大车前（Plantago major L. "Giant Turkish."）体外优化再生体系的建立及Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白基因SeNHX1 和TtNHX1 的功能鉴定

大车前（Plantago major L. "Giant Turkish."）不仅有很高的药用价值，在生态学研究方面也是重要模式植物。大车前的组织培养工作，目前报道很少。对其组织培养体系的建立，为筛选大车前耐盐突变体和基因转化建立高效的体外再生系统和实验平台体系。通过愈伤组织诱导和直接不定芽再生途径， 建立了大车前（Plantago major L. "Giant Turkish."）的快速高效再生系统。叶片外植体在含有1.0 mg/L NAA的MS培养基中培养3周后，形成愈伤组织，愈伤组织在含4.0 mg/L 6-BA的MS培养基中成功再生，得到完整植株。种子外植体在含0.2 mg/L IAA和1.0 mg/L TDZ的MS培养基中培养4周后产生大量的丛生芽，对9株再生植株进行RAPD检测表明，部分植株在DNA水平上发生了变异。 植物抵御盐胁迫的一个重要机制是在液泡中积累Na+，从而使细胞质内Na+保持在较低水平，并且降低细胞渗透势。Na+运输到液泡是由液泡Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白完成的。本实验室已从盐生植物盐角草（Salicornia europaea）和番杏（Tetragonia tetragonioides）中分别克隆得到SeNHX1和TtNHX1基因。本文研究了SeNHX1和TtNHX1基因在酵母突变体里的作用。TtNHX1和SeNHX1蛋白在缺陷型酵母菌株里的表达能够提高这些菌株对NaCl、LiCl和潮霉素的抗性，提高到与野生型相当的抗性水平。说明TtNHX1和SeNHX1有着与酵母ScNHX1相似的细胞定位和作用机制，是ScNHX1的功能类似蛋白。

Lake Nasser fisheries: literature review and situation analysis

This study sought to improve the baseline knowledge of the fisheries of Lake Nasser and to make recommendations for the improved management of the fisheries, including stock assessment. This review draws heavily from the most recent reviews of Lake Nasserr and its fisheries, including van Zwieten et al. (2011), Habib et al. (2014) and Habib (2015). It is supplemented with findings from the field study described in the final technical report, Lake Nasser fisheries: Recommendations for management, including monitoring and stock assessment (Halls 2015).

An Overview of Literature on Primates in China

把1870-2001年来自美国"现代灵长类文献题录数据库"、"维普中文数据库"及"中国灵长类研究文献题录"的资料按4个时期(I:1870-1949;Ⅱ:1950-1965;Ⅲ:1966-1977;Ⅳ:1978-2001)分类整理.此外,使用了"科学引文数据库(扩展版)".结果如下:(1)1870-2001年共有20 52篇文献,2个文献数量高峰分别出现于1950-1965和1978-2001年;科研部门所发表的论文占54.2%,并随时间而增加;而国外部门则随之减少.(2)2 052篇文献中,超过9%的文献为SCI所收录,其中1966-1977年被SCI收录的文献百分比最高;在全部被SCI收录的文献中又以科研部门的占优势(59.1%);但国外部门则以其30.1%的文献被SCI收录而领先.(3)统计了灵长类研究9个领域文献百分比及其变化,其中1978-2001间生态学和行为、神经生物学、繁殖和饲养快速发展;化石灵长类、形态学和解剖学减少;分类及分布、细胞及分子进化显得不甚突出;在第Ⅱ时期和第Ⅳ时期疾病防治研究相当多;保护生物学得到越来越多的关注.第Ⅳ时期作者数量最多,但每个作者的文献平均数却不如第Ⅰ时期.一般地说,在SCI收录的作者中以中国作者居多,但在第I时期唯一被SCI收录的作者则是一名外国学者;在第Ⅲ时期外国作者占被收录作者数的60%.

Improving communication in design: Recommendations from the literature

Communication permeates every aspect of an engineer's work-from clarifying product specifications to shaping social ties. This paper offers an overview of recommendations from literature to improve communication within and among engineering teams. We assume communication problems are often the outcome of underlying factors and that it is fruitful to study and improve these influences. Having been empirically elicited in prior research, 24 factors considered in this paper include, e.g., availability of information about product specifications, roles and responsibilities, and overview of sequence of tasks. To improve these factors in order to enable effective communication, this paper collates more than hundred recommendations from journal articles and textbooks published in the fields of engineering design, management science, sociology, and psychology. Recommendations include, for example, identify priorities through risk and bottleneck analysis, give clear descriptions and role expectations, and employ effective process modeling tools. Contributions of this paper are a list of recommendations for industry practitioners and an effort-benefit evaluation of individual recommendations. Copyright © 2002-2012 The Design Society. Information models used to manage engineering change: A review of the literature 2005-2010

Engineering change is a significant part of any product development programme. Changes can arise at many points throughout the product life-cycle, resulting in rework which can ripple through different stages of the design process. Managing change processes is thus a critical aspect of any design project, especially in complex design. Through a literature review, this paper shows the diversity of information models used by different change management methods proposed in the literature. A classification framework for organising these change management approaches is presented. The review shows an increase in the number of cross-domain models proposed to help manage changes.
