Uma Nova Abordagem do Ciclo Reprodutivo dos Machos e Fêmeas, e da Origem e Desenvolvimento dos Oócitos dos Ostariophysi e Perciformes Neotropicais Aplicada a Representantes da Série Otophysi, Gymnotus sp. (Gymnotidae), Hoplias Malabaricus (Erythrinidae), Sorubim Lima (Pimelodidae) e Tanichthys Albonubes (Cyprinidae), e dos Perciformes, Cichla Temensis (Cichlidae)

Nos peixes, durante a vida reprodutiva o desenvolvimento gonadal é cíclico e anual. As alterações estruturais das gônadas de machos e fêmeas provêm parâmetros úteis para a sua classificação macroscópica e microscópica. Porém, o desenvolvimento das células germinativas, nem sempre é consoante com os diferentes tipos de classificação e, machos e fêmeas nem sempre parecem concatenados. Neste estudo, aplicando-se propostas recentes, utilizadas primariamente para peixes derivados, notadamente os Perciformes marinhos, e tomando como modelo experimental representantes da série Otophysi, Hoplias malabaricus (Characiformes), Tanichthys albonubes (Cypriniformes), Sorubim lima (Siluriformes) e Gymnotus sp. (Gymnotiformes), e dos Perciformes Neotropicais, Cichla temensis, foram descritos, comparativamente, os eventos iniciais da oogênese e da espermatogênese, assim como o desenvolvimento oocitário a fim de traçar um paralelo entre grupos basais e derivados. A partir dos resultados, verificou-se que a maioria dos eventos morfológicos durante o desenvolvimento oocitário é similar entre grupos basais e derivados. Os Perciformes de água doce divergem dos grupos basais por duas características: a presença de inclusões lipídicas, que surgem no citoplasma perinuclear após o início da formação dos alvéolos corticais e deposição de vitelo e por uma tênue proteólise do vitelo durante a maturação final. A foliculogênese e espermatogênese não apresentam divergências e parecem ser processos conservados entre os Teleostei. Durante a fase de Regeneração, os eventos iniciais desses processos em fêmeas e machos, respectivamente, são responsáveis por altos índices de proliferação das células germinativas, quando comparado às demais fases. A Gestão de Relações Públicas em culturas organizacionais conflituosas: caso AB InBev

Cultural clashes are part of the intercultural relationships, and especially in the organizations, they cause differences interfering in the process of sharing experiences, expertise and coexistence. This study outlines some communicational actions, built to improve the management of intercultural relations in organizations. This study also is related to the sharing and discussions on the communication planning process and its importance in intercultural differences detained and promoting interfaces between public of “different worlds”. The discussion is supported by theoretical theory of organizations and organizational culture in order to demonstrate a number of aspects related to this subject, which are directly accustomed to public relations activities. It also presents an analysis of the multinational AB InBev, in order to illustrate the process of knowledge and relationships that is built through the construction of the meaning in intercultural environments, as is the case of this organization

Análise da influência da concentração de feixeis de fibras de bambu em ensaios de piso

Bamboo has one of the highest growth rates among plants, however, its lignifications (which confers resistance) takes around a few years and, therefore, certain physical characteristics and mechanical, that depend on this process will only be acquired between the three to six years old. In addition, bamboo also has significant density variations in different parts of the stem, both in the radial direction as the axial. In particular the radial direction, where the density found in the inner and outer (near the bark) of a single stem can range on average from 0.5 to 0.9 g/cm3. Thus, the application of bamboo as a floor, there to examine whether both sides of the bamboo (internal and external), provide resistance properties required for that purpose. In this study sought to characterize and quantify the influence of the concentration of fiber bundles in the inner and outer sides of rules or bamboo strips of bamboo flooring through testing service. Analyses performed were based on ASTM D 2394- 83 for wooden floors and derivatives. This was necessary because of the absence of a specific prohibition of the use and testing of floors made of bamboo and its products. The data were analyzed by ball indentation test shooting, test for resistance to abrasion, indentation test for stress / load treadmill test and by indentation loads applied to small areas - test the jump. The results of the tests were extremely friendly bamboo, even this presents considerable differences between the resistances obtained from assay of the cover of the inner and outer face, being comparable with those of many commonly used to manufacture wood flooring. Atenção temporal e análise da interferência da característica do estímulo na percepção

Attention is a phenomenon that allows the selection of relevant stimuli in order to prioritize them and improve their processing. This modulation could occur in any step of the process: in an early stage or in a late stage, more precisely, in a perceptive or motor stage. However, even with a rich literature about attention in time, there are still some divergences about how this modulation occurs. A hypothesis about it says that temporal attention would only be able to prepare the motor system to respond. The perceptual modulation would only occur when the temporal expectation is in combination with another expectation of a property with neuronal receptive field. In this situation, the receptive field's pre-activation is the explanation of how temporal attention would be capable to modulate perceptual process. The crucial objective was to test this hypothesis. In other words, it was to verify if the feature expectation of a stimulus (Gabor orientation) and its temporal expectancy interferes in perception quality. Two experiments were made: the first one tested the voluntary temporal expectation, and the second one tested the automatic temporal expectation. Our data shows that both Feature-based Attention and Temporal Attention improve the process of perception. Temporal expectation effects just occur in situations of competitive environment. Hypothesis verification was not conclusive, because of methodological problems

Interpretação conforme a constituição e declaração de inconstitucionalidade sem redução de texto: problemas da aplicação judicial do direito constitucional

O texto apresenta as principais características e controvérsias jurídicas sobre a declaração de inconstitucionalidade sem redução de texto e a interpretação conforme a Constituição. São analisadas as hipóteses de cabimento, seus efeitos processuais, assim como casos de sua aplicação jurisprudencial. Em paralelo, são analisadas criticamente divergências doutrinárias sobre a natureza desses institutos e seus efeitos processuais. O texto apresenta esclarecimentos conceituais acerca dos limites impostos na aplicação dessas técnicas e indica sua relevância para o exercício do controle judicial de constitucionalidade.

Existem línguas de ritmo silábico?

The language typology of speech rhythm has been investigated by many researchers in different languages. However, they have not reached a unanimous conclusion. Part of the misunderstanding is due to the methodology they used. In addition, there is some theoretical confusion on the definition of a syllable timed language. This paper refers to the last question, but without discussing others people works and theories. Instead, it points out some essential questions that have not been taken into consideration in the discussion.
