This work aims to analyze the relationship among culture, education and rhetoric on the sermons of the Priest Antonio Vieira (1608-1697). It discusses the presence of oratory on the Western teaching since its Greek origins until the formation of the Ratio Studiorum in 17th-century. Brazilian society is defined as baroque and the rhetoric arises as element essential in the elaboration of the social imaginary speeches and, occupying as an essencial element in the elaboration of discursese and social imaginaries, occupying the centre of controversies, about questions like reason and the faith, ethics and the politics, the nature of the Indian and African peoples, even over the own construction of the modern subject. In this context the vieira´s preaching discharges the functions of kerigma (preaching), didachê (education) and politics (action). The research consisted in a finicky reading over five of these sermons that were returned in the presence of different audiences. The pulpit was the cathedra where Vieira used his sermons as a manner of social mobilization that aimed not only teaching a determined knowledge of reality, but altering cruel situations like Indian and poor people slavery in his epoch. Education by Vieira consist in a tension between utopian hopes and urgencies of practice. The rhetorical tradition affirms the interdependence of technical ethics and politics aspects. To know is not enough is necessary to convince and to move, realizating passage from theorical to practical liverly. It presupposes still the preoccupation with the solidity of argumentation and of reasoning, a wide cultural formation, the requirement of a civic ethics and, mainly, the adequacy between content and the specifics of audience

À partir des études de l'anthropologue Bruno Latour, dans lesquelles on montre l'importance de la rhétorique et des stratégies institutionnelles dans la fabrication des vérités scientifiques; des hypothèses concernant la nature ambiguë des sciences dressées par Isabelle Stengers et des idées d'Edgar Morin sur la nécessité de combattre la pensée fragmenteuse et de relier culture scientifique et culture humanistique, la thèse aborde la relation de l'homme avec ses artefacts, le défi des descriptions des phénomènes et de leurs propriétés, du dialogue entre les humains et les plusieures dimensions de la matière, et de la responsabilité qui devrait venir avec tous les progrès scientifiques. This work is located at the shield of research that defends the use of Mathematics History, based on the utilization of historical artifacts at teaching activities, at Mathematics classrooms, and at graduation courses for teachers of Elementary School and of the first grades of High School. The general objective is to examine the possibility of the use of historical artifacts, at teaching activities, at graduation courses for teachers of Elementary School and of the first grades of High School. Artifact, at this work, is comprehended as objects, documents, monuments, images and other kinds of materials that make sense to the Human actions at the past and that represent what have been said and done at the Human history. At the construction of the theoretical-methodological way of the research we have based ourselves upon the ideas of the authors that are engaged at the teachers formation; at researchers adherents to the use of Mathematics History (MH) as a methodological resource, and at studies accomplished that elucidate the role of the artifacts at the history and as a mediatory element of learning. We defend the thesis that the utilization of historical artifacts at teaching activities enables the increasing of the knowledge, the development of competencies and essential abilities to the teacher acting, as well as interact at different areas of the knowledge, that provides a conception of formation where the teacher improves his learning, learning-doing and learning-being. We have adopted a qualitative research approach with a theoretical and pratic study disposition about the elements that contribute to the teachers works at the classroom, emphasizing the role of the Mathematics history at the teacher s formation and as a pedagogical resource at the mathematics classroom; the knowledge, the competencies and abilities of the historical artifacts as an integrative link between the different areas of the knowledge. As result, we emphasize that the proposition of using the MH, through learning activities, at the course of teacher graduation is relevant, because it allows the investigation of ideas that originate the knowledge generated at every social context, considering the contribution of the social and cultural, political and economical aspects at this construction, making easy the dialog among the areas and inside of each one The historical artifact represents a research source that can be deciphered, comprehended, questioned, extracting from it information about knowledge of the past, trace and vestiges of the culture when it was created, consisting of a testimony of a period. These aspects grant to it consideration to be explored as a mediatory element of the learning. The artifacts incorporated at teaching activities of the graduation courses for teachers promote changes on the view about the Mathematics teaching, in view of to privilege the active participation of the student at the construction of his knowledge, at the reflection about the action that has been accomplished, promoting stimulus so the teachers can create their own artifacts, and offer, either, traces linking the Mathematics with others knowledge areas.

El objetivo que nortea este estudio fue el de pesquisar las relaciones entre la propuesta pedagógica de una institución pública de educación infantil y las practicas docentes. Para el alcance de este objetivo asumimos el abordaje cualitativo de investigación y optamos por la metodología de estudio de caso, siendo empírico una escuela pública de la municipalidad de Caicó. Fueron adoptados como procedimientos, la análisis documental, la entrevista semi-estructurada y la observación no-participante. Los fundamentos teóricos que sirvieron de marco a nuestras interpretaciones se encuentran en las concepciones contemporáneas acerca del niño, de la niñez y de su educación, como sobre los procesos de aprendizaje, desarrollo y currículo para educación infantil, como también la legislatura en vigor, los documentos oficiales y propuestas curriculares de referencia en la actualidad. A partir de ese marco, el niño está concebido como sujeto concreto, marcado por contingencias biológicas propias de la especie humana y, al mismo tiempo, contingencias histórico-culturales. Capaz de aprender y desarrollarse en condiciones de interacción y mediación por medio de la apropiación y producción de cultura. La niñez está comprometida como tiempo y condición de ser niño, marcada por especificidades frente a otras fases evolutivas. Esas concepciones históricas imponen una educación infantil con función de educar-cuidar, mediadora de cultura para los niños, implicando intencionalidad y sistematicidad de las intervenciones institucionales. De este modo emerge la necesidad como principio científico y exigencia legal de la elaboración y implementación de propuestas pedagógicas/curriculares, comprendidas como construcciones colectivas que involucran tanto los principios como proposiciones didácticas que instrumentalizan las prácticas de los educadores de niños, con el objetivo de garantizar la calidad del atendimiento. De esos fundamentos y basado en los principios de análisis de contenido, procedemos a la interpretación de datos construidos a partir de la análisis del documento-propuesta, del habla de los sujetos y de los registros de observaciones realizadas en dos salas de clase. La recomposición de la historia de la propuesta de la institución reveló, en principio, que su elaboración se hace sin una participación efectiva y equitativa de todos los profesionales. Sobre las relaciones entre el contenido en el documento y la práctica de los profesores, esa nos llevó a la definición de Categorías frente a lo que se reveló más significativo en el conjunto de datos: 1) Concepciones que fundamentan la propuesta pedagógica y la práctica docente y 2) Elementos de organización didáctica; y subcategorías: 1.1) Niño; 1.2) Función de la Educación Infantil; 1.3) Aprendizaje y desarrollo; 2.1) Contenidos y actividades; 2.2) Relación Escuela-familia. Del entrecruzamiento de los datos alrededor de esa categorización, emergieron relaciones de encuentros y, de manera más significativa, de desencuentros. Esas constataciones nos llevan a las condiciones de formación y actuación de los educadores infantiles e indican la necesidad que esas sean viabilizadas, en los contextos de las instituciones formas de participación efectiva de los profesionales responsables, sobretodo los profesores, en la elaboración e implementación de propuestas pedagógicas para instituciones de educación infantil. Prácticas que pueden convertirse en modos de actualización permanente y de efectivación de las propuestas, como también de formación continuada de los profesores. Por consecuencia, de posibilidades de mejoría de la calidad de la educación de los niños

La beauté dans la Gymnastique Rythmique (GR) s est esquissée comme condition de son existence. Pour son analyse, nous avons eu recourt au discours sur le pouvoir de Foucault (1971, 1979, 1987, 1988, 1997, 2003) et à sa relation avec la production de savoirs. Basés sur cette compréhension, nous avons réfléchi sur les relations de pouvoir dans la GR qui se sont établies et consolidées grâce à la réglementation de sa pratique, dans lequel le Code de Pointage a un rôle prépondérant. Ainsi, la GR a construit sa beauté à travers les temps au moyen de jeux de force où la gestualité de corps performatiques, à travers la discipline, a été prépondérant. Cette dernière a configuré des sens attelés à la coercition-résistence des corps: la production de discours. C est en pensant à une beauté comme ume trame de discours construits par ces relations de pouvoir-savoir des investissements du corps dans la Gymanstique Rythmique que nous nous posons les questions: Comment le Code de Pointage réglemente la gymanstique rythmique et sportive au sujet de la construction de la beauté ? Quelle est la relation entre les pouvoirs et les savoirs impliqués dans cette réglementation ? Nous avons donc pour objectifs de rechercher la beauté dans la Gymnastique Rythmique comme savoir produit à partir des relations du pouvoir circonscrites dans les règles de la modalité et de discuter la beauté à partir de la relation pouvoir/savoir comme réflexion pour le milieu de l éducation physique. Nous avons utilisé comme méthodologie la technique de l analyse de contenu (Bardin, 1977) afin d analyser le Code de Pointage de la GR dans sa version 2005-2008. Nous avons également fait usage des images de gymnastes comme moyen analogique pour amplifier le sens des discussions. La lecture fluctuante nous a permis de sélectionner des unités significatives et d organiser nos discussions en trois axes thématiques qui composent le premier chapitre intitulé « La beauté réglementée ». Dans ce chapitre, nous discutons les spécificités de la GR, la prescription de l utilisation du temps et de l espace et la configuration du geste technique à partir de l analyse de son code de ponctuation. Dans le deuxième chapitre, « Le corps beau transcende la règle », nous réalisons quelques réflexions destinées à l éducation physique à partir de la discussion du chapitre antérieur en prenant pour cible trois sujets : Pouvoirs et Savoirs, Technique et Style, Beauté et Éducation. Nous avons ainsi constaté que la beauté de la Gymnastique Rythmique contemporaine est entourée par sa réglementation, mais a été et continue à être dessinée par des mécanismes de pouvoir-savoir tout au long de sa trajectoire historique. Malgré l existence de conditions pour la beauté dans le Code de Pointage de la GR, il existe la possibilité de la création du propre style par la gymnaste, par la possibilité de vivre l improvisé et l imprévu, de sensibiliser le public, parce que le pouvoir crée des savoirs et le corps, qui se dépasse, créera toujours de nouvelles formes d être beau. La constatation que le Code de Pointage produit une beauté et que la gymnaste la reconstruit continuellement en en réactualisant les règles est une réflexion importante pour l éducation physique: elle réaffirme que le corps n est jamais seulement soumis, que même dans la soumission il est capable de produir du savoir, d être beau et de créer de nouveaux sens pour la Culture de Mouvements

This research argues about the mathematical knowledge built in the tradition of the cassava flour production, seeking to analyse these mathematical knowledge in the perspective of the categories of time and measure, built and practiced in the flour production, located in Serra do Navio and Calçoene, in Amapá - Brazil. The following work discuss the identification and the description of the mathematics during the production activities of the flour, where is presented elements related to generation and transmission of the traditional knowledge, which is the basis for maintenance of the tradition of the flour, characterizing the research as an Ethnomathematic study. The methodological procedures highlight ethnographical techniques and elements that characterize the participating observation. The results obtained showed us that the flour workers articulate some length, area and volume measure due to own and traditionally acquired systems, which is apprehended and countersigned by other kind of culturally established system; thus they relativism the measures systems and the official calendars. And it lifts as one of the main proposal that the academic mathematics and the tradition establish knowledge make conjunction of the both knowledge, that is important for a possible reflection and application in the construction of a pedagogical practice in mathematical education, trying to establish points of socio-economic and cultural mark

Este trabajo recupera los caminos de la educación por la Transamazonica y analiza las prácticas educativas de educadores(as)-educandos(as) del campo, desarrolladas en los espacios educativos de los asentamientos, con el foco en la relación teoríapráctica y acción-reflexión-acción que involucran el tiempo-escuela y el tiempocomunidad del Curso de Magisterio de la Tierra en al Transamazonica (2005/2008), con el objetivo de preparar y cualificar educadores(as) para actuar en la Educación Infantil, Enseñanza Básica/ primaria y Educación de jóvenes y adultos y diseminar los principios y presupuesto de la Educación del y en el Campo. En la misma perspectiva de garantizar un perfil profesional, anclado en la autonomía y en la emancipación, capaz de transformar la realidad, los actores desencadenan una formación profesional Continua, articulada a la organización social, con el objetivo de proporcionar las condiciones para el desarrollo de una docencia dinámica, fondada en la interdisciplinaridad, en la praxis, en la relación democrática entre educador(a) y educando(a) y en la afirmación de la triade Campo, Educación del-en el Campo y Políticas Públicas, de manera a contribuir para la construcción del proyecto de desarrollo del Campo, según la visión de los actores sociales de la Región. El análisis de las prácticas educativas es producto de la reflexión realizada por los/ las educadores(as)-educando(as) y de la observación traducida por la participación en reuniones, talleres, encuentros y en el tiempo-escuela, en los cuales se destacan los procesos vividos en el Curso por el grupo, la transformación de la cultura de la aula en los asentamientos, la participación activa, por medio del compromiso social que se concreta por la dinámica desarrollada en el tiempo-comunidad. Ese compromiso genera experiencias y aprendizajes diferenciados, que se refleja en las prácticas educativas desarrolladas por los/ las educadores(as)-educando(as). El estudio lleva en cuenta las tensiones, los conflictos y los aprendizajes con respecto al aspecto teoría-práctica, a los desafíos, al diálogo y a la docencia

The present study investigates Internet as technological interaction in the school environment as a resource of the teaching-learning process. It aims to discuss the lack of synchronicity between proposals of educational access for Internet use and types of access and interaction applied by youngsters. For the development of this research, I resorted to a qualitative, descriptive and explanatory research focused on a group whose subjects are youngsters from eleven to fifteen years of age in a catholic school which belongs to a group of private teaching schools in Natal city, Rio Grande do Norte state. As methodological option it focus on a group and the observation of its participation, discourse analysis and ethnography, considering facts and data of the pedagogical practice concerning the focused theme, besides the attempt to know the youngsters everyday at school and the relationship between them and juvenile cultures. It recognizes the existence of two moments of the focused group: the first related to internet use like technological interaction; the second concerns to the way Internet is problematic as technological interaction in classroom learning. While contacting with youngsters, the study discusses the concepts of Media Environments, Culture, Identity, Network, Consumption and Citizenship. It recognizes that it is relevant for the school to consider Internet a pedagogical tool, directed not just at research, but mostly as learning environment and as learning construction in a collaborative way. It points out the need of approach between school and media environment, reevaluating the pedagogical practice, offering a new evaluation proposal (self-evaluation). It suggests a renewal in the teacher's pedagogical practice in the classroom and using Internet, valuing the connection between technological interaction and communication as motivation elements of student s learning construction and their effective participation in decisions involving citizenship. It gives priority to educational work directed at the establishment of dialogic relationship between codes, learning and contents, leading to the new findings domain in the media environment, enabling the development of abilities and performances directed at the recognition and consumption of information from a critical reading of the media

Cette narrative fait le parcours d une recherche et de ses reflexions ici annoncé comme une odissée gastronomique et une géografie gourmante , dont les elements interpretatifs rendent possible concevoir qu une lecture de la métaphore et de la stéthique alimentaire puissent contribuer pour penser une éducation sensible, complexe, une education guidée par une experimentation esthétique de la condition humaine, qui provoque les sens, qui permettent évoquer et récuperer les connaissances et les savoirs pertinents, et qui confirme l indissociabilité du sujet dans ses plusieurs poles : nature et culture, émotion et raison. Comme contribution epistémologique, la dissertation, cherche étendre la compréhension d études qui abordent le Corp, l Aliment, la Métaphore, l Esthétique et l Éducation, en déclanchant des relations entre les espaces académicien et cotidien, en expérimentant d autres formes de sentir, penser et d être dans le monde. Poussée par une raison gourmande, et comme dans un rituel de préparation d aliment, j opte par les rélations transversales des savoirs ; je construis un dialogue entre les auteurs de domaine de connaissances multiples, comme la Filosophie, l Antropologie, l Étologie et l Éducation, en travaillant une reconstruction de concepts. Pour la tâche de cette odissée gastronomique, je découvre l approche entre un programme, comme méthode, et un livre de recettes culinaires hermétiques. J ai choisi de construir des estratégies métodologiques qui indiquent les chemins sur les quelles l imagination, la créativité et la réinvention, non seulement puissent mais doivent servir comme des épiceries qui emprègne d odeurs, de saveurs et de couleurs la connaissance, sans laisser de côté la rigueur, principe inégociable dans une science ouverte. J ai choisi, pour m accompagner dans cet étude, des sages, des scientistes et des poètes, entre eux je fais remarquer Michel Onfray, Boris Cyrulnik, Merleau-Ponty, Edgar Morin e Conceição Almeida. Avec eux, j ai déssiné des cartes, goûté des géographies, des terres, des ciels. J ai fréquenter des histoires et des personnages concrets et imaginaires; j ai convoqué des souvenirs acumulés pendant l enfance, avec ses trames, ses textures, ses saveurs, ses parfuns, ses couleurs, ses images, ses gestes, ses mots et ses silences, où le corp devient un médiateur d accès à la connaissance. Comme artifice complémentaire pour suivre la route, je parie sur le rapport fondamental entre le corp, l aliment, la métaphore, l esthétique et l Éducation, je m utilise du Cinéma, en cherchant d apprendre dans cet art, une éxistentialité humaine par le rapport entre la vie, l aliment et les personnages. Finalement, je reaffirme l importance de nourir des affections par une formation et une manière de penser capables de conecté des connaissances d univers dinstingués, et qui contribuent pour une conscience de la condition humaine et l apprentissage d une éducation de la vie et pour la vie

By means of the Pastoral one an Education celebrated in the body and the laugh, visible is unmasked by means of cançonetas and of the licentious gesticulations of the jokers of this idleness. For such, we support ourselves in the phenomenological of Merleau-Ponty, the tradition and transmission of the verbal as it is conceived by Paul Zumthor, as well as in the phenomenology of the memory of the jokers and in the studies of cultural history and the philosophy of the body. The objective research to argue the body and the laugh as learning of the culture, as well as carrying through the production of a cartography of the potiguar pastoral ones, in the direction to argue the elements of the licentious gesticulations for the look and of cançonetas for hearing. The research is of phenomenological nature and when appealing the Phenomenology as an attitude, recognizes our look on the phenomenon, what if we show for while searching citizens and we assume the reduction and the lived world as methodological boarding to think the searched phenomenon. !Acre! Un lugar místico marcado por las luchas y conquistas que traen en su historia las bellezas de sus riquezas naturales y la diversidad cultural. Este es el escenario en que se constituye ese trabajo como resultado de estudios sobre la implantación de una universidad en la región del Alto Juruá-Acre, denominada de Universidad de la Floresta. Esta surge como proceso de fortalecimiento y expansión del Campus de la Universidad Federal de Acre, en el município de Cruzeiro del Sul. Envuelto por los movimientos sociales que cambiaron los rumbos de su historia, incluyendo la identidad acreana, Acre resguarda a sus hijos el derecho de exigir conciencia ecológica y desarrollo con la preservación de la floresta y de la sustentabilidad. Así, los movimientos como empates, socioambientalismo y florestanía impulsionarán el proyecto de implantación de la Universidad de la floresta, donde el reconocimiento de los saberes de las poblaciones tradicionales y el convívio diário de eses pueblos con la naturaleza representa un nuevo paradigma para el concepto de universidad. Todo eso apunta para una nueva forma de pensar y sistematizar la educación. Para el desarrollo del análisis sobre la implantación de esra universidad me fundamenté en los princípios referendados por el abordaje de la complejidad a travéz de los pensamientos de grandes sábios, entre los cuales destaco Edgar Morin, Claude Lévi-Straus y Conceição Almeida. Para transitar metodológicamente opté por trillar en caminos futiristas, donde mi escrita se construye a partir de mi punto de vista, de mi sentir y de mis conversaciones con la Floresta. De esta forma, presento los princípios y la estructura interinstitucional de la universidad de la Floresta, formada por tres grandes ejes: Centro de formación y tecnologías de la Floresta CEFLORA, Instituto de la Biodiversidad y Manejo Sustentable de los recursos Naturales IB y el Campus UFAC / Floresta. Estas tres unidades deverán funcionar de modo integrado componiendo el tripé enseñanza, pesquisa y extensión de la Universidad de la Floresta. Por fin, delante de la especificidad de esta universidad y de sus propuestas, afirmo la importancia de interactuar los saberes de la tradición a los saberes de la academia como forma de valorizar lLa cultura de los pueblos de la floresta

This paper gives clues for the educative action in nutrition subjects. It deals about the professors experiences deployments lived in 2003 e 2004, both in Nutrition undergraduate course of the Federal University of the Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in Nutrition Education and Supervised Internship in Social Nutrition academic disciplines, as well as in the II Update Course in Nutrition Practices for Health Basic Care , offered to the supervisors nutritionists of internship, in this same department, being able to be characterized as an action-research, with interventionism purpose. The study stands out the importance of a new point of view about the nutritionist formation to overcome the limits imposed by the scientism, and the adoption of a complex and reflexive reference about the educational practice in this area. The corpus is made up by 81 undergraduate students alimentary autobiography (source of generating subjects for interventions with the nutritionists), 17 questionnaires and 05 interviews, being 03 of them biography (the start up for an initial dialogue with the nutritionists). The data found and the professors experiences allied to a theoretic reference, by the light of the education proposals for the XXI century were used as establishment elements for the proposition of five guidance axles used to build a complex and reflexive nutrition education, which are: 1) Take the cookery and the culture of eating together as significant elements for the human being integral formation; 2) Conceive the religion manifestations associated to feeding process as relevant elements of the human food culture; 3) Discuss the rupture nature/culture aiming the preservation of live in earth; 4) Search for the overcoming of the identity conflicts by a higher inclosing conscience degrees of being part of this process. 5) Face the limits of fragmented formation. The presented thesis stands that the autobiography method, allied to the freirean pedagogy and to a complex reference, could be taken as an important tool to the health educative subjects, contributing to the formation of reflective individuals able to transform themselves and the world.

The socioeducational program of actions developed by Dom José de Medeiros Delgado, first Bishop of Diocese of Caicó city in Rio Grande do Norte, from 1941 to 1951, is analyzed by the present work in a historical perspective, based upon the school culture refecence.Through this reference point, the general and peculiar school culture proper of catholic schools founded by Dom Delgado was learned.The schools are: the Ginásio Diocesano Seridoense (1942), the Escola Doméstica Popular Darci Vargas (1943, the Prevocacional School of Caicó (1944) and the Santo Cura d ars Seminar (1946). The socioeducational actions of Dom Delgado Bishop affected seven other towns surrounding Caicó. Places where catholic schools were founded and named after Escola do Pobre . In fight for schools for all social segments of city and rural natures, Dom Delgado founded four rural schools in the surroundings of Serra Negra, São João do Sabugi, Jardim do Seridó e Lagoa Nova. It is also part of his beneficial work the creation of rural cooperatives for the parents of the students from such schools

In the passage of life, the labyrinth of songs and corners are propitious ways for a better comprehension, perception and incorporation of learnings that emerge from our subjectiveness in a magic caught by senses. Eyesight, taste, hearing, touch and smell in communication with the world, put us in front of cultural diversities. The ludicity accumulated by experiences promote the flow of hilarious and concrete discoveries that express themselves in work and leisure demonstrations. Such reflections emerge indicators to the problematic construction centralized in the incorporation of cultural experience knowledge to the formation process and professional interventions in this rule and area. From this significant problematic, aiming to deepen studies, we favored leisure as field of investigative production in full expansion. This, for sure, was an exercise of qualification that guided us through meander of education and made us dip into studies about the corporeity. A research in which the scenery was painted and constructed with the complicity of the culture lived with shine, colors, rhythm and drummings of one of the most present cultural cycles: carnival. Recognized as a stimulant for beauty, participation, socialization, and helped us to enter in the essence of gestures and expressions of corporeity, to think, elaborate and socialize a critic-scientific knowledge which, appropriating from the rhythm of colors, of sounds, of tonalities, of senses and of meanings impregnated in the web of life. All these things seduced the researcher, making imagination flow amid ludic-creative dialogues with the imaginary of researchers creation and production in the rule and area of leisure, education and corporeity. Option that made us outline as objective to investigate and interpret how leisure teachers-researchers, from their studies, researches and interventions, locate and incorporate the knowledge from cultural experience to the formation process and intervention of professionals in this rule and in this area, emphasizing the contributions from this knowledge to fence and qualify this praxis. So, as living each cultural scenery, each epistemological contribution was feeding the production with images of the different versions of the Brazilian breedings, creating and raising expectations and new discoveries and newcomers. With the seriousness of a scientific study, we lived an xxiii academic experience with complex intensity, rigor and coherence, eliminating, step by step, the risks and limitations always present in a work of this magnitude. However, we weren t, even for one moment, alone. Our epistemic regard always maintained mediated by the principles of a methodological approach - the Etnomethodology, that while central guide provided us clues to unveil the lived world by our people-playful , in a universe of 15 members, that allowed themselves to comprehend, comment, analyze. This way, grasping the object in interactions arised and provoked by narrative interview, it was systematically dialected by (re) interpretation of images and formulations of people-playful, enriched by their beliefs, myths, conceptions and rituals inherent to knowledge from cultural experience, which each one attuned with Brazilian and international history, in a mixture of senses echoed from songs and tales. Inspired in drummings and percussions, clothing and choreographies of gestures and expressions, in mixtures produced in unit interactions in the multiplicity shown as necessary requests to the totality of life, with ludicity the rescue of the past, the conquest of present and the construction of future was the axle guide. This rich process of scientific creation made us realize that is possible qualify and empower the praxis in the rule and area of leisure incorporating the knowledge from cultural experience. What also becomes possible is the recuperation of objective revolutionaries and changing conditions of praxis itself with the view of strengthening and triggerment of vital elements in the rule and area of leisure. We also reaffirm that from this praxis emerge elements necessary to human formation in plenitude, by the appropriation of knowledge that guide the facing of challenges of a complex and plural world that valorize education, corporeity and leisure

This research work is focused to show the changes in educational administration from the agreements between the Mossoró / RN and the Ayrton Senna Institute IAS, for education provision. Nowadays, the partnership policy is a constitutive element of the reform of the Brazilian State, which dropped its action on social policies and to strengthen its regulatory role, encouraging private participation in planning, preparation and implementation of public policies, new printing setting the political-social. In this context, the 10 Note Management Programme, developed by the IAS, is part of the neoliberal logic of modernization of public school systems, focusing on results and developing strategies for control and regulation of schools work and its efficiency, effectiveness and greater productivity. The 10 Note focuses on two dimensions: the management of learning and teaching in networking, in a managerial perspective to overcome the culture of failure (expressed as age-grade, dropout and repetition rates in) and implantation of culture of success (as measured in the improvement of the indices). To understanding the process, we have delimited as the object of study, the process of implementing them mentioned program in the city, which its objective is to analyze implications for the school community from the perspective of democratic management, adopting the dimensions of autonomy and participation in institutional processes as a criterion of analysis. From a methodological point of view, the survey was conducted from a literature review and documentary about educational policy developed in the country since the 1990´s, seeking to understand, in a dialectical perspective, the political dimensions of teaching, training and performance of the subjects involved in the school work. Besides the empirical observation, it was also used semi-structured interviews with a methodological tool for gathering information and opinions about the partnership and the implementation of the 10 Note Management Program in the county. The interviewee participants were ex-former education managers, coordinators, school managers, secretaries and teachers. Regarding the dimensions inside the analysis (autonomy and participation), the research led to the conclusion: that GEED, under the guidance of IAS promoted regulation of school autonomy, set up the selection process for exercising the office of school administration and system awards to schools, pupils and teachers, subject to results, there is mismatch between the managerial logic and the democratic management principles, that the ideological discourse of modernization of municipal management coexists with traditional practices, centralizing patronage, which ignores the democratic participation in the school decisions processes, the goals of the partnership were partially achieved, since that the city has improved over the approval and dropouts, although the approval of the Education Municipal Plan of the rules institutional (administrative, financial and educational) and the creation of the Councils observed that the school community participation is still limited, not being characterized as a coordinated intervention, capable of promoting the transformation and improvement its quality in the county. In the same way, the orientation of networking is a limit to the autonomy of schools, given the external definition of goals and strategies to be adopted, along with pressure exerted through the accountability of each school community for their achievements
