Elaboração e implantação do sistema de análise de perigos e pontos críticos de controle no processamento de leite pasteurizado tipo A

Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) is one of the main tools currently used to ensure safety, quality and integrity of foods. So, the aim of this study was to develop and implement the HACCP program in the processing of pasteurized grade A milk Checklists were used to assess on the level of the pre requisites programs and on the sanitary classification of the dairy industry and the results were used as references for the development of the HACCP system. A "decision tree" protocol was used for the identification of the critical control points (CCP). No physical or chemical CCP were identified, whereas pasteurization and packaging were considered biological CCP For these CCP, the limits for prevention, monitoring needs, corrective actions, critical limits and verification procedures were established. The pre requisites program was essential for the establishment of the system. The implementation of the HACCP for the processing of grade A pasteurized milk was efficient to control the biological hazards and enabled the product to comply with the legislation specifications and achieve safety.

With the advance of mathematical methods throughout the centuries, in particular with respect to the differential calculus, the notion of fractional derivative emerged with Leibniz and later developed by several well known scientists. Today that formalism is well used in the study of diffusion phenomena among other areas. We extend the fractional indices to matricial indices and develop a formalism to handle this generalized derivative, as well as other operators, functions and functionals in mathematical physics, originally defined for natural indices. Here we only consider 2x2 hermitian and anti-hermitian matrices. These matrices are associated to the well known Pauli matrices and Hamilton's quaternions. Avaliação dos fatores críticos para a seleção e aplicação clínica dos pinos de fibra: relato de caso cliínico

Teeth that have lost much of their coronal tooth structure need intraradical devices to achieve a desired retention of the restorative material, restoring aesthetics and function to the patient. For this purpose, various types of intracanal posts have been studied, of wich the fiber posts have been highlighted with its increasing use in the dental market. The purpose of this study was to present a clinical case of using fiberglass post. As well as critically analyze the published works and points of controversy described by different authors related to factors such as different protocols cementation, surface treatments pins, fracture toughness and compression, the possibility of microleakage, diameter and length of the pin, and the various materials used in conjunction with the intracanal retainers. Thus, we concluded that fiber posts showed as an excellent alternative for anterior teeth, since have least 2 mm of tooth remaining.
