Pedagogia de Pestalozzi e sistema preventivo de Dom Bosco: influências e aproximações

Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi revolucionou a sociedade no século XVIII, com suas ideias educativas. Com uma educação humanitária, tendo como princípio básico a benevolência na formação de seus educandos, Pestalozzi posicionava-se a favor da generalização da instrução, para que esta fosse concebida também aos pobres. Desse modo, Pestalozzi funda escolas que recolhem órfãos, mendigos e pequenos ladrões. Nessas entidades havia uma formação geral e profissional. Para Pestalozzi, as crianças precisam de limites, porém em sua Pedagogia não havia punições, sugerindo uma educação não repressiva, contrapondo com as ideias da época. Esta concepção de educação baseada na repressão ainda continua em parte do século XIX, porém outro educador, assim como Pestalozzi, não concorda com os métodos punitivos. Giovanni Melchiorre Bosco, mais conhecido como Dom Bosco, engloba em suas obras educativas três princípios, que compõem o tripé básico de sua educação: razão, religião e amorevolezza, formando o Sistema Preventivo, ideal de sua arte educativa. Com a intenção de desenvolver esse Sistema, Dom Bosco cria os oratórios. Nestes espaços, crianças e jovens de classe baixa, são acolhidos para estudar, brincar e rezar. Mais tarde, as escolas profissionalizantes são incluídas nessa educação. Desse modo, tornam-se interessantes estas duas perspectivas educacionais, separadas pelo tempo histórico de seus idealizadores, com propostas pedagógicas pautadas em bases preventivas ao invés de repressivas. Neste ponto, pretende-se investigar se há realmente alguma relação entre a Pedagogia de Pestalozzi e o Sistema Preventivo de Dom Bosco. Indaga-se ainda se existe alguma influência direta e/ou indireta do primeiro sobre o segundo. O presente trabalho será desenvolvido em uma quadra urbana no centro da cidade de Roma que compreende o Complexo da Crypta Balbi em cujo espaço é possível realizar uma leitura do ponto de vista arquitetônico e urbano ao longo da história e ver refletida a cidade ao longo de seu desenvolvimento através de vestígios arqueológicos do início da formação de Roma (III a.C.) até construções do século XIX . O trabalho visa a restauração e reabilitação do Complexo, mais especificamente das edificações localizadas na Via del Delfini a fim de abrigar um edifício de uso público assim como a requalificação do espaço aberto no interior do quarteirão permitindo sua integração com o entorno imediato e com os edifícios da quadra

L'Inspiration romantique de Gaspard de la Nuit

In this work, we intend to show that Aloysius Bertrand in “Gaspard de la Nuit” drew the inspiration to his poems in prose from its nearest context: that one of French Revolution and the revolt of the spirit against everything which would impose an exaggerated materialism. Thus, in the middle of Enlightenment, there were those who went in search of “mysterious realities” and a “sense of mystery” that the pre-romantic literature in Britain and in Germany would express in its poetry. It is also in the 18th century that some works about the “Commedia dell‟arte” and caricature concede to the grotesque a significant part in the formation of art, extending it to the supernatural and the absurd.

When we compare the policy actions taken in the reigns of Dom João V in the first half of the eighteenth century and Dom José I (assisted by Marquês de Pombal) in the third quarter of the same century, we can observe the transition from scholastic, first reign vision gradually paths to an economic -scientific bias, reflecting a position toward the lights. Three narratives were chosen demonstrate this movement by the relations established between them: O Caramuru, the conservative position, and O Uraguai and O Desertor, takes position in favor of Lights.

One of the most primal ways of human work already known is the tessellation and ginning for the production of fabric and clothing - what used to be, back in those days, statement of power and status. The arrival of the Industrial Revolution - in the middle of the XVIII century at Britain - increased the textile industry production, and what used to be manufactured and hard to obtain, starts then to be produced in mechanical ways and large-scale. Despite all the boost given to the economy of an expanding capitalist market, it should be pointed out the consequences of this major industrialization, especially the environmental ones, more and more concerning nowadays. The emissions of waste - that sometimes could be toxic - in effluents can possibly contaminate the aquatic ecosystems, causing a huge damage to its fauna and flora, affecting therefore all the biodiversity, reaching inclusively the humans. To avoid these problems, a few strategies have been taking place in the attempt to eliminate - or at least reduce - the amount of dye found in the effluents, and as the textile industry constantly leaves waste, efficient methods - that present good results in a short period of time - with a low cost are needed. The present study will test the bioremoval capacity of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) in contact with dyes in a fix concentration, diluted in water with three different pH values. The tests will be done duplicate, and after the concentration analyses - made by spectrophotometry - it will be analyzed which pH shows major efficiency in the dye removal and what is the influence of the biomass in this process

Compares industrial society forged in the eighteenth and nineteenth century with the information society resulting from new information technologies, global connectivity by internet and generating wealth from capital to capital. Its main objective is to highlight the transitory moment of our human relationships and the need to look to the future free from the shackles of the past.

Les liaisons dangereuses na Tela: ligações 'perigosas' entre cinema e literatura

The purpose of this article is to comment on the film adaptation by director Stephen Frears of the 18th-century novel Les liaisons dangereuses (in English, Dangerous Liaisons) by Choderlos de Laclos. It compares the film composition to the basic formal aspects of the novel. If, on one hand, Frears’ 1988 film adaptation breaks away from Laclos’ epistolary novel for being aligned with the standard elements of the classical cinema, on the other, it reveals a surprising affinity to the literary work: the relation with the theatrical language.
