江西省余江县水体营养状况分析

用营养状态指数法 (TSI)对江西省红壤区余江县东塘、五湖、仙塘三个水库的水质状况进行综合评价 ,结果表明三个水体的水质状况均呈富营养态。在此基础上对三个水库的 1 0项主要水化学指标进行主成分分析 ,表明亚硝态氮和氨氮对第一主成分的贡献最大 ,COD为第二主成分的主要贡献者 ;而且三个水库的水质受水中有机物含量的影响最大 ,这一结果与当地的农业结构密切相关

Continuous-time subspace flows related to the symmetric eigenproblem

The classes of continuous-time flows on Rn×p that induce the same flow on the set of p- dimensional subspaces of Rn×p are described. The power flow is briefly reviewed in this framework, and a subspace generalization of the Rayleigh quotient flow [Linear Algebra Appl. 368C, 2003, pp. 343-357] is proposed and analyzed. 黄淮海平原封丘试区水生植被

对封丘试区水生植被的研究表明:挺水植物的种类少,但其分布和生物量在该地区占有绝对优势。在本地区的两大代表水体中其生物量(鲜重)可达2.9×10~(?)kg和0.13×10~(?)kg。沉水植物的分布面积在其中一个主要水体(曹岗湖)分布较广,但其生物量仅为3.2×10~3kg(鲜重),其生长的制约因素是水体中过多的草食性鱼类和水体过低的透明度。对植被中的主要经济种类芦苇的生长研究得出了其生物量与时间、密度和均长之间关系的函数。

鱼腥藻7120质膜、类囊体膜和细胞壁的分离及特性分析

于1987－1989年对鱼腥藻7120质膜、类囊体膜和细胞壁进行分离纯化和基本的色素与蛋白质特性分析。采用机械性方法破碎细胞，以非连续蔗糖密度梯度离心分离纯化鱼腥藻7120营养细胞的质膜和类囊体膜，以TritonX－100处理方法获得细胞壁。色谱分析和电泳结果表明，其质膜、类囊体膜的色素和蛋白质特性与单细胞蓝藻相类似；Triton不溶细胞壁未发现可见光谱吸收，其两条主要蛋白带52KD和14KD均为精蛋白，并且14KD蛋白为肽聚糖层连结蛋白，细胞壁蛋白质全部对胰蛋白酶处理敏感，其上未发现“热修饰”蛋白。

柱孢鱼腥藻固氮酶铁蛋白的分离纯化及其某些特性的研究

Identification and characterization of a novel splice variant of gonadotropin alpha subunit in the common carp Cyprinus carpio

In this study, an alternative splicing transcript GtH-alpha 291 was identified by RT-PCR, which is 291 nt and exists not only in the pituitary but also in the ovary in common carp Cyprinus carpio. The analysis of GtH-alpha 291 amino acid sequence by the SignalP server predicted that the 'missing segment' might characterize as a signal peptide. In the secretion experiment, GtH-alpha 357 subunit could be secreted out of HeLa cells while GtH-alpha 291 could not, which confirmed the prediction. Co-immunoprecipitation assay proved that GtH-alpha 291 subunit is able to interact with both FSH-beta and LH-beta as GtH-alpha 357 does. This is the first report concerning an alternative splicing transcript of a GtH alpha subunit. Further studies are necessary to elucidate the specific role of this variant in the regulation of gonadal development and sexual maturation. (c) 2007 The Authors.

Sequential ultrastructural and biochemical changes induced in vivo by the hepatotoxic microcystins in liver of the phytoplanktivorous silver carp Hypophthalmichthys molitrix

Up to now, in vivo studies on the toxic effects of microcystins (MCs) on the ultrastructures of fish liver have been very limited. The phytoplanktivorous silver carp was injected i.p. with extracted hepatotoxic microcystins (mainly MC-RR and -LR) at a dose of 1000 mu g MC-LReq. kg(-1) body weight, showing a time-dependent ultrastructural change in liver as well as significant increases in enzyme activity of plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). We observed for the first time the occurrence of a large amount of activated secondary lysosomes, which might be an adaptive mechanism to eliminate or lessen cell damage caused by MCs through lysosome activation. Quantitative and qualitative determinations of MCs in the liver were conducted by HPLC and LC-MS2, respectively. MCs concentration in the liver reached the maximum (114.20 mu g g(-1) dry weight) after 3 h post-injection, and then rapidly dropped to 7.57 mu g g(-1) dry weight at 48 h, indicating a deputation of 99% accumulated MC-LReq. On the other hand, a decrease trend in glutathione (GSH) concentration was observed in the liver of silver carp while the activity of glutathione S-transferase (GST) increased significantly after injection. The high tolerance of silver carp to MCs might be due to the high basic GSH level in their liver, and/or an increased GSH synthesis. (C) 2007 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

A role of monitoring to reduce the uncertainty in the performance of pile foundations

In typical conventional foundation design, the inherent variability of soil properties, model uncertainty and construction variability are not modeled explicitly. A main drawback of this is that the effect of each variability on the probability of an unfavorable event cannot be evaluated quantitatively. In this paper, a method to evaluate the uncertainty-reduction effect on the performance of a vertically-loaded pile foundation by monitoring the pile performance (such as pile load testing or placing sensors in piles) is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is examined based on the investigation of a 120-pile foundation placed on three different ground profiles. The computed results show the capability of evaluating the uncertainty-reduction effect on the performance of a pile foundation by monitoring. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Upstream regulatory region of zebrafish lunatic fringe: Isolation and promoter analysis

Lunatic fringe (Lfng), one modulator of Notch signaling, plays an essential part in demarcation of tissues boundaries during animal early development, especially somitogenesis. To characterize the promoter of zebrafish 1fng and generate somite-specific transgenic zebrafish, we isolated the upstream regulatory region of zebrafish 1fng by blast search at the Ensembl genome database (http://www. ensembl.org) and analyzed the promoter activity using green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a reporter. Promoter activity assay in zebrafish shows that the 0.2-kb fragment containing GC-box, CAAT-box, and TATA-box can direct tissue-specific GFP expression, while the 0.4-kb and 1.2-kb fragments with further upstream sequence included drive GFP expression more efficiently. We produced 1fngEGFP-transgenic founders showing somite-specific expression of GFP and consequently generated a hemizygous 1fngEGFP-transgenic line. The eggs from 1fngEGFP-transgenic female zebrafish show strong GFP expression, which is consistent to the reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction PCR (RT-PCR) detection of 1fng transcripts in the fertilized eggs. This reveals that zebrafish 1fng is a maternal factor existing in matured eggs, suggesting that fish somitogcnesis may be influenced by maternal factors.

Comparison of evolutionary rates in the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b gene and control region and their implications for phylogeny of the Cobitoidea (Teleostei : Cypriniformes)

It is widely accepted that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region evolves faster than protein encoding genes with few exceptions. In the present study, we sequenced the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene (cyt b) and control region (CR) and compared their rates in 93 specimens representing 67 species of loaches and some related taxa in the Cobitoidea (Order Cypriniformes). The results showed that sequence divergences of the CR were broadly higher than those of the cyt b (about 1.83 times). However, in considering only closely related species, CR sequence evolution was slower than that of cyt b gene (ratio of CR/cyt b is 0.78), a pattern that is found to be very common in Cypriniformes. Combined data of the cyt b and CR were used to estimate the phylogenetic relationship of the Cobitoidea by maximum parsimony, neighbor-joining, and Bayesian methods. With Cyprinus carpio and Danio rerio as outgroups, three analyses identified the same four lineages representing four subfamilies of loaches, with Botiinae on the basal-most clade. The phylogenctic relationship of the Cobitoidea was ((Catostomidae + Gyrinocheilidae) + (Botiinae + (Balitorinae + (Cobitinae + Nemacheilinae)))), which indicated that Sawada's Cobitidae (including Cobitinae and Botiinae) was not monophyletic. Our molecular phylogenetic analyses are in very close agreement with the phylogenetic results based on the morphological data proposed by Nalbant and Bianco, wherein these four subfamilies were elevated to the family level as Botiidae, Balitoridae, Cobitidae, and Nemacheilidae. Temperature dependent spectral response characteristic of III-V compound tandem cell

The GaInP/GaAs/Ge triple-junction tandem cells with a conversion efficiency of 27.1% were fabricated using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique. Temperature dependence of the spectral response measurements of the GaInP/GaAs/Ge tandem cell was performed by a quantum efficiency system at temperatures ranging from 25A degrees C to 160A degrees C. The red-shift phenomena of the absorption limit for all subcells were observed with increasing temperature, which is dued to the energy gap narrowing with temperature. The short-circuit current densities (J (sc)) of GaInP, GaAs and Ge subcells at room temperature calculated based on the spectral response data were 12.9, 13.7 and 17 mA/cm(2), respectively. The temperature coefficient of J (sc) for the tandem cell was determined to be 8.9 mu A/(cm(2) center dot A degrees C), and the corresponding temperature coefficient of the open-circuit voltage deduced from the series-connected model was -6.27 mV/A degrees C.

Quantum transport from the perspective of quantum open systems

By viewing the non-equilibrium transport setup as a quantum open system, we propose a reduced-density-matrix based quantum transport formalism. At the level of self-consistent Born approximation, it can precisely account for the correlation between tunneling and the system internal many-body interaction, leading to certain novel behavior such as the non-equilibrium Kondo effect.
