Del Estado-nación al Estado-marca. El rol de la diplomacia pública y la marca de país en el nuevo escenario de las relaciones internacionales

El establecimiento de relaciones entre países en un entorno global parece requerir nuevas estrategias que trascienden la tradicional diplomacia de Estado. La diplomacia pública deviene una renovada estrategia de proyección internacional, donde la marca de país ejerce un importante papel a modo de dispositivo aglutinador y de transmisión de identidades nacionales. De este modo, el nuevo “poder blando” de la representación geográfica parece transcurrir en el seno del debilitamiento del Estado-nación y en claro beneficio de una nueva forma de comunicar la identidad de un país más próxima a la intervención de diferentes agentes sociales que a la firma de tratados internacionales de competencia gubernamental. A partir de una revisión de la literatura existente, este artículo presenta un estado del arte relacionado con las nuevas estrategias de representatividad internacional llevadas a cabo por países y naciones.

Les maladies rénales chroniques ne sont pas toutes silencieuses [Chronic kidney diseases do not always pass unnoticed].

Kidney diseases are frequent, but most of the time, they develop unnoticed. This paucity of symptoms may lead to delayed diagnosis with important consequences on their outcome. Nevertheless, specific systemic signs such as skin lesions, joint pain or electrolytes disturbances may sometimes alert the clinician and direct the diagnosis to an underlying nephropathy. A high awareness of clinicians is warranted to recognize these red flags and diagnose these diseases early, as illustrated by two clinical cases discussed in this article.

Projet pilote "Pas de retraite pour ma santé" : évaluation de l'effet sur les participants

"Pas de retraite pour ma santé" est un projet de promotion du mouvement et de l'alimentation favorables à la santé dédié spécifiquement aux seniors. Ce projet mené par les Ligues de la Santé du Canton de Vaud est le fruit d'une collaboration entre le programme cantonal « Ça marche ! », Pro Senectute Vaud, le Service de gériatrie du CHUV et le Service de l'éducation physique et du sport. Le projet s'inscrit dans la politique « Vieillissement et Santé » du canton de Vaud. Il bénéficie également d'un soutien financier de Promotion Santé Suisse. Le projet « Pas de retraite pour ma santé » a été développé avec les objectifs suivants : ?susciter une prise de conscience quant à l'importance de bouger plus et manger mieux ?(re)donner goût au mouvement aux seniors par les rencontres actives ?améliorer leurs capacités physiques globales ?favoriser l'intégration sociale et sportive des participants au sein d'un groupe et de la commune

Garcilaso de la Vega y Pedro Salinas: la voz a ti debida

This paper shows the relationship between two Spanish writers: Garcilaso de la Vega and Pedro Salinas; or better, the influence of the former over the latter. This influence may be noticed in different levels: the use of literary genres (eclogues, elegies or collections of verse), the conception of love, the use of myths and topics, the music of verse, etc. Some characteristics of Salinas’s style come clearly from Garcilaso (the intimacy, simplicity, orality, the dialogue, the use of the present tense and the first person, etc.). Our essay studies the influence of Garcilaso on the book Largo lamento, 1937?, written by Salinas at the same time as an essay about the renaissance poet —in addition of other unpublished works and his personal correspondence—, in order to show the presence of Garcilaso in his mind and all of his production

Ontologia de LinkedIn : El primer pas per inferir informació a partir de les ofertes de feina

Amb aquest treball de final de carrera de la titulació d'enginyeria tècnica en informàtica de gestió es pretén fer una primera aproximació al món de l'anàlisi semàntic de webs. Consisteix, per una banda, en la creació d'una ontologia per emmagatzemar informació provinent de la web de LinkedIn de manera que després pugui ser analitzada i permeti filtrar les dades de manera pràctica evitant l'excés d'informació no útil. Per altra banda, el treball inclou el desenvolupament d'una aplicació per a l'obtenció de la informació de la web de LinkedIn de manera automàtica, i un mètode per a la importació a l'ontologia creada.

Ontologia del LinkedIn : Primer pas per inferir informació a partir de les ofertes de feina

El cas que ens ocupa és la xarxa social LinkedIn. La quantitat d'ofertes i demandes de feina fan a vegades difícil extreure'n la informació necessària. Es vol crear una ontologia per tal de nodrir les dades presents en la web LinkedIn amb informació semàntica. Mitjançant el programari Protégé es pretén crear aquesta ontologia i, mitjançant les API que ofereix LinkedIn, un mitjà per inferir informació respecte a les ofertes i demandes de feina.

Determinação de Mn, Cu e Zn em matrizes salinas após separação e pré-concentração usando Amberlite XAD-7 impregnada com Vermelho de Alizarina S

The aim of this work was to explore the possibility of the application of a non-ionic resin obtained by impregnation of Alizarin Red S (VAS) in Amberlite XAD-7 for manganese, copper and zinc separation and preconcentration in saline matrices. For these system, the metals were quantitatively retained, in the pH range 8.5-10.0, by using 0.50 g of solid phase, stirring time of five minutes and a total mass up to 200 mug of each cation. The sorbed elements were subsequently eluted and a fifty-fold, ten-fold and ten-fold preconcentration factor for to Zn, Cu and Mn were obtained, respectively.

It bases in the study of new, classical and recognised bibliographic references on gender and dance, anthropology of dance and history and practice of dance.

Verkkoyhtiön omaisuuden hallinta PAS 55 näkökulmasta

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena oli kehittää verkkoyhtiön omaisuuden hallintaa PAS 55 standardin edellyttämälle tasolle. Kehittämistyössä keskityttiin johdon katselmukseen ja riskienhallintaan, joissa havaittiin suurimmat kehittämistarpeet. Tässä raportissa esitellään uudet toimintamallit näiden osa-alueiden kehittämiseksi. Kehittämistyössä hyödynnettiin PAS 55 standardin lisäksi uusimpia teorioita omaisuuden hallintaan liittyen. Tutkimuksessa havaittiin, että yrityksen omaisuuden hallinta on hyvällä tasolla. Lisäksi havaittiin, että kehitettyjen toimintamallien avulla yrityksen omaisuuden hallinta vastaa näiltä osin PAS 55 standardin vaatimuksia.

Contribuição da fitoquímica para o desenvolvimento de um país emergente

The sustainable development of an emergent country is dependent on a consistent scientific, technologic and innovative policy, on nature and biodiversity, on a rational exploration of natural resources to feeding, social advance and economical aim along with maintenance of health and diseases treatment. Phytochemical investigations may be used to contribute with development throughout undergraduate and graduate career preparing professionals with qualification to these activities, as researcher and professor, including discovering and divulgation of new scientific knowlegments. The role of organic compounds produced by secondary metabolism of plants in the development of new drugs is presented (e. g.) throughout exposition using examples of features involved in this activity, since the recognition of a plant-derived popular medicine, until the laboratory semi-synthesis of its main constituents. Several aspects related to the use of some vegetable species in treatment of many tropical diseases are pointed. Economical and social importance of isolation, structural characterization, pharmacological investigation and chemical transformations of new natural organic substances isolated from the plants are related.

Avaliação da liberação de NH4NO3 ocluido em zeólita 4A a partir de soluções salinas

The zeolite 4A was used to evaluate the thermo kinetics parameters of NH4+ and NO3- ions occluded in its structure. The Osawa method for activation energy calculation was used to evaluate its thermal stability, and the results shown that the ion species interact differently depending on the zeolite pores, which determines the controlled release by its structure.
