(Résumé de l'ouvrage) Mit der vorliegenden Dokumentation werden die wichtigsten sozialen Ordnungen im Europa des 16. Jahrhunderts in unserer Gegenwartssprache publiziert und Lehrenden wie Studierenden als Arbeitsbuch an die Hand gegeben. Im gegenwärtigen Ringen um soziale Reformen angesichts der Krisen und neuen Herausforderungen, aber auch um Konvergenzen zwischen den gewachsenen nationalen Sozialordnungen in Europa ist es unabdingbar, deren sozialgeschichtliche Ausgangsbedingungen zu beleuchten. Damit soll ein zentraler Bestand des gemeinsamen sozial-kulturellen Erbes in Europa ans Licht und in unser heutiges Bewusstsein gehoben werden.

Les Tecnologies de la Informació i la Comunicació : criteris psicopedagògics per al desenvolupament curricular

Els objectius d'aquest treball es concreten en les aportacions que es poden fer des de la psicopedagogia per a definir els criteris que han de guiar el procés d'elaboració del currículum de les TIC en l'ensenyament obligatori i en la manera com el psicopedagog col·labora en aquesta tasca amb altres professionals (tècnics i docents). Així, concretant més les meves intencions, la tasca per a aquest pràcticum consistirà en la revisió de diferents models curriculars sobre les TIC (models d'altres països i propostes parcials dels PCC d'alguns centres d'educació primària de Catalunya), analitzant-los des del punt de vista psicopedagògic i segons un model constructivista de l'ensenyament i de l'aprenentatge, per tal d'arribar a la proposta d'un model propi emmarcat en els principis del currículum prescriptiu marcat per la LOGSE, referits a educació infantil i primària.

Assessorament curricular i orientació als docents sobre estratègies en la resolució de problemes matemàtics

A l'escola on treballo s'està fent l'avaluació interna de l'àrea de matemàtiques, concretament en la tasca de resolució de problemes. Durant el mes de gener es van passar uns exercicis de resolució d'El Quintet als alumnes de cicle superior; els mestres van valorar on s'havien comès els errors, si eren per comprensió, per mecànica de les operacions o per resposta incorrecta, i els resultats obtinguts van demostrar que els errors es produïen en diferents parts del problema. Això va fer pensar als docents que les dificultats de progrés per part dels alumnes eren en el propi procés d'ensenyament, que no era complet o que hi havia aspectes que no es treballaven prou. Per tant, l'interès dels mestres és saber: on es cometen errades, per què i com es pot aconseguir un treball millor.

Assessorament psicopedagògic per al concreció del Projecte Curricular de Llengües en una Zona Educativa Rural

Es tracta de la intervenció en una zona educativa rural per tal de portar a terme un assessorament que permeti la concreció pràctica dels diversos objectius i continguts. Per a poder-ho fer, cal un treball en estreta col·laboració amb els professionals dels diferents centres.

La implementació de les Tecnologies de la Informació i la Comunicació a l'escola : integració curricular a l'etapa d'Educació Secundària Obligatòria

Centrarem l'estudi en la implementació de l'ús d'Internet a les àrees curriculars, ja que es detecta la necessitat d'alguns professors de tenir recursos per a poder treballar-hi des de la seva àrea. Aquesta necessitat, sorgida des del professorat, pot afavorir una més gran implicació i, per tant, iniciar un procés de canvi.

Characteristics of victims of violence admitted to a specialized medico-legal unit in Switzerland.

To improve care and services to victims of interpersonal violence, a medico-legal consultation unit was set up at the Lausanne University Hospital, Switzerland in 2006. Adult victims of violence are referred to the consultation by the emergency department. Patients are received by forensic nurses for support, forensic examination and community orientation. A descriptive study of medical reports filled for the 2006 population was conducted in 2007 with the aim to explore characteristics of this specific population and to better orient prevention. Among the 422 patients in 2006, 57% were men and 43% women, with a median age of 31 years old. Violent episodes took place in a public place for 90% of male victims and at home for 70% of female victims. The perpetrators were mostly unknown to male victims (62% of all men victims) and mostly known (usually the partner or a former partner) to female victims (90% of all women victims). For 80% of the women and 47% of the men, the violent event which brought them to the consultation, was not the first one. Because 90% of all patients under study were victimized by men., not only is it necessary to target prevention program to match the potential victims, prevention messages must also focus on potential offenders, especially on young men.
