Decision making is one of the most important factors for growth and future, both from a business, as in people's life and attitudes in the simplest of everyday day. This work aims to assist decision making in buying a laser cut machine, a manufacturer of auto parts and wheels, and later this technique can be considered to acquisition of other equipment. In this case was used the AHP to aid the decision by multiple criteria. First we analyzed the most important criteria of the current machine for the application of the method and were later made the application and sensitivity analysis

Tomada de decisão em grupo na seleção de processos para auditoria interna

L’audit, c’est un outil de gestion très important pour que les organisations puissent accomplir la réussite. Selon le fait qu’il n’y a pas des modèles d’aide à l’audit, il existe une opportunité de recherche. En considerant les Méthodes d’Aide à la Décision, il y a des plusieurs type d’applications. L’objectif de la recherche c’est la proposition d’un modèle capable de sélectionner des processus pour faire l’audit dans une distributeur de carburant en considerant la prise de décision en groupe. La modélisation normative empirique c’est la méthode de recherche utilisée. Un modèle qui utilise l’Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) et la prise de décision en groupe a été proposé face aux difficultés d’un département d’Audit Interne. Le modèle proposé présente les poids des processus et permet leur priorisations dans un scénario determiné. Pour l’application de ce modèle présenté, on a utilisé cinq critères et 26 alternative (processus). L’information de jugement a été bien founi par trois spécialistes du département. Quelques rendez-vous avec les participants ont été pris pour obtenir et réviser les donnés ainsi que discuter les résultats. Les résultats obtenus par le modèle permettent d’identifier les processus qu’il faut plus d’attention. L’équipe a considéré le modèle comme une proposition d’aide à la prise de décision très pertinent pour le département d’Audit Interne

In order to maintain the competitiveness the companies seek for cost reduction and resource optimization. A product or service price is calculated considering direct and indirect costs involved in its fabrication, which means that if an intern indirect process is optimized, the final price of the product is also reduced and becomes more interesting to the final costumer. Considering this reasoning, the companies must evaluate each of their processes and optimize them. It is common to outsource intern products manufacturing as a cost reduction strategy, nevertheless when there are already resources and capability to produce the own goods, it becomes necessary to evaluate the economic gain that each strategy - make or buy - generates. Prova estética e funcional: uma decisão em conjunto

An important phase of rehabilitation treatment, is the aesthetic and functional testing, performed with the patient. Its relevance is because at this time it’s possible to have a very faithful preview of the final result of the prosthesis, but, if necessary, still allow changes. Therefore, the objective of this review is to describe didactically the clinical steps and factors that should be examined by the dentist at the moment of aesthetic and functional testing of a complete denture. This clinical stage basically involves four requirements to be analyzed: mechanical, functional, aesthetic and phonetic. After the jointly analysis with all the requirements, the patient must approve, preferably in writing, the completion of the prosthesis. In case of need for any changes, this is when it should be performed, followed by new aesthetic and functional testing. It should be noted that the patient’s opinion is always sovereign in deciding to end the denture.
