Le cycle de la conjoncture chez Schumpeter : éternel retour du même ?

Cet article s'inscrit dans la lignée de précédents travaux visant à rapprocher l'entrepreneur schumpétérien et le surhumain nietzschéen. Les deux partagent une créativité pouvant s'interpréter comme l'extériorisation d'un surcroît de force qui, dans l'optique nietzschéenne, s'assimile à la source extra-morale de l'accrois- sement de la vie. Reste à savoir si le cadre dans lequel ils évoluent est le même. Au-delà d'une approche historique du cycle de la conjoncture, notre hypothèse est que l'approche philosophique d'un cycle du devenir s'avère être féconde pour une interprétation enrichie du cycle de la conjoncture, complétant et prolongeant ainsi notre interprétation du surhumain et de l'entrepreneur. IRM cardiaque: imagerie de référence dans le diagnostic de la myocardite aiguë [Cardiac magnetic resonance in acute myocarditis: a new non-invasive diagnostic gold standard?].

Acute myocarditis was until recently one of the most difficult diagnoses in cardiology. The spectrum of signs and symptoms is very wide, the usual non-invasive tests lack specificity and the myocardial biopsy is only performed in a minority of cases to confirm the diagnosis. Due to its unique ability to directly image myocardial necrosis, fibrosis and oedema, cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) is now considered the primary tool for noninvasive assessment of patients with suspected myocarditis. CMR is also useful for monitoring disease activity under treatment. Myocarditis has been associated with the development of dilated cardiomyopathy; CMR could play a role in the follow-up of such cases to detect the progression toward a dilatative phenotype. Precise mapping of myocardial lesions with cardiac MRI is invaluable to guide myocardial biopsy and increase its diagnostic yield by improving sensitivity.

HypnoLaus: le sommeil sous la loupe [HypnoLaus sleep cohort study].

Normal sleep patterns and prevalence of sleep disorders in the general population are largely unknown. The aim of HypnoLaus cohort study is to record sleep and analyze sleep characteristics in a large population-based sample, which had undergone comprehensive genetic, somatic, and psychiatric investigations. Full polysomnography has already been performed in more than 1100 middle aged men and women randomly selected from Lausanne general population (goal 2000-3000 sleep recordings). Over 4000 additional subjects from the same population have filled various questionnaires on their sleep habits and complaints. These results combined with genetic, cardiovascular, metabolic, and psychiatric data provide a unique opportunity to determine the interaction between sleep, its genetic determinants and cardiovascular, psychiatric, or metabolic diseases.

Le pasteur pentecôtiste : un fil conducteur entre le ciel et la terre

Cet article se propose de prendre pour objet deux assemblées pentecôtistes de l'Est de la France - l'Église Évangélique de Pentecôte de Besançon (Franche-Comté) et la Porte Ouverte Chrétienne de Mulhouse (Alsace) - qui ont fait l'objet d'investigations ethnographiques dans le cadre de notre thèse de doctorat. Après avoir situé ces deux assemblées dans la mouvance du pentecôtisme français, nous nous sommes concentré sur la figure du pasteur pentecôtiste. L'exemplarité de l'histoire de vie des pasteurs, le rôle centrale que jouent ces derniers dans la « mise en présence » du Saint Esprit durant le culte et l'inspiration divine dont sont supposés être imprégnés leurs enseignements bibliques légitiment ce personnage dans sa fonction d'intermédiaire incontournable dans la relation entre le fidèle et son Dieu, alors même que le pentecôtisme s'inscrit historiquement dans la mouvance évangélique qui valorise la relation personnelle du chrétien né de nouveau avec son créateur. This paper considers two Pentecostal assemblies in Eastern France - the Église Évangélique de Pentecôte of Besançon (Franche-Comté) and the Porte Ouverte Chrétienne of Mulhouse (Alsace) - I have investigated for my PhD research, following an ethnographical method. After located these two assemblies in the sphere of influence of the French Pentecostalism, we focused on the Pentecostal pastor figure. The exemplary nature of the story of life of the pastors, the central role that pastors play in encounters with divine during the cult and the divine inspiration of their biblical educations legitimize this figure like inescapable intermediary between the believer and his God. Even if Pentecostalism is historically part of the evangelical sphere of influence which values personal relationships of the born again Christian with his creator.
