Esta disertacin aborda la lectura e interpretacin de las obras Grande Serto: Veredas, de Joo Guimares Rosa y Del Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha, de Miguel de Cervantes Y Saavedra, enfocando aspectos relacionados a las acciones de los caballeros andantes Riobaldo, el jaguno de Rosa y don Quijote, el Caballero de Cervantes, las cuales tuvieron decisiva influencia en su estado de espritu melanclico. En la base terica de este trabajo, investigamos la nocin de melancola, sistematizada por Kristeva y Freud, as como los estudios de la melancola y de la alegora a la luz del pensamiento de Walter Benjamin. Este estudio se concentra, sobre todo, en el aspecto que denominamos de alegora de la circularidad, que permea las dos novelas, mientras expresin de cosas inacabadas que sugiere la idea de movimientos de espiralamento. Se percibi que lo retorno es consagrado en ambas las obras, es decir diferente el igual, dicho que consagra la diferencia y cierra las puertas para la repeticin literal de sentido. En tal comprensin, ese movimiento no puede ser concebido como metfora del mismo, pues sugiere la travesa que permanece inacabada y tortuosa, su estatuto de repeticin no se honda en el encuentro de las dos puntas del ovillo, porque gira en el interior de aquello que repite como diferencia y liberacin

In the contemporary society, the language is presented in all social spaces and assumes many different purposes in order to meet the needs that emerge from each of these sphere. In traffic, this reality is not different. To guide vehicles, it is necessary to know, by means of reading artifacts, what the legislation establishes in what concerns the way to act in this domain. Thus, this works aims at describing the practices of literacy held in events of driver trainings and know the expectations generated by drivers/learners from this training. In theoretical terms, it anchors in Literacy Studies, comprehended here as social practices (BARTON; HAMILTON, 1998; KLEIMAN, 1995, 2008; MORTATTI, 2004; STREET, 1984; OLIVEIRA, 2008, 2010; ROJO, 2009; PAZ, 2008). Genre Theory (BRONCKART, 2004, 1999; OLIVEIRA, 2010) and in your multimodal instance (KRESS; VAN LEEUWEN, 1996; DIONSIO, 2006). In terms of methodology, it follows the bias of qualitative research, because of its ethnographic nature (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1994; MINAYO, 2010; CANADO, 1994; CHIZZOTTI, 2005). The research corpus was generated by reading the Brazilian Traffic Code, by observing the literacy events held in Drivers Training Centers of Natal, analysis of course books used in these events, plus questionnaires with open and closed questions and semistructured interviews. The collaborators are constituted of drivers in training, and instructors who work in this field. The analyses show significant contributions regarding the placement more committed of future drivers with the welfare and safety of those who use the public roads, from the practice or reading done during the traffic training. The contribution of this work lies in the possibility to expand the discussion about the language practice uses regarding the training for the traffic, more specifically, the training of drivers of vehicles

The present research deals with a philosophical reflection about the constitution of the subject religious and moral in the thought of Freud, starting from of question of religion while one of the various spaces concretion of the individual morality. Our hypothesis is that religion presents itself as a space of revival of the primary relationship with the mother of the subject and as a moral agency. That primary relationship corresponds to the period before the Oedipus complex. The cut caused in the Oedipus complex sake in the an emptiness the subject, leading him to a situation of helplessness. In trying to fill the emptiness and consequently out of the situation of displeasure occasioned by the helplessness, the individual seeks diverses means, between which, the religion. The religion, that sense, quest for one part, that support be filling of the existential emptiness, triggered in the Oedipus complex, and on the other, works as a staunch ally of the Superego, which for turn is direct heir of the Oedipus complex and whose function is to require of the subject to moral living, as is established by the social body, where the individual is inserted. Therefore, we seek to draw this subject starting from general ideas of the philosophy, about the moral, as well as some theoretical elements of freudian thought, since his idea of the origin of the culture, morality and religion the more specific elements that pertain to the individual subject, ie, the psychism

The purpose of this study was to investigate indicators of urban bus drivers involvement in transit accidents. We analyzed their involvement in accidents in relation to several indicators suggested by the literature, including the temporal dimension of those bus drivers, as expressed in Zimbardo's Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI), for previous studies have shown that people more present time oriented revealed greater tendency to engage in risk driving. A questionnaire was applied to 457 bus drivers of the city of Natal, RN, Brazil, with questions about participants socio-demographic information, their professional performance and items on time perspective, presented in a five points Likert type scale. Among the indicators analyzed, the best predictors of traffic accidents were: worried about not being on schedule, family problems, and falling asleep; to work overtime, passengers complaints, work while on vacations and medical leaves. In regard to drivers' time perspective, the sub-scale of "combined present" showed a positive relationship with involvement in transit accidents, while the future scale a negative one, in both cases in accordance with the expect direction, even though the effects have not been statistically significant. The selected predictive variable indicate that traffic accidents are mainly associated to situational factors, that could be prevented through the betterment of work conditions of the bus drivers and other organizational and public policies, since transit accidents should be part of initiatives in the areas of health and safety

OBJETIVO: Utilizar a ultrassonografia do esfago intra-abdominal para avaliar o tempo de trânsito esofgico para gua e iogurte, em posio ortosttica, e avaliar a influncia do gnero e ndice de massa corprea. MATERIAIS E MTODOS: Foram estudados 89 indivduos adultos jovens, sem clnica de doenas do trato gastrintestinal superior, sendo 40 do gnero feminino (mdia de 20,13 1,62 anos) e 49 do gnero masculino (mdia de 20,43 2,17 anos). O tempo de trânsito esofgico foi cronometrado, com o paciente em posio ortosttica, durante a deglutio de gua e iogurte. RESULTADOS: O tempo de trânsito esofgico para as mulheres e para os homens foi, respectivamente: para gua, de 5,84 1,60 segundos versus 6,66 1,68 segundos, e para iogurte, de 9,12 1,96 segundos versus 9,28 1,70 segundos. No se constatou diferena entre os gneros masculino e feminino, apesar de o fator ndice de massa corprea ser menor nas mulheres. CONCLUSO: Os dados obtidos do tempo de trânsito esofgico para alimento lquido (gua) e pastoso (iogurte), em posio ortosttica, em adultos jovens no mostraram diferena entre os gneros, mesmos nas mulheres com ndice de massa corprea menor em relao aos homens.

The general objective of this study was to analyze the city of Santa Cruz cope with the impacts of the changes caused by the insertion of religious tourism with the construction of the Tourist Complex Religious Alto de Santa Rita, and specific objectives: to identify the economic activities from building the Tourist Complex Religious Alto de Santa Rita with the monument of Santa Rita; describe the research scenario to respect the traditions, rituals and spatial organization of the city and to evaluate the impacts through construction of movement by Religious Tourism Complex human capital and economic development fostered by Religious Tourism. To this end, we used the methods of application of Questionnaires and interviews, as well as the method was conducted participant observation, individual and systematic, having exploratory held through a correlational analysis regarding the impacts by inserting Tourism religious elsewhere. Was performed also discourse analysis of speeches Stakeholder city of Santa Cruz / RN for understanding the local reality. Literature search was performed readings of books, articles, theses and dissertations dealing with the issue, it was necessary to use data from websites. As for the media research field was qualitative. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the city of Santa Cruz suffered socio-economic and cultural, as a result, especially the lack of a previously developed tourism planning

This study is about the primary stakeholder management - the resident community, given its participation and support for the development of tourism in touristic destinations. It has as a general aim to analyze the factors that are capable to influence the residents‟ support to the development of religious tourism in Santa Cruz, RN, and the existing interrelationships between factors. In order to achieve this objective, it was necessary to use exploratory and descriptive research, followed by a quantitative approach through questionnaires with 422 residents of Santa Cruz -RN. The study was based on the variables relationship model proposed by Nunkoo and Ramkissoon (2012), it was also used the technique of Structural Equation Modeling - SEM, aiming to explain the relationships between the constructs studied. The results found on the survey suggest that the more residents realize the benefits generated by tourism, as well as trust in government actors in charge of tourism development, the more there will be a propensity to support the development of religious tourism. This result is similar to the one found in the study of Nunkoo and Ramkissoon (2012). We conclude that the structural model that best represents the reality of Santa Cruz -RN is composed of the factors: benefits, costs, and confidence in governmental actors, which are able to influence the support of Santa Cruz‟s residents for the development of religious tourism. It is also noteworthy that it was found a highly significant connection between the factors benefits perceived from tourism and confidence in governmental actors and between both of them, the political support for tourism

RACIONAL: Pacientes com constipao funcional que no melhoram com suplementao de fibras dietticas, representam importante problema clnico. OBJETIVOS: Avaliar as relaes entre as quantidades de fibras ingeridas, intensidade da constipao e o tempo de trânsito colnico em pacientes com constipao funcional. MTODOS: Foram avaliados 30 pacientes constipados funcionais, sem melhoras aps suplementao diettica com fibras e 18 pessoas controle, sadias, sem queixas digestivas, utilizando inquritos individuais quanto ingesto de fibras e a intensidade da constipao e, por meio da tcnica dos marcadores radiopaco, o tempo de trânsito colnico, total e segmentar. RESULTADOS: Apesar da maior ingesto diria de fibras (26,3 12,9 g, constipados x 9,3 5,2 g, controles), os sintomas da constipao mostraram-se intensos nos constipados (escore mdio = 21,3 4,07). O tempo normal para o trânsito colnico foi de 58,8h. O trânsito colnico total, em mdia, foi mais lento nos constipados (41,0 22,8h, constipados x 21,8 18,5h, controles). Constipados com trânsito lento (>58,8h) apresentaram inrcia colnica (oito), obstruo de sada (um) e lentificao no clon esquerdo (um). Constipados com trânsito normal (<58,8h), apresentaram lentificaes isoladas no clon direito (nove), no clon esquerdo (trs) e no segmento retossigmoideano (oito). No houve correlao entre a quantidade ingerida de fibra, intensidade da constipao e tempo de trânsito colnico nos constipados funcionais. CONCLUSES: em constipados funcionais a gravidade da constipao no depende apenas da ingesto de fibras, que, tambm no a nica contributiva para as variaes no tempo de trânsito colnico. Este diferencia os pacientes normais dos constipados e nestes, aqueles com trânsito alterado que exigem abordagens diferentes da suplementao de fibras.

In the norte-rio-grandense backwoods is possible to join to the power forms both political and economical ones, religious groups keeping under your control areas, people and flow of them, as well as settling new places of acts. That control refers to a field of power delimited by space, in other words, it refers to a territory marked and planned to reproductive intentions on the space. In relation to the religious pluralism, the Assembly of God church, in your territorial dynamics, has been standing out by the strategies of delimitation and space increase which by a constant territorial division process (1943-2010) managed to widen material and symbolic scale of its power for all cities of the Rio Grande do Norte backwoods. The Assembly of God church as the greatest Pentecostal denomination of Brazil was formed in the Rio Grande do Norte Serid, following a ecclesiastical and governmental model divided into three ecclesiastical fields hosted in those following cities: Caic, Currais Novos and Parelhas. Those headquarters interlink a limited number of churches through normative codes, which they express a functional dimension (bureaucratic) and in another symbolic one (charismatic) in an only field of territorial control. In this manner, the maintenance of the territorial power in the Assembly of God church is done by a charismatic-bureaucratic administration, expressed in the interdependent of material and abstract mechanisms. The believers permanent contact toward those mechanisms of institutional control revealed territorial identities which causes a feeling of property of the believer as much to the Pentecostal belief system as to community of the Assembly of God church. Considering new possibilities of articulation of the Rio Grande do Norte backwoods towards others territories more multiple, culturally, noticed cultural adjustments and revaluation at themselves. In relation to the territory of the Assembly of God church this one has exposed itself defensive faced with that cultural hybridization tendency, resisting a closer dialogue to new symbolic elements, mainly those came from the multifaceted neo-pentecostal movement. Unlike more open and flexible churches towards others significant systems, The Assembly of God church tries to reinforce the boundaries of its territory considering by the orthodoxy of its routine and customs

FUNDAMENTO: Treinamento fsico (TF) aumenta a sensibilidade dos hormnios tireoidianos (HT) e a expresso gnica de estruturas moleculares envolvidas no movimento intracelular de clcio do miocrdio, enquanto a restrio alimentar (RIA) promove efeitos contrrios ao TF. OBJETIVO: Avaliar os efeitos da associao TF e RIA sobre os nveis plasmticos dos HT e a produo de mRNA dos receptores HT e estruturas moleculares do movimento de clcio do miocrdio de ratos. MTODOS: Utilizaram-se ratos Wistar Kyoto divididos em: controle (C, n = 7), RIA (R50, n = 7), exerccio fsico (EX, n = 7) e exerccio fsico + RIA (EX50, n = 7). A RIA foi de 50% e o TF foi natao (1 hora/dia, cinco sesses/semana, 12 semanas consecutivas). Avaliaram-se as concentraes sricas de triiodotironina (T3), tiroxina (T4) e hormnio tireotrfico (TSH). O mRNA da bomba de clcio do retculo sarcoplasmtico (SERCA2a), fosfolamban (PLB), trocador Na+/Ca+2 (NCX), canal lento de clcio (canal-L), rianodina (RYR), calsequestrina (CQS) e receptor de HT (TR1 e TR1) do miocrdio foram avaliados por reao em cadeia da polimerase (PCR) em tempo real. RESULTADOS: RIA reduziu o T4, TSH e mRNA do TR1 e aumentou a expresso da PLB, NCX e canal-L. TF aumentou a expresso do TR1, canal-L e NCX. A associao TF e RIA reduziu T4 e TSH e aumentou o mRNA do TR1, SERCA2a, NCX, PLB e correlao do TR1 com a CQS e NCX. CONCLUSO: Associao TF e RIA aumentou o mRNA das estruturas moleculares clcio transiente, porm o eixo HT-receptor no parece participar da transcrio gnica dessas estruturas.

Este ensaio debate a questo da dominao e do contrapoder com base no exemplo de alguns momentos especficos da histria do candomblé. Partindo de uma reflexo sobre perspectivas tericas antropolgicas e ps-coloniais recentes sobre cultura, identidade e poder, procura-se mostrar que o candomblé se apresenta como um campo disputado, no apenas internamente, mas, inclusive, no que diz respeito sua delimitao externa. Argumenta-se que uma aproximao entre olhares antropolgicos e preocupaes ps-coloniais pode ajudar a entender melhor como os agentes sociais tecem, por meio da articulao de signos e significados, relaes de poder ao mesmo tempo em que promovem atos de identificao e de delimitao; e, como este processo contribui para a construo e desconstruo dos cenrios de dominao e de contrapoder.

Nous avons analys les rsultats d'une recherch sur les pratiques de gurison mystico-religieuses (chez les glises vangliques et Catholique Renove, et chez l'Oumbanda). Ainsi que leur comparaison avec le traitement fourni, chez les Ambulatoires de Sant Mentale publiques, aux individus se plaignant de souffrance psychique. L'analyse statistique a rvl que les pratiques de gurison mystico-religieuses sont efficaces la solution des problmes de ceux qui les ont cherch, en surmontant, dans le court dlai, l'efficacit obtenue par les pratiques ambulatoriales. Un des principaux moyens d'efficacit des pratiques de gurison mystico-religieuses consiste dans l'offre de sens de diverses nuances, d'o se ressort le sens radical de teneur imaginaire, qui implique en des adhsions institutionelles du type fanatique ou ritualistique en bonne partie des cas. Les pratiques de gurison mystico-religieuses semblent fonctioner comme des orthopdies des maladies de l'individualisme contemporain, en rinstallant, par des moyens syntoniques, quelque fonctionalit de la catgorie individu. Comme suite de l'analyse, nous arrivons l'hypothse sur l'existence d'une Culture du Mysticisme en tat avanc de formation dans le contexte brsilien, comme consquence des caractristiques culturelles et des effets de la perturbation des rapports du sujet avec le domaine du symbolique, dans les socits de consommation mondialises exclusion sociale accentue et affectes par une importante crise de sens, consquence de l'branlement des idaux les plus basilaires du libralisme.

Os efeitos de diferentes nveis de fibra bruta na digestibilidade aparente e velocidade de trânsito gastrintestinal de tilpias do Nilo alimentadas com dietas purificadas fornecidas foram avaliados. Utilizaram-se cinco aqurios circulares (250 L) para alimentao, dotados de sistema fechado de filtragem, reabastecimento e aquecimento da gua, e cinco aqurios de digestibilidade (100 L), dotados de sistema individual de filtragem, reabastecimento e aquecimento. Utilizaram-se 32 peixes por aqurio, com peso inicial mdio de 30,65 ± 0,50 g. Adotou-se o delineamento inteiramente casualizado caracterizado por cinco nveis de fibra bruta (2,5; 5,0; 7,5; 10,0 e 12,5%) e 5 repeties. Concluiu-se que nveis crescentes de fibra bruta, em dietas purificadas, interferem significativamente na digestibilidade aparente da matria seca, protena bruta e do extrato etreo. Nveis de at 5,00% de fibra bruta no diminuiu a digestibilidade aparente da matria seca e da protena bruta e 7,50% de fibra bruta no diminuiu a digestibilidade aparente do extrato etreo da dieta purificada pela tilpia do Nilo. Entretanto, o aumento do teor de fibra bruta da dieta diminui significativamente o tempo de trânsito gastrintestinal.
