Analisa a diversidade de formas dos sistemas de comunicação em Zamora - no Equador, os relacionamentos da instituição, participação social e mídias sociais a partir da produção e emissão radiofônica, televisão, comunicação impressa (escrita) e a presença das novas tecnologias na comunicação, tentando achar espaços dos quais seja possível desenvolver práticas alternativas e democráticas para contribuir com o desenvolvimento social. Examina as práticas de comunicação radiofônica, sendo um dos meios principais e com maior tradição na área. Estuda o rádio, particularmente local, analisando seus modelos e programações, observando em cada um deles suas características, objetivos e estratégias assumidas desde sua visão comercial ou ideológica, seu nível profissional e inovação técnica, prestando atenção e nomeando valor à posição critica dos ouvintes, para interpretar as tendências atuais e futuras que se apresentam para eles.Finalmente, chegou-se à comunicação no contexto, examinando os usos e formas, como também a influencia positiva ou negativa na formação da identidade, harmonia com o ambiente, valores e conhecimento em perspectiva de melhorar a qualidade da vida da população. A investigação apóia-se no conhecimento cientifico, pois aplica a técnica qualitativa: Diversidade de grupos focais, entrevistas, observação e uso de investigação bibliográfica.O trabalho considera a historia, a dinâmica própria e a estima que tem os Zamoranos da percepção de sua identificação no contexto de códigos, idiomas e bens, postura desde a qual eles estabelecem normas que devem ser usadas para o seu uso, enquanto permitem articular pontos de vista, analise e conceitos, examinar a teoria para entender o papel que melhor desempenham as mídias sociais e sua importância na sociedade.

This study aims to discuss the social media presence of the Brazilian newspapers Estadão and Folha de São Paulo, and how both have been working their way of communication on Facebook, the world famous social network. This study conducts a theoretical and conceptual review on the social media field and the digital media tendencies of journalism. It is also pointed out how the fanpages development was conceived -- recently, these fanpages have been aiming to find a way to approach their readers and interact with them. How both newspapers found a brand-new model on their social networks and how this model contributed to a more participative and equal communication, which involves the social network users, are worth of mention goals in this research

This project analyses in theory the transformations that have occurred in the information society in the range of the organizational communication, developing the internet historical trajectory as a technology of transformation. We highlight the cyber culture study as a cultural expression that emerges with the current society needs, observed by an optic that focuses on digital communication, emphasizing the digital environment as a space for information trade, in the interior premise of communication: the relationship. The organizations will be approached in the project through a channel for communication, in the digital range, besides the traditional forms. In regards to the enterprises we will study in depth the consumer of this society of consumerism, with a special look at the generation Y, deeply inserted in this virtual context, describing the current type of consumption, mainly the relations of consumption with the social medias. After this transforming process in which individuals are inserted in the digital environment we intend to focus in the corporate digital communication, analyzing the organizational digital communication in the contemporary society. We emphasize the theories of Public Relations, one of the main activities, able to do planning, to put together and execute the strategies that will be used in the social medias as a form of corporate digital communication. We explicit Twitter as a tool of the corporate digital communication, because it reaffirms the theories described throughout the research as one of the most essential social media to turn loyal the relationship between the consumer and the organization in real time, as an example is the organization “camisetaria” that became a success case in the social medias; we detail the participation of the company on Twitter and the reach of this network through it’s strategies in the corporate digital communication

The growing concern of experts in organizational communication with appropriate business relationships with its various stakeholders through digital platforms causes an upgrowth on the number of studies on the topic of social media. The social network communication receives analysis in different approaches, ranging from behavioral changes to the instrumentalization of these tools for marketing, relationship and information exchange. The objective of this monograph is to make an exploratory study that relates to organizational communication and social media, and discuss how the theories can contribute to the optimization of communication mediated by specific platforms that bring with them opportunities for interaction and relationship in the digital environment

This study aims to examine the changes occurring in organizational communication activities with the arrival of the Internet. The intention is to know how companies and their communication professionals have adapted to it and how they are making use of new digital technologies, especially social media. The study also allows know what strategies they are using to reach your target audience on the Internet, including those targeting mobile devices. For this, a survey was conducted with medium to large companies in Bauru (state of São Paulo), to see how it are acting in the online environment and what its perception regarding their image, visibility and positioning on Web

This paper aims to understand so that organizations in times of crisis - exposed to social media, especially Facebook - they conceive strategies to minimize any factors that shake with your credibility, image and reputation. There for, the case study on the crisis experienced by Ades brand in March 2013 was chosen. The methodology of the work consists of bibliographic research and analytical as well as the presentation and case study, covering the concepts of Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Reputation Management and Image, Branding and Integrated Communication. The advancement in the deployment of social networks by governments can generate public communication initiatives, which may contribute to the strengthening of citizenship, understood as the exercise of the right to information about public management. This article describes results of research which assessed, through content analysis, the breadth and depth of information offered by the state government of São Paulo in news stories accessed through the social networks Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Orkut which publicize purposes, lines of action and limits of public policies of immediate impact for citizenship, in the areas of welfare, health, education and environment. Results indicate that the analyzed sample contains, on average, from 28% to 40% of all information deemed necessary for the comprehensive and plural characterization of a public policy, according to the theoretical-methodological context of the research.
