本论文实验结果发现汉语阅读障碍在视听觉功能上有非语言特异性的感知觉加工缺陷:他们在完成视觉任务时成绩稍差,反应时延长,ERP波形成分的峰潜伏期也延长,波幅降低,尤其是左侧枕叶视皮层对右侧视野投射信号的加工效能差,这是首次报道他们枕叶视皮质的左右差异;他们完成听觉分辨任务时,对听觉分辨的效能比正常儿童低;尤其是在听觉相关电位中的表现,峰潜伏期延长,波幅降低。他们在视听觉双通道信号整合的加工上仍表现出ERP波形成分的峰潜伏期延长,波幅较低的现象;综合这三方面的结果,可以推论阅读障碍者可能对一般的信息进行感知觉加工的效能弱。 他们在同音字判断任务中表现出有语音意识缺陷:完成同音字判断任务的正确率与正常儿童有显著的差异;对假字的加工和形似同音字的加工产生的ERP波形均与正常儿童有显著差异,这种差异尤其在左脑更明显。 结合Franck的理论,推论汉语阅读障碍形成原因:汉语阅读障碍行为表现多种多样,这些变异性可能有一些共同的神经心理基础;由于出生前神经的异常发育,遗传的异常或环境的影响而导致的大脑左右两半球功能的差异,尤其左半球引起其对语言加工的缺陷,可能伴随出现视听觉等基本的感知觉功能障碍。

Sulfur is a major poison to noble metal catalysts for deep aromatic hydrogenation in the petroleum refining industry. In order to study the sulfur resistance of Pd-based catalysts, a series of Pd, Cr, and PdCr catalysts supported on HY-Al2O3 were studied by NH3-TPD, pyridine-adsorption IR, TPR, IR spectra of adsorbed CO, and toluene hydrogenation in the presence of 3000 ppm sulfur as thiophene under the following conditions: 533-573 K, 4.2 MPa, and WHSV 4.0 h(-1). Cr has no influence on the acidity of the catalysts. TPR patterns and in situ IR spectra of adsorbed CO revealed a strong interaction between Cr and Pd, and the frequency shift of linear bonded CO on Pd indicates that the electron density of Pd decreases with the increase of the Cr/Pd atomic ratio. The catalytic performance of Pd, Cr, and PdCr catalysts shows that the sulfur resistance of Pd is strongly enhanced by Cr, and the activity reaches its maximum when the Cr/Pd atomic ratio equals 8. The active phase model "Pd particles decorated by Cr2O3" is postulated to explain the behavior of PdCr catalysts. (C) 2001 Academic Press.

A new set-up was constructed for capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) involving a sampling capillary as a bypass fixed to the separation capillary. Sample solutions were subjected to a previously established pH gradient from the sample capillary. Besides performing conventional CIEF, the separation of ampholytic compounds with isoelectric points (p/s) beyond the pH gradient was carried out on this system. This method was termed as pH gradient driven electrophoresis (PGDE) and the basic mathematical expressions were derived to express the dynamic fundamentals. Proteins such as lysozyme, cytochrome C, and pepsin with p/s higher than 10 or below 3 were separated in a pH gradient provided by Pharmalyte (pH 3-10). Finally, this protocol convincingly exhibited its potential in the separation of a solution of chicken egg white.

The interactions between granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) and dextran sulfate/kappa-carrageenan oligosaccharide were studied by capillary zone electrophoresis. Dextran sulfate could strongly interact with G-CSF and the complex was detected. The binding constant and stoichiometry were determined to be 1.2x10(6) (mol/L)(-1) and 3:1, respectively. However, the interaction between K-carrageenan oligosaccharide and G-CSF was not found.

A silica-based monolithic capillary column was prepared via a sol-gel process. The continuous skeleton and large through-pore structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The native silica monolith has been successfully employed in the electrochromatographic separation of beta-blockers and alkaloids extracted from traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). Column efficiencies greater than 250000 plates/m for capillary electrochromatography (CEC) separation of basic compounds were obtained. It was observed that retention of basic pharmaceuticals on the silica monolith was mainly contributed by a cation-exchange mechanism. Other retention mechanisms including reversed-phase and normal-phase mechanisms and electrophoresis of basic compounds also played a role in separation. A comparison of the differences between CEC and capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) separation was also discussed.

Michael addition of substituted pyrazoles 2 to 1-alkynyl Fischer carbene complexes (CO)(5)M=C(OEt)(CdropCPh) (1) (a, M = Cr and b M = W) afforded (pyrazolyl)alkenyl Fischer carbene complexes (CO)(5)M=C(OEt)(CH=C(R(1)R(2)R(3)pz)Ph) (R(1)R(2)R(3)pz = pyrazolyl) 3 (M = Cr) and 4 (M = W), respectively, with an exclusive (E)-configuration in mild to excellent yields. The reaction of la and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (2b) was monitored to demonstrate the formation and decomposition of complex 3b by H-1 NMR measurements in CDCl3 at 23degreesC. Complexes 3 and 4 were characterized with H-1, C-13{H-1} NMR, IR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. When the substituted pyrazoles were 3-methylpyrazole (2a) and 3,5-di-tert-butylpyrazole (2d), molecular structures of the corresponding (pyrazolyl)alkenyl Fischer carbene complexes 3a and 4d were characterized by X-ray crystallographic study. The Basic Income has been defined as a relatively small income that the public Administration unconditionally provides to all its members as a citizenship right. Its principal objective consists on guaranteeing the entire population with an income enough to satisfy living basic needs, but it could have other positive effects such as a more equally income redistribution or tax fraud fighting, as well as some drawbacks, like the labor supply disincentives. In this essay we present the argument in favor and against this policy and ultimately define how it could be financed according to the actual tax and social benefits’ system in Navarra. The research also approaches the main economic implications of the proposal, both in terms of static income redistribution and discusses other relevant dynamic uncertainties.
