Cuestiones en torno a la transferencia de la custodia de los documentos entre archivos públicos

This paper discusses the different forms and conditions of incorporating collections from the judiciary by executive bodies. For such, we use the custodial history of the Juízo de Órfãos de São Paulo archives as a reference. An instance of the Brazilian justice between the 16th and 20th centuries, the Juízo de Órfãos de São Paulo is currently fragmented in several institutions of custody and under different denominations. Similarly, other archives from judiciary bodies underwent similar processes for custody transfer. However, this type of situation is not restricted to the past: nowadays, even under legally established norms and guidelines for the implementation of document management programs, it is still possible to find, recurrently, the adoption of similar procedures for the incorporation of collections. We therefore intend to establish a parallel between these two moments and the Brazilian archival legislation in force.

A história da educação em São Paulo: a instrução pública dada a ler nos Annuarios do Ensino do Estado de São Paulo 1907-1927

In this article we aimed the identification and the analysis of the “textual configuration aspects” from the speeches of the “high authorities” of public instruction in São Paulo contained in Annuarios do ensino do estado de São Paulo, centrally those published between 1907 and 1927, on the direction of public instruction and its teachers statewide. This formulation resulted from the need to search the peculiar aspects of these discourses, that is, from a conductor thread through which and by vitue of which these discourses have been produced. It was concluded at the end, the common orientation mentioned to speeches was to bring the idea together, a sense of unity to the sphere of public education in the state, which would characterize the called school apparatus in São Paulo.

Magnetic fields can be produced by natural magnets, artificial magnets, and by circulating electric currents in wires and solenoids. An interesting experiment to observe the interaction between the magnetic field and free charges in a conductor, a magnet falling inside a tube made of conductive materials. The slowing down of the magnet by the appearance of a field in the opposite direction to the original one (Lenz's Law) is function the number of free electrons in the conductor and the electrical properties of this. Based on this, the objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the electrical properties of conductors, copper and aluminum, with magnetic force on a neodymium magnet-iron-boron magnet falling inside a copper tube and aluminum, positioned vertically. Regime nazista: as teorias ideológicas e educacionais moldando a formação do indivíduo nazi

O período correspondente ao Terceiro Reich alemão (1933-1945), quando a Alemanha esteve sob o domínio do Regime Nazista, foi caracterizado pelo alto grau de violência, de dominação e de exterminação em massa, e, também, pelo envolvimento “voluntário” de crianças e jovens na luta por um ideal que não lhes pertencia, as quais foram, desde a mais tenra idade, doutrinadas para matar e morrer em nome desse ideal. Para atingir esse fim, teorias, supostamente comprovadas, foram concebidas e incorporadas a educação de modo a fazer dela o grande veículo condutor da dominação que se pretendia. Por este motivo, o seu estudo se torna de grande importância para se pensar na educação – do presente e do futuro -, no sentido de sua utilização para atingir fins que não possuem como premissa a formação do sujeito livre e emancipado, capaz de agir de forma reflexiva e autônoma no mundo em que vive. No presente trabalho, pretende-se apresentar o resultado de uma pesquisa desenvolvida a partir da revisão bibliográfica, sobre o contexto histórico, social, econômico e educativo da Alemanha nazista com a finalidade de proceder ao levantamento e a análise de dados e informações em torno dos principais fatores que contribuíram para a ascensão do Partido Nazista, na figura de seu líder, Adolf Hitler. O objetivo maior deste trabalho foi buscar argumentos que possibilitassem a compreensão em torno dos motivos que levaram os jovens e as crianças a seguirem Hitler e o seu ideal até as últimas consequências. Como metodologia utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica, com base qualitativa e em caráter historiográfico e exploratório. O material bibliográfico analisado trouxe diversas possibilidades que, apesar de não conclusivas, permitiram a compreensão em torno da eficácia dos mecanismos educativos... História de vida e formação: educando o olhar e percebendo pesquisa enquanto experiência

Way in the theme of the story of my life and training and electingchildhood as a guide in the works of Benjamin. Narrating a series of reflections on childhood and experience, taking for reading and interpretation of aphorisms that make up my childhood and training as a fellow researcher, a full text simultaneously, is juxtaposed with other texts and authors, intertwining with Benjamin, memory and history in my narrative, in a singular moment, an event. In this course highlight the place ofexperience and their languages, between the know-how, andknowing how to express thinking about childhood and educationevent in the making, which announces the issue of impoverishment and destitution of the experience of life ineducational practice, indicating the possibility resume thembetween school knowledge and practices through different view of childhood and the event, as a teacher. I will continue outliningmy experience in research groups choosing the language and itsinterfaces specifically with art cinema / pictures in the construction of our subjectivity in postmodernity. The methodology is qualitative, will take place within what we call the ethical self. Transcendence is an act and not a process, and yetas an overshooting of history is always historically situated and,therefore, has a concrete context. With the increasing demand for electricity, the retraining of transmission lines is necessary despite environmental restrictions and crossings in densely populated areas to build new transmission and distribution lines. Solution is reuse the existent cables, replacing the old conductor cables for new cables with higher capacity power transmission, and control of sag installed. The increasing demand for electrical power has increased the electric current on the wires and therefore, it must bear out temperatures of 150°C or more, without the risk of the increasing sag beyond the established limits. In the case of long crossings or densely populated areas, sag is due to high weight of the cable on clearance. The cable type determines the weight, sag, height and the towers dimensions, which are the items that most influence the investment of the transmission line. Hence, to reduce both cost of investment and maintenance of the line, the use of a lighter cable can reduce both number and the height of the towers, with financial return on short and long term. Therefore, in order to increase the amount of transmitted energy and reduce the number of built towers and sag, is recommended in the current work substitute the current core material (steel or aluminium) for alternatives alloys or new materials, in this case a composite, which has low density, elevated stiffness (elasticity module), thus apply the pultruded carbon fiber with epoxy resin as matrix systems and perform the study of the kinetics of degradation by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), according to their respective standards

Caracterização de sensores nanoplasmônicos produzidos com os polímeros pdma e paa: Micaela Gisoldi Ribeiro. –

A combinação de polímeros com nanopartículas de metais nobres resultam na formação de filmes finos, que podem ser utilizado na fabricação de nanosensores. Esses filmes finos possuem propriedades exclusivas, que causam ressonância plasmônica de superfície pela mudança conformacional dos mesmos. Essa variação conformacional é causada pela interação com analito ou por estímulo externo, podendo ser analisada por espectroscopia de absorção na região do UV-vis. Este simples e econômico meio de transdução do sinal apresenta-se como uma ferramenta bastante promissora, e se combinado com a alta seletividade encontrada em reações biológicas, torna-se ainda mais promissora no desenvolvimento de sensores. Os esforços desse projeto foram concentrados para o desenvolvimento dos sensores que respondam a estímulos externo e baseado na utilização de polímeros escovas. Este trabalho de conclusão de curso foi baseada na produção de sensores nanoplasmônicos, que na presença de fatores externos causam modificação estrutural dos filmes finos poliméricos depositados sobre um substrato e dão um resposta altamente seletiva. As mudanças conduzirão à geração de sinais ópticos ou eletroquímico, que serão medidos por transmissão de ressonância plasmônica de superfície ou via eletroquímica. Foram realizados experimentos de voltametria cíclica e impedância eletroquímica em pH=3 para avaliar a capacidade de eletródica deste material. Também foram efetuados experimentos por espectrofotometria de absorção na região de ultravioleta-visível em pHs variando de 3 a 7 para se analisar o efeito plasmônico do material. Pode-se notar que em pH mais ácidos o polímero se mostrou mais condutor e de acordo com a literatura este efeito é causado pela expansão polimérica que deixa o mesmo em seu estado ativo ON (expandido). Já em pH mais básicos os polímeros demonstraram um comportamento inverso por os mesmo se contraem, ...
