When it comes to planning, one is including both the physical planning of the work, time and duration of the events, as well as the preparation of the cost thereof. There are numerous ways to run the management of works, then it is necessary, in most cases, the planning experience, in previous works, the engineer in charge, because with it he should know what strategy to take the work skirt as planned and designed. For a complete and efficient management, an initial study hard to prepare the physical and financial planning it is necessary, in order to make it real and consistent throughout the execution of the work. It is necessary also a hard monitoring of both the physical and the financial schedule in order to what was initially planned to be completed as close as possible. This paper shows a case study which uses some ways to the management be held with the course of planning, medium and short term, as well as the preparation of the initial budget of the work. This paper addresses the difficulties and best practices of a quality system of an automotive parts company. In it will be discussed the features and benefits of the proper use of a system of management and quality assurance. It emphasizes the proper use of tools and methodologies that aim improving the quality of processes and products. It also has some guidance information given by the standards of quality which helps the implementation of the quality system and the standards are important because it attests to the quality of companies. So, this work has as objective to guide the creation and management of the quality system in auto parts companies, which seek an increase in the quality of products and processes, it also helps to certify companies in the current quality standard for the sector, ISO TS 16949, and thus increases the competitiveness of companies in this market. As result, this paper resumes good practices, difficulties and key steps for creating and managing a quality system

Online discussion forums have been widely used in internet-mediated courses and blended courses. In these learning contexts, the mediator's (or tutor's) role in supporting successful learning is of considerable importance. Firstly, the present article discusses some studies in which the mediator's role in online learning environments is emphasized. Secondly, we use this discussion to support our qualitative case-study analysis, in which we investigated mediators' debate-management strategies in TelEduc virtual forums. Lastly, we propose a reflective framework about management strategies in forums in virtual learning platforms.

Numerous studies in physical education and music's area have been conducted to improve the quality of life and health of people, all of them under physiological, psychological and social fields. Thus, when properly analyzed, both Areas are connected, because the movement itself, main subject of physical education, has a close proximity to the rhythm, an essential element of music. That's why it is important to discover the benefits of this relationship, because, in many of its practices, physical education makes use of music, for example, in aerobic gymnastic and dance classes. As a consequence, this study aims to investigate, through literature, the influence of music in physical activities and its imprinting in the states of mind and body of practitioners, as well as clarify the criteria for choice of songs that are used in such practice. This research occurred under literary explore, done through theoretical analysis of the thematic. At first place, a contextualization of the auditory system and its relationship with the music and the perception of sound were made, then the main theme was explored. The music, even before generate and influence motor and psychic movements in the human body, is already moving in space, because it is formed through vibrations of molecules. It is decoded first as a movement from the ears, and then decoded as sound, when in the brain. It is important to worry about sounds at high intensities and also with those which are outside the hearing thresholds within physical activities involving music, because they may be harmful to health and also to states of mind. As far as music and movement is concerned, they are closely linked, and the human being has an instinctive sense of rhythm that can be seen when listening to music, because the motor cortex is also activated. With the growth of settlements and the consequent rise in civilian buildings, there was a need to allocate appropriately the waste arising from construction and demolition. Failure to meet the standards set about building waste generate social, economic and environmental impacts of remediation difficult. This study aimed to attend the importance of holding management programs involving the waste of construction and demolition at the University by the resulting environmental, economic and social benefits, and analysis of the main stages of Waste Management of Construction and Demolition, whose based on the National Solid Waste Policy, as well as verification of the importance of implementing these steps in the design of works, assisting in future studies of this type of waste and the problems accompanying the University

In dentistry, the technic and radiographic processing incur the possibility of cross infection and environmental contamination. The dentist is responsible for the patient and dental team. For this reason he needs to take a protocol to prevent the spread of microorganisms and environmental exposure to risk factors. The protocols are introduced in the dentistry school as an important teaching tool, whose learning and application reinforce the importance of continuity of these actions in the professional activity. The objective of this paper is to present the biosafety and waste management protocol used in the dental radiology clinic of Araçatuba Dental School, including procedures for the prevention of biological and environmental contamination.

Variabilidade da precipitação na Unidade de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos do médio Paranapanema

Analysis of variability of rainfall UGRHI-17 is important because it is located in an area of agriculture. This importance is through a better dialogue between research and farmers, who can see this, an analysis of events that impact your direct planting. Noting the periodic occurrence of these events, agriculture can be prevented by protecting your planting and ensuring a good harvest. The analysis and observation of the entire region is through the location of the stations, which allow a more complete analysis if they are well scattered throughout the unit. Through calculations parse wet and dry years, and this work will be given emphasis to the wet years. They presented the climatological average above average extracted for all seasons. These wet years are generally associated with events such as El Niño and the intensification of SACZ. For these years, was also observed the spatial distribution of rainfall through isolines. How to deal with regional data, the Geostatistics was a resource used in this work to make the analysis more complete and closer to the actual data from the wide year-to-interannual scale. Their adoption is in the preparation of contour, making the spatial distribution more accurate.

Análise da variabilidade pluvial na Unidade de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos do Paraíba do Sul (UGRHI-2)

The study of variability becomes increasingly important nowadays . Studying the behavior of rainfall before external events is of paramount importance. The region of Vale do Paraíba , it is important to study variability , since the region is influenced by the ocean and constant cold fronts that end causing precipitation during most months of the year . This study aims to analyze the variability in rain UGRHI - 2 by analyzing the interference of ENSO events / Southern Oscillation and the Convergence Zone South Atlantic (SACZ) in the amount and distribution of rainfall. The UGRHI helped were created for distribution and control of water in the state of São Paulo , divided watersheds were avoided so that problems such as poor distribution and water shortages in some areas of the state . To study variability , various software , including Excel , Variowin and R statistical package , the subroutine Climatol were used , with the goal of developing isolines showing the spatial distribution of rainfall anomalies in the years studied also the anomaly index was studied rain (IAC) , noting more effectively the years of positive and negative anomaly , with the purpose of studying the temporal variability of rainfall in the study area.

The constant misuse of land in Permanent Preservation Areas (APPs) have been recurrent, especially in urban areas, where the dynamics of change is constant. The protection of these areas to maintain a balance in the ecosystem and the population's quality of life is fundamentally important. So it is of utmost important to draw up a mechanism that can help in decision-making in relation to measures for the protection, mitigation of damages that are being caused and revitalization of these areas. Thus, a managing these areas based on the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) in order to create mechanisms to facilitate the protection and revitalization of APPs, could be of great help for making public decision-making bodies that are entrusted to protect such areas. Based on this, we elaborated a project management in order to revitalize and protect the APPs in urban area of Rio Claro, SP and could become a model for future use by public bodies
