Nutzungspotentiale interner Weblogs bei RobinBook.ch

Die interne Kommunikation ist ein zentrales Element erfolgreicher Unternehmensführung. Sie generiert Wissen, welches für die Innovations- und Produktivitätskraft eines Unternehmens entscheidend ist. Je grösser und internationaler dieses jedoch ist, desto schwieriger wird die Vernetzung der Mitarbeiter und der Austausch von Wissen. Heutzutage bietet das Web 2.0 durch interaktive und kollaborative Elemente Wege für einen offenen und transparenten Informationsfluss. Weblogs, Soziale Netzwerke oder Wikis sind beliebte Werkzeuge der Verbreitung von Informationen und Förderung eines kommunikativen Austauschs, da sie durch einfache Bedienung nicht nur IT- Spezialisten vorbehalten sind. In diesem Beitrag wird anhand eines Fallbeispiels gezeigt, wie durch einen intern genutzten Weblog (kurz Blog) eine Alternative zum herkömmlichen Intranet geboten werden kann, um Unternehmen zu vernetzen und dadurch einen Wissensaustausch zu ermöglichen.

Combining Bottom-up and Top-down Generation of Interactive Knowledge Maps for Enterprise Search

Our research project develops an intranet search engine with concept- browsing functionality, where the user is able to navigate the conceptual level in an interactive, automatically generated knowledge map. This knowledge map visualizes tacit, implicit knowledge, extracted from the intranet, as a network of semantic concepts. Inductive and deductive methods are combined; a text ana- lytics engine extracts knowledge structures from data inductively, and the en- terprise ontology provides a backbone structure to the process deductively. In addition to performing conventional keyword search, the user can browse the semantic network of concepts and associations to find documents and data rec- ords. Also, the user can expand and edit the knowledge network directly. As a vision, we propose a knowledge-management system that provides concept- browsing, based on a knowledge warehouse layer on top of a heterogeneous knowledge base with various systems interfaces. Such a concept browser will empower knowledge workers to interact with knowledge structures.

Multilingual manager: a new strategic role in organizations

Today?s knowledge management (KM) systems seldom account for language management and, especially, multilingual information processing. Document management is one of the strongest components of KM systems. If these systems do not include a multilingual knowledge management policy, intranet searches, excessive document space occupancy and redundant information slow down what are the most effective processes in a single language environment. In this paper, we model information flow from the sources of knowledge to the persons/systems searching for specific information. Within this framework, we focus on the importance of multilingual information processing, which is a hugely complex component of modern organizations.

Infraestructuras y servicios de Telefónica. Implementación oficina móvil bajo el servicio VPNIP

El presente proyecto de fin de carrera esta desarrollado para el explicar el estado actual de las telecomunicaciones en España. Mercado que esta en constante evolución tecnológica y que se ha pasado inicialmente medir por la tasa de penetración de líneas vocales en un país a pasar de hablar de indicadores como la voz IP, descarga de contenidos, uso de los dispositivos ya que el contenido de lo que las redes transporta es donde puede estar el negocio para los operadores.El proyecto de fin de carrera a groso modo está distribuido en dos partes. La primera parte del proyecto, esta enfocado de una manera teórica haciendo una análisis del mercado actual de las telecomunicaciones. Para ello se realiza un primer estudio de los mercados de telecomunicaciones a nivel europeo y en España. Se analiza el sector de las TIC haciendo un repaso por los datos claves obtenidos en el último año y que han sido influenciados por la crisis mundial que vivimos en la actualidad. Detalles de la evolución de los servicios, infraestructuras de nueva generación desplegadas, inversiones y gastos de los operadores así como la cuota de servicio de los mismos. Regulaciones recientes e iniciativas como la Agenda Electrónica Digital para impulsar el crecimiento de la Sociedad de la Información. Investigación sobre la adopción y uso cotidiano de las nuevas tecnologías y dispositivos que hacen los ciudadanos que permiten mejoran nuestras vidas, la productividad de la economía y que será de devenir de las tendencias futuras hacia las que se moverá el mercado. Adicionalmente se plantea cuestiones sobre las tendencias de futuro de las redes de telecomunicaciones, analizando la previsión del volumen de datos creciente a transportar, los mecanismos para aumentar la capacidad, flexibilidad y eficiencia de las redes mediante técnicas como la virtualizacion (SDN).Debido a la experiencia profesional adquirida trabajando en un ISP como es Telefonica de España administrando sus redes y servicios a grandes empresas, profundizare con detalle técnico en estudiar y mostrar como estan montadas sus infraestructuras de red (Red IP Única, NGN, Multiservicio/UNO,…) , los diferentes tipos de accesos a las redes incluyendo los de nueva generación (FTTH) así como el catalogo de servicios ofertados (Macrolan, VPN-IP, Ibercom IP…), principalmente basados RPVs y sus facilidades asociadas sobre las mencionadas redes para las grandes empresas, PYMES y residencial que les permite la comunicación nacional o internacional entre las diferentes emplazamientos de sus oficinas con sus sedes centrales. La segunda parte de este proyecto se describe la implementación de un caso práctico real tanto en tema de configuración y montaje de equipamientos empleados (router,antena 3G…) de una oficina móvil basado en el servicio vpn-ip de Telefonica con acceso móvil 3G que se encuentra en el actual portfolio de sus productos que se explico en teóricamente en la primera parte del proyecto y que tiene conectividad con la red IP Única de la RPV del cliente Caja de Seguros Reunidos (CASER) la cual que nos permitirá conectarnos remotamente a un servidor de monitorización de su intranet ubicada en su sede central de Madrid que muestreara el trafico que se esta cursado por los interfaces del router de la oficina móvil. En la configuración del router se empleara diferentes métodos de conectividad como túneles GRE para la conectividad con los equipos de la red IP Única, LT2P y PPP para el acceso a la red móvil y se dotara de mayor seguridad al trafico cursado por la oficina Mobil empleando túneles IPSEC para la encriptación y cifrado de los datos para evitar que el trafico que va en claro por la red móvil si es interceptado por un tercero no sea capaz de analizarlo y descifrarlo y no se vea afectada la privacidad de la información que estamos transmitiendo.

Las webs de los partidos políticos y candidatos durante la campaña presidencial de 2012 en México

Internet llegó a la comunicación política mexicana desde la década de los noventa, y aunque en un principio su uso fue limitado, centrado básicamente en mostrar una biografía y las actividades del político, para el año 2012, la utilización de las páginas personales online se había extendido entre quienes aspiraban a un cargo de elección popular. En 2012, alrededor de 40 millones de Méxicanos se conectaban a Internet, sin embargo, los políticos seguían enfocándose (principalmente) a los medios masivos como la radio, la prensa y principalmente la televisión para llegar a más ciudadanos, a pesar de que ya había cifras de crecimiento que indicaban que las condiciones de Internet en México estaban cambiando. Frente a estas circunstancias, la presente investigación se enfoca en indidagar el uso electoral y las funciones de 8 páginas webs, 4 de los candidatos y 4 de los principales partidos que los representaron en la elección presidencial mexicana de 2012. Es un estudio cualitativo que utiliza como modelo de indagación y comparación de datos el esquema que formuló el profesor José Luis Dader y su equipo en 2008, en las elecciones generales españolas. Para identificar el uso de las webs, se buscó determinar el cumplimiento de las siguientes funciones: 1) Función de organización y coordinación interna: Referencias a su Intranet en red abierta, 2) Función de Transparencia Informativa de Autopresentación, 3) Función de Difusión/Propagación Informativa, 4) Función persuasivo/emotiva, 5) Función de Movilización y Reclutamiento, 6) Función deliberativa/participativa, 7) Funciones de sencillez de uso y de ayuda instrumental (eficiencia auxiliar al servicio de las funciones restantes). Para los usuarios de iPad: al bajar el archivo epub desde la plataforma RUA directamente al dispositivo no se reconoce el formato, por lo que la aplicación ibooks no lo abre. Para evitarlo, recomendamos bajar el fichero en un ordenador y llevarlo al iPad, vía conexión por cable o a través de una nube de datos (la aplicación Dropbox es gratis).

Development of Database for Distributed Information Measurement and Control System

The purpose of this work is the development of database of the distributed information measurement and control system that implements methods of optical spectroscopy for plasma physics research and atomic collisions and provides remote access to information and hardware resources within the Intranet/Internet networks. The database is based on database management system Oracle9i. Client software was realized in Java language. The software was developed using Model View Controller architecture, which separates application data from graphical presentation components and input processing logic. The following graphical presentations were implemented: measurement of radiation spectra of beam and plasma objects, excitation function for non-elastic collisions of heavy particles and analysis of data acquired in preceding experiments. The graphical clients have the following functionality of the interaction with the database: browsing information on experiments of a certain type, searching for data with various criteria, and inserting the information about preceding experiments.

Automating Exersises Validation in e-Learning Environments

E-learning is supposing an innovation in teaching, raising from the development of new technologies. It is based in a set of educational resources, including, among others, multimedia or interactive contents accessible through Internet or Intranet networks. A whole spectrum of tools and services support e-learning, some of them include auto-evaluation and automated correction of test-like exercises, however, this sort of exercises are very constrained because of its nature: fixed contents and correct answers suppose a limit in the way teachers may evaluation students. In this paper we propose a new engine that allows validating complex exercises in the area of Data Structures and Algorithms. Correct solutions to exercises do not rely only in how good the execution of the code is, or if the results are same as expected. A set of criteria on algorithm complexity or correctness in the use of the data structures are required. The engine presented in this work covers a wide set of exercises with these characteristics allowing teachers to establish the set of requirements for a solution, and students to obtain a measure on the quality of their solution in the same terms that are later required for exams.

Multi-Agent Security System based on Neural Network Model of User's Behavior

It is proposed an agent approach for creation of intelligent intrusion detection system. The system allows detecting known type of attacks and anomalies in user activity and computer system behavior. The system includes different types of intelligent agents. The most important one is user agent based on neural network model of user behavior. Proposed approach is verified by experiments in real Intranet of Institute of Physics and Technologies of National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute”.

Data Protection and Packet Mode in the Distributed Information Measurement and Control System for Research in Physics

The present paper is devoted to creation of cryptographic data security and realization of the packet mode in the distributed information measurement and control system that implements methods of optical spectroscopy for plasma physics research and atomic collisions. This system gives a remote access to information and instrument resources within the Intranet/Internet networks. The system provides remote access to information and hardware resources for the natural sciences within the Intranet/Internet networks. The access to physical equipment is realized through the standard interface servers (PXI, CАМАC, and GPIB), the server providing access to Ethernet devices, and the communication server, which integrates the equipment servers into a uniform information system. The system is used to make research task in optical spectroscopy, as well as to support the process of education at the Department of Physics and Engineering of Petrozavodsk State University.

This thesis chronicles the design and implementation of a Internet/Intranet and database based application for the quality control of hurricane surface wind observations. A quality control session consists of selecting desired observation types to be viewed and determining a storm track based time window for viewing the data. All observations of the selected types are then plotted in a storm relative view for the chosen time window and geography is positioned for the storm-center time about which an objective analysis can be performed. Users then make decisions about data validity through visual nearest-neighbor comparison and inspection. The project employed an Object Oriented iterative development method from beginning to end and its implementation primarily features the Java programming language. ^
