This study was conducted to look into the relationship between mouth size and the total length of larval fish, and the growth in total length of larval fish in one or within a one-year period. Study material was gathered in the South China Sea, the Bay of Bangkok and the Vietnamese coast. This translation focuses on methods and conclusions of the original (longer) paper.

Observations on the downstream movements of brown trout fry (Salmo trutta L.)in the Lissuraga [Translation from: Bulletin Francais de la Pisciculture No.274 1-17, 1979]

The phenomenon of the downstream movement of brown trout fry has been noticed for a very long time by fish biologists. The work presented here, and taking place in the framework of the hydrobiological research of the INRA, represents the results of three years' observation of the movement downstream in the Lissuraga, a small stream in the French Basque country, in connection with certain environmental factors, which are shown. The authors have used a live experiment to compare, in an artificial stream, the ”descending” (or ”Nomadic”) fry with the ”resident” fry, caught by electric fishing in other parts of the stream.

O novo perfil da culpa na responsabilidade civil: a culpa como critério para gradação da indenização

A presente tese propõe um estudo teórico dos perfis estrutural e funcional da culpa a partir do novo marco normativo introduzido no direito brasileiro pelo parágrafo único, do artigo 944 do Código Civil. Por meio de uma análise da disciplina normativa da culpa na seara da responsabilidade civil extracontratual, demonstra-se, neste trabalho que, a despeito do incremento das hipóteses de responsabilidade objetiva, a culpa ainda detém papel relevante no Direito Civil brasileiro. Além de atuar como fator de surgimento do dever de indenizar, a culpa também desempenha hoje a importante função de critério para fixação do valor da indenização. Os estudos realizados comprovam que esses diferentes papéis da culpa lhe imprimem contornos normativos distintos, não sendo mais possível hoje a adoção de uma teoria unitária para a descrição desse instituto jurídico. Ao contrário de seu perfil na esfera das regras de imputação de responsabilidade, onde é apreciada de forma abstrata e objetiva, no plano em que atua como critério de definição da extensão da indenização, a culpa assume feições concretas e pessoais. O estudo foi realizado mediante pesquisa bibliográfica, que compreendeu levantamento de doutrina, jurisprudência e legislação pertinentes.

ICF中可调法布里-珀罗滤波器间距稳定度研究

在神光Ⅱ第9路ICF高功率激光装置中，采用可调法布里-珀罗（F-P）滤波器对幅度调制效应进行补偿，根据补偿装置的技术要求，提出-种应用nm量级精度的电容式位移传感器对可调F-P滤波器间距稳定度进行监控的系统，详细论述了监控系统的结构与工作原理。给出了电容式位移传感器的驱动电路及数据处理与控制软件的设计方案，并对电容式位移传感器的精度进行了标定。实验结果表明，该位移监控系统能够使可调F—P滤波器的间距稳定度保持在15nm／h以内，使幅度调制效应的调制深度优于4％。

abstract {Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) technique is an effective method for the chemical composition analysis of ancient glass samples without destruction. Chemical composition of the ancient glass samples dated from the Warring States Period (770-476 B.C.) to the Six Dynasties Period (220-589 A.D.), which were unearthed in Sichuan area, was quantitatively determined by the PIXE technique. The results show that the glass Bi (disc) and the glass eye beads of the Warring States Period all belong to the PbO-BaO-SiO₂ system. According to the composition and shape, we infer that these glass Bi and eye beads were made in China. Whereas, the chemical compositions of the glass ear pendants and beads of the Six Dynasties Period are varied, including K₂O-CaO-SiO₂, K₂O-SiO₂ and other glass systems. Based on the obtained results and those from literatures, some questions related to the technical propagation of the ancient Chinese glass are discussed.}
