机载测深激光雷达千赫兹全固态激光器设计及特性研究

将千赫兹高功率全固态Nd：YAG激光器的增益介质当作厚透镜处理，使用矩阵的方法对等效热透镜腔进行分析。采用多条半导体激光列阵侧向紧凑抽运结构设计，提高了增益介质光抽运的均匀性。根据实际抽运功率，通过模拟计算，设计了平凸非稳腔。选择的凸面全反镜的最佳曲率半径有效地补偿了增益介质热透镜效应，激光器实现了动态稳腔运转，激光脉冲能量输出斜度效率大于13％，光束发散角优于1.3mrad。

A new method of modeling cladding band structure of air-guiding photonic crystal fibers

Cladding band structure of air-guiding photonic crystal fibers with high air-filling fraction is calculated in terms of fiber shape variation. The fundamental photonic band gap dependence on structure parameters, air-filling fraction and spacing, is also investigated. The numerical results show that the band gap edges shift toward longer wavelength as the air-filling fraction is increased, whereas the relative band gap width increases linearly. For a fixed air-filling fraction, the band gap edges with respect to spacing keep constant. With this method, the simulation results agree well with the reported data. © 2007 Elsevier B.V. [EN]In this project has been developed a tool which synthesizes realistic waveforms produced by the intra-aortic balloon pump. In addition the following waveforms have also been synthesized: arterial blood pressure (ABP) waveform, the four variations produced due to timing errors of the balloon and the waveform of the helium gas rapidly shuttling in and out of the balloon chamber. All waveforms are synthesized in synchrony with the balloon's inflation/deflation cycles. A database composed of annotated ECG (Electrocardiogram) normal sinus rhythm records has also been created during the project. In order to facilitate the work, two graphical user interfaces were developed. The first interface allows the selection of the ECG records, which were latter annotated using the second interface. Starting from the newly created annotated database, the different waveforms, mentioned above, were synthesized. In this document, in view of the synthesized waveforms, it can be concluded that the obtained results are satisfactory.

Diode-pumped Q-switched Tm:YAP laser with a pump recycling scheme

We reported on a diode end-pumped AO Q-switched Tm:YAP laser at 1937 nm. The average output power was 3.9 W, with a slope efficiency of 29.4% and optical-optical conversion efficiency of 21.6% at a 5-kHz repetition rate. The temperature dependency of the output power and the pulse width at different repetition rates were investigated in details.
