This essay aims to analyze the book Engano geogrfico Marlia Garcia, published in 2012. It is a long narrative poem that recounts a trip through Spanish and French landscapes, and which allows to question various shifts of the poetic voice. One of them, marked by the duplicity between geographic and poetic journey which I could characterize as a be 76 Revista semestral do Programa de Ps-Graduao em Letras UFES tween-place given by the sign of waiting. A second, through a dialogical instance that allows a process of depoetization of the language with its permeability to other voices. Finally, through the presence of several pronouns I, he, she, you, without explicit textual reference, and that would indicate a kind of closeness of the loving attention.

O uso de peptdeos sintticos para o desenvolvimento de novas drogas uma estratgia promissora no campo da biotecnologia. Peptdeos derivados de toxinas bacterianas intracelulares, produzidas por sistemas de morte ps-segregacional (PKS) tais como CcdB e ParE so exemplos dessa estratgia. Porm, molculas com estrutura peptdica derivadas de toxinas bacterianas apresentam srios problemas na aplicao teraputica por apresentarem baixa solubilidade e difcil permeabilidade em membranas bacterianas. O objetivo desse estudo consistiu no desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de sistemas nanoestruturados (lipossomas) que permita a imobilizao de anlogos peptdicos da toxina CcdB e sua consequente translocao no citosol bacteriano, permitindo que os mesmos atinjam seus alvos celulares, enzimas DNA girase e Topoisomerase IV. Lipossomas do tipo SUV (small unilamellar vesicles), foram preparados pela tcnica de extruso-evaporao variando-se suas formulaes. Desta forma, pretendeu-se avaliar a eficincia de encapsulao dos peptdeos atravs de tcnicas de cromatografia lquida de alta eficincia (CLAE) e espectroscopia de UV-Vis e fluorescncia. Aps testes de eficincia de encapsulao, os lipossomas contendo os anlogos peptdicos encapsulados, foram submetidos a ensaio de inibio de crescimento em meio lquido para duas espcies bacterianas: Staphylococcus aureus e Escherichia coli. Resultados demonstraram que a utilizao de sistemas nanoestruturados de grande importncia para viabilizar a aplicao desta classe de biomolculas em estudos teraputicos, permitindo assim, que tais peptdeos possam ser utilizados como antibiticos promissores, se associados a sistemas de transporte e liberao controlada de molculas peptdicas.

The Throughout the work of Merleau-Ponty, besides philosophical concepts and images of his thinking, some theoretical-anthropological devices exist that reveal his approximation of human sciences. That is the case of the notion of body schema. Interested in discussing the role the critical development of this concept may have played in the passage from the first phase of his work to the period when the philosopher finds himself able to outline a new ontology, in this paper, we study the presence of the body schema notion in the Phenomenology of perception. We show that, in this book, Merleau-Ponty unsubstantiates the notion under analysis which, from a cognitive core that organizes our bodily experience, turns into the expression of our body parts mutual permeability, but also of the bodys permeability towards the world and other people.

The disadvantages generated by the acid etching of the dentin, such as an increase in its permeability, in the surface moisture and in the potential to denature the external dentinal collagen, the formation of a fragility zone and the citotoxicity of the adhesive monomers; which are all aggravated by the depth of the dentin, have stimulated new and different treatment philosophies of the dentin. The purpose of the present study, therefore, was to investigate the effects of three dentin treatments: laser irradiation, acid etching and hypermineralization, in the shear bond strength of the SMP Plus bonding system. Sixty bovine incisors were extracted and randomly selected immediatly alter the animal's death. They were kept frozen (-18C) for no longer than 14 days. After buccal dentinal surface had been exposed, X-Rays were taken to control the dentin thickness. The specimens were separated into two groups: (1) Control, kept in distilled water at 4C; (2) Mineralized, kept in hypermineralized solution at 4C for 14 days. Each group was divided into three sub-groups according to the type of dentin treatment used: group F - followed the manufacturer instructions (acid-etching + primer + bond), group AL (acid-etching + primer + bond + laser) and group LA (laser + (laser + acid-etching + primer + bond). A composite resin standard cylinder (Z100-3M) was bond to the dentinal surface and the shear bond strength performed on a Universal lnstron machine 4301, with 500 Kg load and at 0,5mm/min. speed. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) determined that the treatments influenced the shear bond strength values (p<0,05) with the following average shearing load at failure: AL (9,96 MPa), F (7,28MPa) e LA (4,87 MPa). The interaction between the two factors analyzed Group (control and mineralized) and treatment (F, AL, LA) also influenced the shear bond strength (p<0,05). The highest values were obtained...

A presente inveno apresenta a sntese do peptdeo AcWahxKTTKS, onde foi adicionada sequncia me (KTTKS) uma molcula de cido caprico, que um cido graxo insaturado composto por 6 tomos de carbono, encontrado naturalmente nas gorduras e leos minerais, para conferir um grau de lipofilicidade ao peptdeo e favorecer na permeabilidade do mesmo na pele. Adicionou-se tambm o triptofano, que um aminocido aromtico essencial para a nutrio humana, visando proporcionar fluorescncia ao peptdeo e assim quantific-lo na pele atravs de um mtodo mais eficiente e sensvel. O triptofano foi acetilado para diminuir a interao do peptdeo com a gua, a fim de ajudar na penetrao do peptdeo na pele. O peptdeo AcWahxKTTKS estimula a sntese de colgeno nos fibroblastos, reduzindo ou eliminando, desta forma, as rugas e linhas de expresso na pele.
