsithermal-saline, hypsithermal-brackish, hypothermal-brackish, and hypothermal-saline. We evaluated the degree of influence of environmental factors on the fish community. Our analyses suggested that environmental factors including water depth, salinity, turbidity, transparency, nutrient, and suspended matter formed a synthetic spatial gradient between the coastal and pelagic areas. Ecological and environmental factors changed temporally from 1998 to 2001, and drove the fish community succession. The environmental factors driving the fish community structure included bottom temperature, water depth, bottom and surface pH, surface total phosphorous, and bottom dissolved oxygen. This investigation was completed before completion of the Three Gorges Dam; therefore the results of this study provide an important foundation for evaluating the influence of the human activities.

A newly synthesized benzoic-triazole derivative 3,5-dimethylbenzoic acid [1,2,4]triazol-l-ylmethyl ester (DBT) was investigated as a corrosion inhibitor of mild steel in 1 M HCl solution using weight loss measurements, potentiodynamic polarization, SEM, and EIS methods. The results revealed that DBT was an excellent inhibitor, and the inhibition efficiencies obtained from weight loss and electrochemical experiments were in good agreement. Using the potentiodynamic polarization technique, the inhibitor was proved to have a mixed-type character for mild steel by suppressing both anodic and cathodic reactions on the metal surface. The number of water molecules (X) replaced by a molecule of organic adsorbate was determined from the Flory-Huggins, Dhar-Flory-Huggins, and Bockris-Swinkels substitutional adsorption isotherms applied to the data obtained from the gravimetric experiments performed on a mild steel specimen in 1 M HCl solution at 298 K.

了解三江源人工草地净生态系统CO_2交换(Net ecosystem CO_2 exchange, NEE)的季节变化规律和主要生物因子及环境因子对这些过程的影响将有助于认识青藏高原人工草地生态系统碳循环、生态价值、功能,以及对三江源区的生态安全的重要意义.该研究利用涡度相关技术,于2005年9月1日至2006年8月31日对位于青海腹地的垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)人工草地的NEE及生物和环境因子进行观测,阐明NEE及其组分的动态变化特征和影响因子.三江源区人工草地生态系统的日最大吸收量为2.38gC•m~(-2)•d~(-1),出现在7月30日.日间最大吸收率和最大排放率都出现在8月,分别为-6.82和2.95/μmol CO_2•m~(-2)•s~(-1).在生长季,白天的NEE主要受光合有效辐射(Photosynthetically active radiation, PAR)变化控制, 同时又与叶面积指数和群落多样性交互作用,共同调节光合速率和光合效率的强度.最大光合同化速率为2.46~10.39μmol CO_2•m~(-2)•s~(-1),表观初始光能利用率为0.013~0.070μmol CO_2•μmol~(-1)PAR.在碳交换日过程中,NEE并不完全随着PAR的增加而增大,当PAR超过某一值(>1200μmol•m~(-2)•s~(-1))时,NEE随PAR的增加而降低.受温度的影响,生长季的生态系统的呼吸商Q10(1.8)小于非生长季节的(2.6).生态系统呼吸主要受温度的控制,同时也受到叶面积指数的显著影响.生长季昼夜温差大并不利于生态系统的碳获取.三江源区人工草地生态系统是一个较强的碳汇,为-49.35gC•m~(-2)•a~(-1).

With incidence rates of osteoporosis increasing (Osteoporosis Canada, 2007), preventative efforts to minimize costs associated with condition diagnosis are a public health priority. Cues to action are specific internal (e.g., physical symptoms, family member with a condition) or external stimuli (e.g., public service announcements, health education campaigns) that are necessary to trigger appropriate health behaviours and serve to create an awareness of the health threat (Mattson, 1999). To date, limited understanding of the scope of influence cues to action have on health beliefs and behaviour associated with osteoporosis is known. The present investigation was designed to address this gap in the literature. More specifically, the influence of cues to action, a public service announcement (PSA) developed by Osteoporosis Canada and a bone screening by way of Quantitative Ultrasound, on health beliefs and health-enhancing physical activity (HEPA) across a four week period was investigated. Peri-and postmenopausal women (N= 174) were randomly assigned to one of three conditions 1) an osteoporosis public service announcement (PSA) condition; 2) a bone screening condition via quantitative ultrasound techniques, and 3) a PSA attention control condition. Health beliefs associated with osteoporosis were taken at three time points: prior to the cue to action intervention, immediately following the intervention, and four weeks post intervention. Knowledge of osteorporosis risk factors and HEP A were assessed pre and post-intervention only. Results of a regression analysis suggested that baseline health beliefs predicted baseline HEPA (R2 adj = .24; F (9, 161) = 6.49,p = .000; 95% CI = .12 - .35) with exercise barriers (p = -.33) being a negative predictor and health motivation (p = .21) being a positive predictor of HEP A. Introducción: Las enfermedades cardiovasculares constituyen uno de los principales obstáculos para el desarrollo del siglo XXI, según la OMS en el año 2008 fueron responsables del 30% de las muertes registradas en todo el mundo. Aunque la diabetes mellitus no se encuentra dentro de la clasificación establecida por la OMS de este grupo de enfermedades, consideramos importante su mención e inclusión dentro de nuestro estudio por el alto número de pacientes con esta enfermedad que cursa con complicaciones cardiovasculares asociadas. Metodología: Estudio de casos y controles seleccionados con un muestreo aleatorio simple con 80 casos y 80 controles apareados por edad y género, entre los cuales se encuentran 91 hombres y 60 mujeres, realizando un análisis estadístico univariado y multivariado para este tipo de estudios. Resultados: Los años de consumo de cigarrillo tuvieron una asociación con la ocurrencia del evento con un OR de 0.95 (intervalo de confianza (IC) del 95%, 0.91 – 0.99) y la asistencia a controles con especialidades de competencia cardiovascular la asociación del evento reporto un OR de 6,49 con un IC del 95%, 2.38 – 17.6. Conclusiones: De acuerdo a los resultados se encuentra que los años de consumo de cigarrillo tiene una asociación con la hospitalización en paciente con ECV y la asistencia a consultas con especialidades de competencia cardiovascular una asociación positiva con la hospitalización en este grupo de pacientes, lo que nos indica que los paciente que más se hospitalizan podrían estar relacionados con una mayor complejidad de sus patologías.
