La storia naturale dell’epatopatia HCV-relata passa dall’epatite cronica alla cirrosi ed eventualmente all’epatocarcinoma fino ad arrivare alla possibile necessità del trapianto di fegato. HCV non esercita citolisi diretta, pertanto i fattori immunologici giocano il duplice ruolo di determinare l’evoluzione dell’infezione e il danno epatico. All’interno del sistema immunitario esistono linfociti in grado di inibire l’attivazione delle cellule effettrici modulando la risposta immunitaria; la popolazione regolatoria meglio conosciuta è costituita dai cosiddetti T-reg caratterizzati dal fenotipo CD4+CD35hiFoxp3+. Scopo di questo studio è stato determinare fenotipo e funzione dei T-reg, valutandone le correlazioni con caratteristiche cliniche e parametri biochimici e virologici, nelle diverse fasi della malattia epatica da HCV, a partire dall’epatite cronica, passando per la cirrosi, l’epatocarcinoma e terminando con il follow-up post-trapianto di fegato. Sono stati reclutati 80 pazienti con infezione cronica da HCV non in trattamento antivirale, di cui 52 con epatite cronica, 12 con cirrosi e 16 con epatocarcinoma. Di questi, 11 sono andati incontro a trapianto di fegato e sono stati poi seguiti fino a 36 mesi di follow up. Ventinove soggetti avevano transaminasi persistentemente nella norma e 28 mostravano ALT costantemente oltre 2.5x i valori normali. Quaranta donatori di sangue sono stati utilizzati come controlli sani. Marcatori di superficie (CD4, CD25) ed intracellulari (Foxp3) sono stati valutati in citofluorimetria su sangue intero periferico per tutti i soggetti al basale ed ogni 2-4 settimane dopo trapianto. In una quota di pazienti i T-reg sono stati estratti dai linfociti del sangue periferico con metodi immunomagnetici e la loro funzione valutata come percentuale di inibizione di proliferazione e produzione di IFN-γ da parte delle cellule bersaglio CD4+CD25- in esperimenti di co-coltura effettuati al basale e dopo 24-36 settimane dal trapianto. La percentuale di T-reg e l’espressione del Foxp3 sono risultate aumentate nei soggetti con HCV rispetto ai controlli sani, in particolare in coloro con cirrosi, HCC e nei pazienti con transaminasi normali indipendentemente dallo stadio di malattia, correlando inversamente con i livelli di transaminasi e direttamente con il punteggio MELD. La produzione di IFN-γ è incrementata in tutti i pazienti HCV ma efficacemente controllata solamente dai T-reg dei pazienti con transaminasi normali. Dopo il trapianto di fegato, si verifica una precoce e reversibile riduzione delle T-reg circolanti. Alla 24ma e 36ma settimana dal trapianto la percentuale dei T-reg circolanti è sovrapponibile al basale e i loro effetti, sia in termini di proliferazione che di produzione di IFN-γ, sulle cellule bersaglio, già dotate di una ridotta attività intrinseca, appaiono particolarmente incisivi. In conclusione, l’epatopatia cronica da HCV è caratterizzata da una popolazione di T-reg espansa che però, con l’eccezione dei soggetti con transaminasi normali, non appare in grado di limitare il danno epatico immuno-mediato e potrebbe favorire lo sviluppo e la crescita di lesioni tumorali nei pazienti con malattia avanzata. Il trapianto di fegato, probabilmente a causa della terapia immunosoppressiva, si associa ad un marcato e transitorio declino dei T-reg le cui numerosità e funzione vengono completamente recuperate a sei mesi dall’intervento. La migliore conoscenza dei meccanismi alla base delle cinetica e della funzione delle cellule regolatorie potrà fornire utili strumenti per il loro utilizzo come adiuvanti nella terapia dell’epatopatia cronica HCV relata.

Es ist bekannt, dass die Überexpression eines einzigen Onkogens im Tumorgewebe einen maligneren Phänotyp zur Folge haben kann. Ein Beispiel hierfür ist die Rezeptortyrosinkinase HER-2. Besonders in Mamma- und Ovarialkarzinomen tritt häufig eine HER-2 Überexpression auf, die mit einer schlechteren Prognose für die Patientinnen einhergeht. Die HER-2 blockierende Therapie mit Trastuzumab (Herceptin®) konnte zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der Überlebenszeit bei Patientinnen mit metastasierendem Mammakarzinom führen. Es ist deshalb von großem Interesse herauszufinden, ob ein Tumor durch gezielte Blockade eines bestimmten Onkogens sein tumorigenes Potential verlieren kann, und dadurch das Tumorwachstum zumindest zeitweise unterbunden wird. Die Frage ist also, ob ein Tumor reversibel sein kann, wenn die Expression seiner Onkogene blockiert wird. Frühere Arbeiten meiner Arbeitsgruppe haben gezeigt, dass Tumore, die konditional humanes HER-2 exprimierten, nach Ausschalten von HER-2 tatsächlich in Remission gingen, d.h. reversibel waren. Tumorgrößenabhängig konnte sogar eine vollständige Tumorremission beobachtet werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll nun helfen, die beobachtete Remission nach Ausschalten von HER-2 besser verstehen zu können. Von Interesse sind dabei vor allem die molekularen Mechanismen, die in dem Tumor nach Ausschalten der HER-2 Expression ablaufen. Die konditionale Expression von HER-2 wurde mit Hilfe des TET-OFF Systems in NIH3T3 Mausfibroblasten erreicht. Mit dieser Technik wurde ein Maustumormodell etabliert, das ermöglichte, die Veränderungen in den Tumoren nach Ausschalten von HER-2 zu untersuchen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wurde dabei auf zwei der durch HER-2 vermittelten Signalwege gerichtet, den Ras-MAP Kinase Signalweg und die Aktivierung von Akt über die Phosphoinositol-3 Kinase. Beide wurden nach Ausschalten der HER-2 Expression deaktiviert. Um herausfinden zu können, welcher der beiden Wege eine wichtigere Rolle bei der Tumorremission spielt, wurden in der vorliegenden Arbeit zwei weitere Maustumormodelle zur konditionalen Expression von humanem H-Ras bzw. einer Form des humanen c-Raf-1 (BXB-Raf1) etabliert. Die Modelle funktionierten auf dieselbe Weise wie das HER-2 Maustumormodell und es wurden auch dieselben Faktoren untersucht. Ras und Raf sind Mitglieder des Ras-MAP Kinase Signalweges. Raf ist aber im Gegensatz zu HER-2 und Ras nicht in der Lage, Akt zu aktivieren. Durch Vergleich der Ergebnisse der drei Maustumormodelle war es deshalb möglich zu differenzieren, ob Einflüsse auf die Tumorentwicklung über denn Ras-MAP Kinase oder den PI3K/Akt Signalweg vermittelt wurden. Auch Ausschalten von H-Ras oder BXB-Raf1 führte zu einer raschen Tumorremission. Damit wurde erneut die Frage nach der Reversibilität eines Tumors beantwortet. Ob die Remission auf einer Induktion von Apoptose beruhte, konnte nicht endgültig geklärt werden, da es zwar nach Ausschalten von HER-2 zu einer Erhöhung der Apoptoserate kam, nicht jedoch nach Ausschalten von H-Ras oder BXB-Raf1. Aufgrund der vorhandenen Ergebnisse wird vermutet, dass es zu einer Störung des Gleichgewichtes zwischen proliferationsfördernden und apoptotischen Faktoren nach Ausschalten der Onkogene kam. Die in den Tumoren vorhandene Spontanapoptose könnte dann ausreichen, den Prozess der Tumorremission auszulösen. Die Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass ERK bzw. der Ras-MAP Kinase Signalweg die bedeutendere Rolle bei der Tumorremission spielte. Zum einen wurde dies belegt durch die Beobachtung, dass die Tumorverläufe von HER-2 und BXB-Raf1 nahezu identisch waren. Zum anderen kam es in allen drei Modellen zu einer Dephosphorylierung von ERK, die der Tumorremission vorausging. Akt schien dagegen keine Rolle zu spielen, da das Ausschalten der HER-2, H-Ras oder BXB-Raf1 Expression zu keiner einheitlichen Veränderung des Posphorylierungsgrades von Akt führte. Demnach ist die Blockade des Ras-MAP Kinase Signalweges, der hauptsächlich proliferationsfördernde Eigenschaften besitzt, wichtiger für die Tumorremission als die Blockade des PI3K/Akt Signalweges, der hauptsächlich anti-apoptotische Eigenschaften vermittelt.

Reaction of 3-methyl-2-phenylpyrrocoline(I) and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate(II) in refluxing toluene furnishes cis-7',8-dihydro.4,5,8,9-tetramethoxycarbonyl-7'-phenyl-7' -methylazocino(2,1,8-cd]pyrrolizine (III) and trans-7',8-dihydro-4,5,8,9-tetramethoxycarbonyl-7-phenyl-7'-methylazocino[2,1,8-cd]pyrrolizine (IV), while the same reaction at ambient temperature yields 1-[(1,2-trans-dimethoxycarbonyl)vinyl]-3-methyl-2-phenylpyrrocoline (V) and 1-[(1,2-cis-di(methoxycarbonyl)vinyl)--methyl-2- phenylpyirocoUne (V) and 1-[(I,2-cis-di(methoxycarbonyl)Yinyl]-3-metbyl-2-phenylpyrrocoline(VI) as the major products. The structure of IV has been determined by X-ray crystallography.A possible mechanism of formation of these products is also discussed.

Estrogens are known to play a role in both reproductive and non-reproductive functions in mammals. Estrogens and their receptors are involved in the development of the central nervous system (brain development, neuronal survival and differentiation) as well as in the development of the peripheral nervous system (sensory-motor behaviors). In order to decipher possible functions of estrogens in early development of the zebrafish sensory system, we investigated the role of estrogen receptor beta(2) (ERbeta(2)) by using a morpholino (MO) approach blocking erbeta(2) RNA translation. We further investigated the development of lateral line organs by cell-specific labeling, which revealed a disrupted development of neuromasts in morphants. The supporting cells developed and migrated normally. Sensory hair cells, however, were absent in morphants' neuromasts. Microarray analysis and subsequent in situ hybridizations indicated an aberrant activation of the Notch signaling pathway in ERbeta(2) morphants. We conclude that signaling via ERbeta(2) is essential for hair cell development and may involve an interaction with the Notch signaling pathway during cell fate decision in the neuromast maturation process.

We investigated brain electric field signatures of subjective feelings after chewing regular gum or gum base without flavor. 19-channel eyes-closed EEG from 20 healthy males before and after 5 minutes of chewing the two gum types in random sequence was source modeled in the frequency domain using the FFT-Dipole-Approximation. 3-dimensional brain locations and strengths (Global Field Power, GFP) of the equivalent sources of five frequency bands were computed as changes from pre-chewing baseline. Gum types differed (ANOVA) in pre-post changes of source locations for the alpha-2 band (to anterior and right after regular gum, opposite after gum base) and beta-2 band (to anterior and inferior after regular gum, opposite after gum base), and of GFP for delta-theta, alpha-2 and beta-1 (regular gum: increase, gum base: decrease). Subjective feeling changed to more positive values after regular gum than gum base (ANOVA).—Thus, chewing gum with and without taste-smell activates different brain neuronal populations.

Currently, the contributions of Starlette, Stella, and AJISAI are not taken into account when defining the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF), despite the large amount of data collected in a long time-span. Consequently, the SLR-derived parameters and the SLR part of the ITRF are almost exclusively defined by LAGEOS-1 and LAGEOS-2. We investigate the potential of combining the observations to several SLR satellites with different orbital characteristics. Ten years of SLR data are homogeneously processed using the development version 5.3 of the Bernese GNSS Software. Special emphasis is put on orbit parameterization and the impact of LEO data on the estimation of the geocenter coordinates, Earth rotation parameters, Earth gravity field coefficients, and the station coordinates in one common adjustment procedure. We find that the parameters derived from the multi-satellite solutions are of better quality than those obtained in single satellite solutions or solutions based on the two LAGEOS satellites. A spectral analysis of the SLR network scale w.r.t. SLRF2008 shows that artifacts related to orbit perturbations in the LAGEOS-1/2 solutions, i.e., periods related to the draconitic years of the LAGEOS satellites, are greatly reduced in the combined solutions.

Vaccines which use the strategy of fusing adjuvant murine â-defensin2 (mBD2) to an antigen in order to elicit stronger anti-antigen immune responses are referred to as murine â-defensin2 (mBD2) vaccines. Previous studies have validated the potential of mBD2 vaccines, thus in this study we focus on increasing vaccine efficacy as well as mechanism elucidation. Initially, we demonstrate superior IFN-ã release levels by antigen specific effector T cells when antigen is crosspresented by dendritic cells (DC) which absorbed mBD2 vaccine (mBD2 fused antigen protein) over antigen alone. We move unto an in vivo model and note significant increases in the expansion of antigen specific class I T cells but not class II T cells when receiving mBD2 vaccine over antigen alone. Further, knowing mBD2’s link with CC chemokine receptor 6 (CCR6) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) we note that this enhanced class I T cell expansion is CCR6 independent but TLR4 dependent. With anti-tumor responses desired, we demonstrate in tumor protection experiments with mice, compelling tumor protection when combining adoptive T cell therapy and mBD2 vaccine immunization. We further note that mBD2 vaccines are not limited by the antigen and characterize a viable strategy for enhancing tumor antigen immunogenicity.

Two distinct classes of neurons have been examined in the nervous system of Aplysia. The membrane properties of these neurons are regulated by intracellular signalling molecules in both a short-term and a long-term fashion.^ The role of the phosphatidylinositol cycle in the control of neuronal properties was studied in a class of bursting pacemaker cells, the left upper-quadrant bursting neurons (cells L2, L3, L4, and L6) of the abdominal ganglion of Aplysia. These cells display a regular burst-firing pattern that is controlled by cyclic changes of intracellular Ca$\sp{2+}$ that occur during the bursting rhythm. The characteristic bursting pattern of these neurons occurs within a range of membrane potentials ($-35$ to $-50$ mV) called the pacemaker range. Intracellular pressure injection of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP$\sb3$) altered the bursting rhythm of the bursting cells. Injection of IP$\sb3$ induced a brief depolarization that was followed by a long-lasting (2-15 min) hyperpolarization. When cells were voltage-clamped at potentials within the pacemaker range, injection of IP$\sb3$ generally induced a biphasic response that had a total duration of 2-15 min. An initial inward shift in holding current (I$\sb{\rm in}$), which lasted 5-120 sec, was followed by a slow outward shift in holding current (I$\sb{\rm out}$). At membrane potentials more negative than $-40$ mV, I$\sb{\rm in}$ was associated with a small and relatively voltage-independent increase in membrane conductance. I$\sb{\rm in}$ was not blocked by bath application of TTX or Co$\sp{2+}$. Although I$\sb{\rm in}$ was activated by injection of IP$\sb3$, it was not blocked by iontophoretic injection of ethyleneglycol-bis-(beta-aminoethyl ether), N, N$\sp\prime$-tetraacetic acid (EGTA) sufficient to block the Ca$\sp{2+}$-activated inward tail current (I$\sb{\rm B}$).^ Long-term (lasting at least 24 hours) effects of adenylate cyclase activation were examined in a well characterized class of mechanosensory neurons in Aplysia. The injected cells were analyzed 24 hours later by two-electrode voltage-clamp techniques. We found that K$\sp+$ currents of these cells were reduced 24 hours after injection of cAMP. The currents that were reduced by cAMP were very similar to those found to be reduced 24 hours after behavioral sensitization. These results suggest that cAMP is part of the intracellular signal that induces long-term sensitization in Aplysia. (Abstract shortened with permission of author.) ^

The mitochondrial carnitine palmitoyltransferase (CPT) system is composed of two proteins, CPT-I and CPT-II, involved in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondrial matrix to undergo $\beta$-oxidation. CPT-I is located outside the inner membrane and CPT-II is located on the inner aspect of the inner membrane. The CPT proteins are distinct with different molecular weights and activities. The malonyl-CoA sensitivity of CPT-I has been proposed as a regulatory step in $\beta$-oxidation. Using the neonatal rat cardiac myocyte, assays were designed to discriminate between these activities in situ using digitonin and Triton X-100. With this methodology, we are able to determine the involvement of the IGF-I pathway in the insulin-mediated increase in CPT activities. Concentrations of digitonin up to 25 $\mu$M fail to release citrate synthase from the mitochondrial matrix or alter the malonyl-CoA sensitivity of CPT-I. If the mitochondrial matrix was exposed, malonyl-CoA insensitive CPT-II would reduce malonyl-CoA sensitivity. In contrast to digitonin, Triton X-100 (0.15%) releases citrate synthase from the matrix and exposes CPT-II. CPT-II activity is confirmed by the absence of malonyl-CoA sensitivity. To examine the effects of various agents on the expression and/or activity of CPT, it is necessary to use serum-free medium to eliminate mitogenic effects of serum proteins. Comparison of different media to optimize CPT activity and cell viability resulted in the decision to use Dulbecco's Modified Eagle medium supplemented with transferrin. In three established models of cardiac hypertrophy using the neonatal rat cardiac myocyte there is a significant increase in CPT-I and CPT-II activity in the treated cells. Analogous to the situation seen in the hypertrophy model, insulin also significantly increases the activity of the mitochondrial proteins CPT-I, CPT-II and cytochrome oxidase with a coinciding increase the expression of CPT-II and cytochrome oxidase mRNA. The removal of serum increases the I$\sb{50}$ (concentration of inhibitor that halves enzyme activity) of CPT-I for malonyl-CoA by four-fold. Incubation with insulin returns I$\sb{50}$ values to serum levels. Incubation with insulin significantly increases malonyl-CoA and ATP levels in the cells with a resulting reduction in palmitate oxidation. Once malonyl-CoA inhibition of CPT-I is removed by permeabilizing the cells, insulin significantly increases the oxidation of palmitoyl-CoA in a manner which parallels the increase in CPT-I activity. Interestingly, CPT-II activity increases significantly only at the tissue culture concentration (1.7 $\mu$M) of insulin suggesting that the IGF-I pathway may be involved. Supporting a role for the IGF-I pathway in the insulin-induced increase in CPT activity is the significant increase in the synthesis of both cellular and mitochondrial proteins as well as increased synthesis of CPT-II. Consistent with an IGF-mediated pathway for the effect of insulin, IGF-I (10 ng/ml) significantly increases the activities of both CPT-I and -II. An IGF-I analogue which inhibits the autophosphorylation of the IGF-I receptor blunts the insulin-mediated increase in CPT-I and -II activity by greater than 70% and virtually eliminates the IGF-I response by greater than 90%. This is the first study to demonstrate the involvement of the IGF-I pathway in the regulation of mitochondrial protein expression, e.g. CPT. ^

This chapter explores cultural protectionism 2.0, i.e. the normative dimensions of cultural diversity policies in the global digital space, asking what adjustments are needed and in fact, how feasible the entire project of diversity regulation in this environment may be. The complexities of the shift from offline to online and from analogue to digital, and the inherent policy challenges are illustrated with some (positive and negative) instances of existing media initiatives. Taking into account the specificities of cyberspace and in a forward-looking manner, the chapter suggests some adjustments to current media policy practices in order to better serve the goal of sustainably diverse cultural environment.

Meditation is a self-induced and willfully initiated practice that alters the state of consciousness. The meditation practice of Zazen, like many other meditation practices, aims at disregarding intrusive thoughts while controlling body posture. It is an open monitoring meditation characterized by detached moment-to-moment awareness and reduced conceptual thinking and self-reference. Which brain areas differ in electric activity during Zazen compared to task-free resting? Since scalp electroencephalography (EEG) waveforms are reference-dependent, conclusions about the localization of active brain areas are ambiguous. Computing intracerebral source models from the scalp EEG data solves this problem. In the present study, we applied source modeling using low resolution brain electromagnetic tomography (LORETA) to 58-channel scalp EEG data recorded from 15 experienced Zen meditators during Zazen and no-task resting. Zazen compared to no-task resting showed increased alpha-1 and alpha-2 frequency activity in an exclusively right-lateralized cluster extending from prefrontal areas including the insula to parts of the somatosensory and motor cortices and temporal areas. Zazen also showed decreased alpha and beta-2 activity in the left angular gyrus and decreased beta-1 and beta-2 activity in a large bilateral posterior cluster comprising the visual cortex, the posterior cingulate cortex and the parietal cortex. The results include parts of the default mode network and suggest enhanced automatic memory and emotion processing, reduced conceptual thinking and self-reference on a less judgmental, i.e., more detached moment-to-moment basis during Zazen compared to no-task resting.

Overexpression and/or amplification of HER2/neu is frequently detected in many human cancers. Activation of p185 tyrosine kinase can be achieved by point mutation, overexpression, deletion, and heterodimerization with other class I receptors. In this study I investigated the signal transduction pathways mediating the oncogenic signal of the point mutation-activated rat p185. I demonstrated that tyrosine phosphorylation of Shc and formation of Shc/Grb2 complex correlated to the transformation of NIH3T3 cells caused by the point mutation-activated rat HER2/neu. Furthermore, I observed that association with Shc was severely impaired by deletion of most of the major autophosphorylation sites of the point-mutated p185. The truncated p185 product, however, fully retained its ability to transform NIH3T3 cells, induce Shc tyrosine phosphorylation and Shc/Grb2 complex formation. These results suggest that tyrosine phosphorylation of Shc which allows formation of Shc/Grb2 complex may play an important role in cell transformation induced by the point mutation-activated p185, and that stable binding to mutant p185 may not be necessary for Shc to mediate this signaling pathway.^ Recent studies have suggested that formation of the complex containing Sos, Grb2 and Shc is important in coupling receptor tyrosine kinases to the Ras signaling pathway. To clarify the role of this trimer in the oncogenic signaling of the activated p185, I set out to interfere with the protein-protein interactions in Shc/Grb2/Sos complex by introducing Grb2 mutants with deletions in either amino- ($\Delta$N-Grb2) or carboxyl- ($\Delta$C-Grb2) terminal SH3 domains into B104-1-1 cells derived from NIH3T3 cells that express the point mutation-activated HER-2/neu. I found that the transformed phenotypes of the B104-1-1 cells were largely reversed by expression of the $\Delta$N-Grb2. The effect of the $\Delta$C-Grb2 on phenotypic reversion was much weaker. Biochemical analysis showed that the $\Delta$N-Grb2 was able to associate Shc but not the activated p185 nor Sos, while the $\Delta$C-Grb2 bound to Shc, the activated p185, and Sos. The p185-mediated Ras activation was severely inhibited by the $\Delta$N-Grb2 but not the $\Delta$C-Grb2. Taken together, these data demonstrate that interruption of the interaction between Shc and the endogenous Grb2 by the $\Delta$N-Grb2 is able to impair the oncogenic signaling of the mutation-activated p185, indicating that (i) the $\Delta$N-Grb2 functions as a strong dominant-negative mutant, (ii) Shc/Grb2/Sos pathway plays a major role in mediating the oncogenic signal of the mutation-activated p185. Unlike the $\Delta$N-Grb2, the $\Delta$C-Grb2 appears to be a relatively weak dominant-negative mutant, probably due to its ability to largely fulfill the biological functions of the wild-type Grb2. ^

The sampling area was extended to the Western-South area off the Black Sea coast from Kaliakra cape toward the Bosforous. Samples were collected along four transects. The whole dataset is composed of 17 samples (from 10 stations) with data of mesozooplankton species composition abundance and biomass. Sampling for zooplankton was performed from bottom up to the surface at depths depending on water column stratification and the thermocline depth. These data are organized in the "Control of eutrophication, hazardous substances and related measures for rehabilitating the Black Sea ecosystem: Phase 2: Leg I: PIMS 3065". Data Report is not published. Zooplankton samples were collected with vertical closing Juday net,diameter - 36cm, mesh size 150 µm. Tows were performed from surface down to bottom meters depths in discrete layers. Samples were preserved by a 4% formaldehyde sea water buffered solution. Sampling volume was estimated by multiplying the mouth area with the wire length. Mesozooplankton abundance: The collected material was analysed using the method of Domov (1959). Samples were brought to volume of 25-30 ml depending upon zooplankton density and mixed intensively until all organisms were distributed randomly in the sample volume. After that 5 ml of sample was taken and poured in the counting chamber which is a rectangle form for taxomomic identification and count. Large (> 1 mm body length) and not abundant species were calculated in whole sample. Counting and measuring of organisms were made in the Dimov chamber under the stereomicroscope to the lowest taxon possible. Taxonomic identification was done at the Institute of Oceanology by Kremena Stefanova using the relevant taxonomic literature (Mordukhay-Boltovskoy, F.D. (Ed.). 1968, 1969,1972).
