The interview has been a widely used procedure of research in humanities. Despite the frequent use, researches are not always supported in the literature on research methodology. The aim of this study was to analyze how the interview was used in dissertations and theses in a graduate Program in Education at a university in Sao Paulo state. This study examined 167 final papers developed in to period of five years. Variables focused were: justification for the use of interview, type of interview used, guide elaboration and adaptation, kind of analysis, among others. The results showed that it is still necessary to incorporate the contents of the research methodology underlying the use of the interview to achieve the scientific rigor for this procedure.

The question that we develop in this study can be proposed as follows: can knowledge be transmitted in a representational way through an explanation in such a way that the one who is learning does not have an experience itself of what he is learning? Grounded on Hume, Deleuze, Rancière and Gallo, we aim to show that only the experience with the object can promote effective learning, for violating the thought to search by itself for its meaning and for its own understanding, and not for the mere repetition of contents that have been shared and taken as important, as we have seen in schools.

By understanding art as a particular form of knowledge is possible to think that sociology has much to learn from it. One thesis that we share in this essay is that the art is able to perform the synthesis of the historical time for its specifi c capacity to be in the world, because, while scientifi c knowledge search universal categories, intending to reduce as much the infl uence of human and social aspects in the apprehension of phenomena, aesthetic knowledge, even if it seeks abstract referentials, can not get rid of the experience and the world around it. This premise, based on the reading of Fredric Jameson, worth as much to the art authorial as for the one performed in series, this is, the production of the cultural industry. Both one and another, in their own way, translates the social time, task that fi ts to criticism unravel.

Esta tese apresenta uma proposta interdisciplinar para abordar o objeto artístico, almejando demonstrar como a Psicologia pode enfocar a leitura e a interpretação das produções artísticas visuais. Foram aplicados métodos psicológicos considerados eficazes para entender o fenômeno artístico e, assim, interpretar o trabalho do artista. O instrumental teórico foi o da apreensão fenomenológica e o conhecimento psicanalítoco. Trinta e nove telas de Van Gogh (produzidas em Arles, 1888; no asilo de Saint Rémy, Provence, 1889; e em Auvers Sur Oise, 1890) foram selecionadas para análise. Foram Observados os aspectos da visualidade da obra, segundo a ótica fenomenológica, e as imagens foram investigadas em sua disposição em um espaço simbólico do espaço pessoal do artista, dos elementos configurados que compõem a foma, da iluminação e cor empregadas no trabalho e da dinâmica e expressão dos conteúdos manifestos. A tese constitui-se de quatro capítulos. O primeiro apresenta a história do artista; o segundo, a teoria para abordar a percepção fenomenológica, definindo elementos utilizados para interpretar o objeto artístico; o terceiro analisa as imagens produzidas por Van Gogh no período estudado; o quarto diagnostica, analisa e interpreta a expressão das imagens. Foi também analisada a temática explorada pelo artista, de acordo com sua manifestação simbólica. A trajetória deste trabalho assemelhase ao psicodiagnóstico, que levanta hipóteses e verifica se elas são verdadeiras ou falsas. Assim foi levantada a hipótese de que a arte atuava na existência do artista como um procedimento terapêutico e mantenedor do seu equilibrio. The current concern with environmental issues by the scientific community, governmental and civil society also brings out the need to recover, preserve and conserve the environment. With this understanding, this work was prepared, which had as one of the main objectives of the historical process of land use and occupancy of the Pontal, since the nineteenth century to the present day. From this, the changes were evident in the types of land use, which rose from native forest to plant crops (permanent and temporary crops) and later as pasture. Through this process of occupation, exploitation of forests and replacement even three, Reserves being brought from the Far West Paulista, through the state government of Sao Paulo, they were almost decimated. Such areas decreed by law to be preserved and conserved, with the rampant occupations, were suffocated by the fakes and illegal occupation of land tenure contracts, leaving the region currently only a few forest fragments and protected areas of State Park Morro do Diabo, PRNP Boa Vista and Ecological Station Black Lion Tamarin. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the main legislation being developed by federal and state levels aimed at protecting natural resources and the effectiveness they had with the passage of time, demonstrating that the conservation of the environment, has several contributions in the law, however, and they are so vast that hinder its application.

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP. This work is the result of an exploratory analysis of the city of Presidente Prudente, based on the perception and understanding of the ambience of the city. Idea that permeates urban issues, architectural, artistic and environmental to be a project method. It assumes that the city is a mutant organism that dance and must be analysed before their incessant metamorphosis. Is studied, then the city as a tangle of events, trying to demonstrate that any changes to the design of the city can bring changes in the entire body

Cette communication prétend parcourir quelques poèmes de Les planches courbes (2001) d’Yves Bonnefoy à partir de l’opposition entre mémoire et oubli. Cette réflexion se trouve esquissée dans l’essai “Sous l’horizon du langage” du livre homonyme, lorsqu’il affirme que la poésie est “ce qui, dans l’espace des mots, notre monde, a mémoire du surcroît de ce qui est sur ses représentations” (2002 : 8). Il s’agit d’une mémoire établie moins à partir d’un lieu perdu que retrouvé. Ce à elle que le moi se confie: dans le “oui”, dans la paix, ces deux mots qui apparaissent dans ses livres les plus récents. Le poète apporterait une confiance qui reprendrait, d’une certaine façon, ce que Paul Ricoeur a caractérisé comme le sens des inscriptions-affections: “elles seraient le dépositaire de la signification la plus dissimulée, mais la plus originaire du verbe “demeurer”, synonyme de “durer”. Dans Les planches courbes, il s’agit également d’une mémoire de l’enfance et des mythes. Ce sont des événements qui prennent place dans un temps primordial. Espoir/confiance, donc, de remonter à une force plus ancienne de la langue, de soi-même, de l’être, de ses rapports. Remonter à une unité dans le simple, en reliant une appréhension du monde et de soi-même dans un acte de suffisance, dans lequel celui-ci se conjugue avec une espèce de dépossession: de l’idée, du concept, de l’image.

The neoliberalism based on the Washington Consensus advised privatization as the most effective alternative for the management of natural resources. The question is what is prioritizing efficiency, market or welfare? The growing concern about the water issue has been highlighted in discussions in international policy debates, and what it turns out is the prominence of corporate and economic interests over social and environmental. The water is in crisis, there are several sources of popular conflicts around the world contrary to how this resource is being offered, as the Water War occurred in 2000 in the city of Cochabamba. It is necessary to respect its limitations to ensure their future availability and choose the best development model that favors the effectiveness of their control. The international proliferation of commercial vision concerning water stipulated privatization of their management as ideal rule, which increased rates, concentrated income, has not improved the quality nor promoted the conquest of equal access to water for most systems that provides these services, this is, privatization has not brought positive results that outweigh the harm of its implementation. Water is an essential commodity for life of living beings, in all its stages, basic reason to develop plans, rules and commitments that ensure its conservation and provide, as soon as possible, a valid alternative for the sustainable management in long term

Wallace Stevens produziu uma poesia considerada difícil, distante da dicção fragmentária do primeiro Eliot tanto quanto da imagística de William Carlos Williams, apesar de compartilhar com o último o interesse pelas coisas como elas são. Sua dicção poética se caracterizou muito mais pelo interesse quase filosófico na relação entre imaginação e realidade, interesse que o levou a considerar a primeira, a “rainha das faculdades” segundo Baudelaire, como uma forma de metafísica. Expurgando dela os resquícios românticos subjetivizantes e dotando-a de capacidade de abstração e generalização, Stevens lhe dá envergadura de ontologia, na medida em que ela possibilita ao poeta tanto a apreensão das particularidades do mundo real quanto o desenvolvimento do pensamento lógico em direção a uma fenomenologia da percepção. Esta concepção e prática poética se acentuou ao longo da trajetória poética de Stevens e embora a crítica note algum excesso retórico nos poemas de maturidade, a sua capacidade inicial de síntese — notável em Harmonium, seu livro de estréia (1923) — é retomada nos poemas da fase final de sua produção, como mostaremos na análise do poema “O percurso de um particular”, publicado após a morte do poeta, em 1955.
