Adequação curricular: alternativas de suporte pedagógico na Educação Inclusiva

The organization of the inclusive education is a slow and complex process, which has the necessity of investments in supports for all the scholar team. Aiming at spreading one of the actions carried out for the promotion of the inclusive educational practices in a municipal education system in a western city in the state of São Paulo, this paperwork has the objective of presenting an elaborated manual of orientations for the implementation of the individual curricular adaptations (ACIs) for students who demand special educational necessities (NEEs). The material was constituted on the basis of three data sets: 1) tabulation of the evaluations of the curricular adaptations already made; 2) the literature review; 3) analysis of the themes which have emerged during case discussion meetings mediated by the researchers with teachers from the Specialized Pedagogical Support Service (SAPE), with teachers and administrators from the common education system and the technical-pedagogical team. The final version of the manual contemplates the theoretical-operational aspects about the themes: flexibility and curricular adequation, inclusive education, definitions of NEEs, how SAPE works; and it finishes with a model proposal of ACI. It is expected that the spreading of this material can subside new curricular propositions for students with deficiency that are very distant from the academic level expected for the current scholar year.

Due to complications caused by metallic implants in the replacement of bone tissue, the biological application of ceramics raised and became a viable alternative. The titania has the ability to promote bone tissue regeneration based on its structure, mechanical and biologically properties compatibility. The present work aims at obtaining and characterization of Titania (TiO2) porous ceramics produced by the polymeric sponge method (replica method). Polyurethane sponge with 10 ppi and 15 ppi (pores per linear inch) were used. The process differentiation is the air blower used to remove excess slurry. The ceramics sponges were dried in an oven, then pre-sintered at 1000 o C and sintered at 1450 o C. The effect of direct sintering at 1450 o C was also assessed. The percentage of solids used to prepare the slurry was 40 to 45% by weight. To increase the surface porosity of the sponge, 20% of starch was added. There was difficulty on controlling the thickness of the slurry layers on the sponge which resulted in the variation of samples mechanical resistance. Despite this, the results obtained are quite promising for the proposed use, indicating that it is possible to obtain titania sponges with an apparent porosity of around 60%, a bulk density ranging from 40 to 47% and a compressive strength resistance – that with better control of layers depositions – can vary from 1 to 4 MPa

Transplante de medula óssea para suporte de células tronco hematopoiéticas em cães acometidos por linfoma

Lymphoma represents the most prevalent hematopoietic malignancy in small animal medicine. It is highly responsible to chemotherapy and therefore several protocols are used as therapeutic tools. For that reason, the bone marrow transplantation, enshrined in human medicine through initial trial in canine patients, has increasingly become the focus of studies in order to make it a reality also in veterinary medicine. First, the treatment with the chosen chemotherapy protocol is made. As complete remission of lymphoma is observed, it must be initiated the bone marrow harvesting. The obtained material is subjected to the processes of erythrocyte depletion, plasma depletion, cryoprotectants addition, total nuclear cells counting, hematopoietic progenitor quantification, analysis of cell viability and freezing. Following that, with radiotherapy or application of cyclophosphamide, the conditioning phase of the patient who is receiving the transplantation is carried out. The bags containing hematopoietic stem cells are then thawed and transplanted into the receptor organism. Support with hematopoietic stem cells allows the use of lethal doses of chemotherapy or radiotherapy and has been shown to considerably raise the disease remission time and survival rate of the canine patients

Artemidia independente: Vidas Imperfeitas, o quadrinho em um diálogo entre linguagem e suporte

The term “independent media art” expresses an artistic-scientific process performed in the Art- Science Communication interface presented as Final Paper in Visual Arts baccalaureate modality. The first part consists in gather, in artisticscientific research, an overview of the production of independent comics, mainly in Brazil, as well as some of the manifestations that were derived from it. The identification is made from bibliographical and iconographical survey, both printed and virtual materials. The second part discusses the production of a comic of my own - Imperfect Lives - published independently. This work is inserted in the line of research “Artistic Processes and Procedures” of the Department of Fine Arts of the Art Institute of UNESP and describes: Creative process, production, dissemination and influences. The third and final section brings together the work done by me during the four-year course, whose theme has some relation with comics. Experiments are in various media, using one or another characteristic intrinsic to them. The monography includes as an appendix a copy of each issue of the fanzine Imperfect Lives. The methodology used was Freinetiana Educational Cybernetics, developed in the research group “Art media and Videoclip”, whose leading advisor is the one from this Final Paper. The result and discussion of the artistic research and scientific monography were reported in the following versions: PDF File repository for dissemination in the virtual library of the Institute of Arts. This research aims at the study of treatment of clothes washing water through biological treatment, for the purpose of evaluating the reduction of phosphorus to make it suitable for a posterior treatment of physical-chemical. For this purpose it was employed a sequencing batch reactor, consisting of aerobic and anaerobic phases. During the project it was verified not only the reduction of phosphorus (removal of 30 to 50%) but also the reduction of BOD, COD, Turbidity and Nitrate (removal of 38 to 36%, 34 to 41%, 72,3 to 75% and 57,8 to 60% respectively), which demonstrates that the proposed treatment can assist advanced treatments of water for its non potable reuse

Produção de vetores recombinantes para expressão de diferentes formas da proteína K1 do herpesvírus associado ao Sarcoma de Kaposi (KSHV)

Kaposi´s sarcoma associated herpesvirus (KSHV) or human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) is a gammaherpesvirus essential for the development of all forms of Kaposi´s sarcoma (KS). The KSHV’s life cycle is basically divided into latent and lytic phases, which have distinct viral gene expression profiles. Some important oncogenic products of KSHV are expressed during the lytic phase, including the viral K1 protein. As an effect of interfer-ence with intracellular signaling, K1 expression increases proliferation and survival of KSHV-infected cells. Due to its high level of genetic variability compared to other re-gions of the viral genome, the K1-encoding ORF (ORF-K1) is commonly evaluated for KSHV genotyping. It remains unclear whether different viral genotypes have particular biological effects that might modify the KSHV oncogenicity. The present study aimed to contribute to the establishment of an experimental in vitro model for evaluation of the K1 protein from common KSHV genotypes. Recombinant expression vectors with the ORF-K1 from KSHV genotypes A, B and C were prepared by genetic cloning. The recombi-nant vectors pKSHVOK1 obtained by cloning were sequenced for structural validation. After that, HEK293 cell line was transfected with the recombinant vectors, and proteins were extracted for expression analysis by Western blot technique, for K1 functional vali-dation. Results showed that ORF-K1 vectors containing KSHV ORF-K1 from the A, B and C genotypes were produced and structurally validated by DNA sequencing. The K1 expression at the protein level was also confirmed by immunoblots using an antibody for FLAG detection, an epitope from the vector that binds to K1. Based on presented re-sults, it´s possible to conclude that the recombinant vectors will be able to be used in future studies of K1 protein biological properties from distinct KSHV genotypes

In this case was used the AHP to aid the decision by multiple criteria. First we analyzed the most important criteria of the current machine for the application of the method and were later made the application and sensitivity analysis

Redução de tempo de setup de uma máquina de encartuchamento pela técnica SMED

Currently the market requires companies to adapt for they can have the lowest possible cost in their manufacturing, be it a good or service, thus obtaining a greater profit. For this profit the Toyota Production System applies lean manufacturing practices actions with reduced spending, smaller lots and stocks, generated by market demand. The technique allows SMED with few actions, changes and investments that time does not exceed one digit on your total time. This case study shows that only with standardization and use of inexpensive improvements, could reduce setup time on a machine for 70 minutes to time of approximately 48 minutes with little investment, demonstrating the viability of the tool presented

Nos últimos anos, as pesquisas com células-tronco têm despertado um grande interesse nos meios de comunicação, levando a população a encarar esse novo conhecimento científico como sendo um método promissor para a cura de inúmeras doenças até agora, tidas como incuráveis. Deste modo, mostra-se fundamental que o ensino de Biologia se volte para o desenvolvimento de competências que permitam ao aluno entender, discutir, questionar, analisar, adquirir um posicionamento crítico diante das informações postas e fazendo uso dos conhecimentos adquiridos, servir como multiplicadores do conhecimento científico. Este trabalho tem como objetivo central a produção de um material didático contendo informações a respeito das células-tronco, quanto aos tipos, características, classificações, métodos de coleta e as terapias desenvolvidas no Brasil. Informações estas que servem como auxílio para professores de Ciências e Biologia, na compreensão e atualização perante as inovações científicas relacionadas às células-tronco. O capítulo 6 vem como uma sugestão de atividades possíveis a serem desenvolvidas a partir desse tema. In this poem, the poetic person’s unquietness conducts him to very peculiar displacements: the one that concerns to the end of millennium, marked by the utopia’s collapse, by the subjectivity fragmentation, by the frontiers’ reconfiguration between people and places. Assuming what the drummondian fatigued eyes have seen, the poet Haroldo de Campos will (re)think his world disharmony

O texto adaptado à máquina: estratégias de controle autoral para implementação da tradução automática

Machine translation systems have been increasingly used for translation of large volumes of specialized texts. The efficiency of these systems depends directly on the implementation of strategies for controlling lexical use of source texts as a way to guarantee machine performance and, ultimately, human revision and post-edition work. This paper presents a brief history of application of machine translation, introduces the concept of lexicon and ambiguity and focuses on some of the lexical control strategies presently used, discussing their possible implications for the production and reading of specialized texts.

O sagrado em A máquina do mundo repensada de Haroldo de Campos: lições dos midrashistas

In this article we aim to discuss the treatment given to religiosity and sacral in the poem A Máquina do Mundo Repensada (AMMR), published in 2000. In spite of the existence of Bible transcriations made by Haroldo de Campos, especially in the last years of his life, we have made an option to discuss this in the poem because in its pages the religiosity and the sacral amalgamate with the poetic, revealing an interesting creative work.
