Análise da expansão urbana da cidade de Piracicaba no período de 2006-2011

The fundamental objective of this research was analyzed the urban expansion’s process of municipality Piracicaba, it is located in the countryside of São Paulo state. The use and occupation of land by observing the social and environmental impacts related, including the Protection Permanent Area (PPA) of urban fringes according to the successive expansions of Piracicaba city in 2006, the publication year of the current city hall director planning, until 2011, when the approval of the eighth and most recent update of Piracicaba’s expanding the perimeter. The development of the study was conducted with the support of bibliographic, cartographic, considering maps and satellite images, further more field work. Thematic maps of the current urban expansion were created, urban voids and land use were developed, typifying the occupation according to the activities established thus through the analysis of land use through cartographic interpretation, as research in locus. To assist the research geotechnologies were used, both for production and for the interpretation of cartographic materials, specially in Geographic Information Systems

Moradia Estudantil da UNESP - Campus de São José do Rio Preto

O presente trabalho apresenta uma proposta de ampliação da moradia estudantil da UNESP do campus de São José do Rio Preto, o IBILCE - Instituto de Biociências, Letras e Ciências Exatas. Para tanto, foram realizados levantamentos acerca da questão habitacional para os estudantes no país, da realidade dos sistemas de assistência aos estudantes universitários nas escolas de nível superior, em principal do IBILCE, e também levantamentos de outras moradias estudantis, nacionais e internacionais, buscando referências. Deste modo, o projeto visa atender as necessidades específicas dos usuários em questão apresentando unidades habitacionais que proporcionem maior conforto além de contemplar áreas para convívio, lazer e prática de esportes. Pretende-se com esse projeto propiciar novas vagas para o campus de São José do Rio Preto, beneficiando mais universitários com uma habitação que promova condições adequadas para o estudo e uma infra-estrutura que contemple tanto áreas coletivas que beneficiem a socialização e o convívio entre os moradores como também locais com privacidade para o descanso e estudo deles

Mercado Público em Presidente Prudente

A cidade de Presidente Prudente conta com um pequeno mercado público de difícil acesso e poucos usuários, em um espaço que surgiu como um local provisório. Após 20 anos o edifício se encontra no mesmo lugar para a insatisfação dos comerciantes e usuários. O trabalho propõe a criação de um novo mercado público próximo ao Centro Cultural Matarazzo e IBC, criando um eixo cultural para a cidade, na região da linha férrea. O novo edifício integra com o antigo silo das Indústrias Anderson Clayton, cria praças com parque infantil, academia da terceira idade, teatro arena, ponto de ônibus, mesas e bancos. O projeto se fundamenta em metodologias visando criar espaços públicos bem sucedidos, ressaltados pelos benefícios dos mercados públicos na atualidade. Plano e projeto: um desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo/ SP

O presente trabalho de graduação final destina-se a elaboração de um Plano e Projeto de um novo desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo, localizada no interior de São Paulo. Através da análise da realidade do município, juntamente com leituras comunitárias já efetuadas, foram enumerados problemas e necessidades, dentre eles a falta de um instrumento gestor e a situação precária de suas vias de locomoção. Desse modo a intenção projetual desse trabalho será um desenho de ruas e calçadas, dando maior mobilidade e segurança. E um Plano viário que possa orientar o poder público e a iniciativa privada no interesse coletivo dos macedenses para a efetivação do projeto proposto, visando assegurar maior qualidade de vida para a população

Canteiro escola e o arquiteto na periferia

Propomos nesta monografia o projeto de um escritório de arquitetura anexo a um canteiro escola, tendo como objetivo capacitar pessoas das comunidades periféricas em Presidente Prudente. Ao levar o arquiteto para dentro desta problemática das cidades, ajudaremos a sanar os problemas arquitetônicos de moradias sem qualidade nas comunidades carentes. O canteiro escola é um local onde a população irá aprender a teoria e prática da construção civil e, a partir deste momento, efetuar a autoconstrução de maneira correta eatingir a profissionalização. O Canteiro Escola acontecerá em contêineres de carga modificados, esta estrutura já possui adequação para transporte e, se necessário, poderá haver movimentação entre os bairros da cidade

Desenvolvimento da malha urbana de Guaratinguetá e propostas de intervenção

The work consists of the historical city of Guaratinguetá, as well as data on their quality of life, economic development and population, transportation in Brazil and the transportation system of the city serving as a basis to support the development of the urban network. The urban fabric of the city was raised with plants of the city in different years, documents obtained by the Museum and Hall of Frei Galvão Guaratinguetá well to check the form of land use and growth drivers of the city over time. We studied also the main access roads to the city by focusing on an approach that has been the subject of a proposed urban intervention. A direct interview was performed and recorded with one of those responsible for planning the urban fabric of the city in order to gather information on the historical development, the future possibilities of interventions in the urban as well as problems encountered and other curiosities. Through the study it was observed that the urban grid Guaratinguetá developing a planned since 1970 and that the highlights of most cities in the Paraíba Valley. Subsídios para elaboração de plano municipal de gestão de resíduos sólidos orgânicos para o município de Rio Claro-SP

The research aims to propose grants for development of Municipal Plan for the Management of Organic Solid Waste generated in the municipality of Rio Claro. The research universe was composed of organic waste generators establishments (markets and grocers). From the registry of commercial establishments provided by the municipal government were identified who presented this typology, which totaled 38 establishments. In this universe the interview was conducted in 15 establishments obtained by directed sampling based on the characteristics of size, type and location. The data collected were the amount generated, disposal of waste, waste separation, collection frequency, reasons for the disposal of waste, frequency of purchase of products. From the data obtained in the field, we estimated the total generation of organic waste in this segment for the municipality. Then, the estimated costs for implementation and operation of a composting center, a way to subsidize the implementation of the management plan was carried out. We opted for the aerobic composting process by the simplicity of operation and because it is a technique already known. The average waste generation was established by tracks (size) with: stores up to 4 boxes (classified as small) generate on average 1511 kg / month, 40% of organic waste, the 5-9 boxes (small/midsize) generate on average 4338 kg / month, 35% organic and the 10 to 19 boxes (midsize) generate on average 7647 kg / month with 32% organic. In total establishments generate 105 t/ month of waste, with 35t / month of organics. 94% of establishments are in font segregation of waste into recyclable, organic and waste, indicating that the proposed management of organic waste is amenable to application without many changes in existing routine in stores. Análise da percepção da variação do campo térmico na cidade de São Paulo-SP: o exemplo da subprefeitura Sé

This research aimed to analyze the spatial area for the design of the Heat Island of Subprefecture Sé, in São Paulo-SP, with the support of geotecnology and based on the study of environmental perception. We used remote sensing products such as maps ofland use and soil temperature and apparent surface to evaluate the thermal conditions considered critical points in the central area of the municipality. The methodology used was qualitative analysis, based on interviews with the people, allowing rescue geoecology the conditioning aspects of the city, with an emphasis on environmental perception. This study aimed toanalyze the perception of the variation of the thermal field in São Paulo. The results indicated that (95%) of respondents feel that the temperature of the central area has increased each year, and the district that stood out was the Sé, due to intense use and occupation of land and contribute one of the largest shopping centers. Districts with points given for having better thermal comfort were Santa Cecília, the República and Bela Vista, due to their larger amount of green areas by fiscal court, which act as local refrigerators. It was found that the respondents have the perception and awareness of their spa directly related to the quality of life.
