La pintura de paisaje surge como corriente pictórica a finales del siglo XIX como un producto de una suma de intereses tanto académicos como científicos que desembocan en el interés por la naturaleza. Se enmarca dentro de un pensamiento político que sitúa a nuestro país en las expectativas de una nueva estructura socio cultural que pone énfasis en la libertad y en los derechos humanos, el derecho a la propiedad privada y sobre todo abre sus horizontes a la integración social y cultural, se ve la necesidad de comunicar e inspirarse en la propia tierra. En ésta investigación se pretende inquirir en los diferentes procesos que experimentan los artistas al contacto con la naturaleza; que se interiorizan a través de las distintas experiencias que tienen con las técnicas de proceso artístico, dentro de las cuales se capturan la luz, el espacio, la cromática, la vivencia que capta el espectador de las obras y las expectativas que tiene del artista. Este proceso puede o no ser artístico: algunas veces guiado por el academicismo, otras veces por encargo, con expectativas que muchas veces tienen fines políticos (poniendo en desmedro del valor académico, el tema). Obras que se traducen en una exigencia de la técnica, ya que se trata de captar la naturaleza, que de por sí es perfecta, en un prolijo uso casi perfeccionista de la misma, sin llegar a comprender que los individuos como las huellas dactilares, son diferentes en su interior; por lo que captarán la esencia de la naturaleza de acuerdo a las numerosas experiencias que hayan tenido con ella. La idea de pintar paisaje ya no está relacionada solamente con la observación sino con la perspectiva de representar el entorno de acuerdo a la manera muy particular y especial de cada artista.

Researchers have suggested that brand equity is vital for professional sport teams by focusing on the examination of sport fans in general. The current study aims to examine the differences in team brand equity perceptions between fan club members and nonmembers, and the predictive role of brand equity dimensions on behavioral intentions. Data were collected from fans of a professional football league (n = 2287) with an adapted version of the spectator-based brand equity scale. The results gathered through a confirmatory factor analysis provide evidence of fair psychometric properties of the measurement scale. A multi-group CFA analysis showed factorial stability of the model in both groups, while the latent mean comparisons revealed significant differences in the dimensions of brand mark, social interaction, commitment, team history, organizational attributes, team success, head coach, management, stadium, and internalization. In addition, a multi-group SEM analysis revealed that the relationships between brand equity dimensions and behavioral intentions are not significantly different among the groups. Social interaction, team success and internalization were the significant positive predictors of behavioral intentions among the overall sample. These findings highlight the importance of studying different types of consumers and suggest managerial implications, such as the need for clubs to establish reciprocal relationships with fans in order to increase their levels of internalization and contribute to increased behavioral intentions.

Com o presente artigo pretende-se mostrar a expressão da linha como elemento da linguagem do desenho e, simultaneamente, perceber a relação que a linha estabelece com o espaço. Toma-se como referência a obra do artista Lewitt enquanto marco de origem concetual do desenho na relação que ele estabelece com o espaço. Consideraremos as obras dos artistas Sandback, Gego, Derdyk e Grzymala, cujo trabalho usa o espaço como suporte do desenho e, a partir daí, procuraremos perceber que relações se estabelecem entre o espaço – que corporiza a obra - e o espectador. Com base neste pressuposto procuramos interpretar a obra como instalação ou site-specific, resultado da integração do desenho num determinado espaço. Para tal, abordaremos metodologicamente três momentos: 1. a contextualização, 2. a clarificação do conceito, 3. a experiência do artista e 4. o envolvimento e participação do espectador na obra. Procuraremos concluir acerca da presença instigadora do desenho quanto à participação do espectador na obra.

Com a realização deste estudo pretendeu-se cumprir dois objetivos: i) aferir a eficácia do patrocínio desportivo através da utilização de medidas como a notoriedade da marca, a atitude face ao patrocinador e a intenção de compra dos espectadores presentes no circuito nacional de surf (Liga Moche); ii) analisar a forma como o envolvimento das pessoas com o surf pode ter influência na eficácia do patrocínio. Para cumprir estes objetivos foram aplicados 250 questionários a espectadores presentes nas provas do circuito nacional de surf. Os dados foram analisados através de estatística descritiva, testes de correlação de Pearson e de tstudent. Os resultados indicam que a marca patrocinadora do evento de surf, a Moche, apresenta elevados níveis de notoriedade espontânea (83,2%) e assistida (91,2%) entre os espectadores do circuito nacional e que os espectadores apresentam também atitudes favoráveis assim como intenções de compra favoráveis. Verificou-se também uma correlação significativamente positiva entre a atitude face ao patrocinador e as intenções de compra. Por último, os praticantes de surf e os espectadores dos eventos apresentam uma atitude mais favorável e maiores intenções de compra dos produtos patrocinadores do que os que não praticam surf nem costumam assistir a eventos de surf. Estes resultados devem ser levados em consideração pelos responsáveis de futuros eventos de surf.

La comedia nació como forma de expresión dramática donde lo innombrable o prohibido, podía ser expuesto de manera más agradable para el público. Moliere, uno de los grandes comediantes de la historia, criticaba a las monarquías del pueblo francés de manera directa y controversial. Su obra, patrimonio histórico de Francia, fue apreciada entre los altos estratos sociales. En la actualidad, la comedia en el cine trabaja mayormente con mofas y usa temáticas estereotípicas para facilitar la identificación del público con los personajes, sin ser necesariamente adecuado. La comedia es utilizada como principal género cinematográfico comercial, siguiendo la fórmula de Hollywood para el entretenimiento masivo. También existen comediantes, como Woody Allen, que hacen uso del género a manera de terapia para el autodescubrimiento y catarsis de conflictos que los agobian como personas y artistas. El interés por desarrollar esta tesis nace cuando su autor termina la filmación del cortometraje promocional para su proyecto de serie de televisión: Medicina. En tono de comedia. En este proyecto, los personajes protagonista y coprotagonista funcionan como una misma fuerza en función de alcanzar un objetivo; sin embargo, sucede que el segundo existe en función del conflicto del primero, lo que abre las puertas para desarrollar un trabajo dramatúrgico complejo que exige un análisis teórico amplio. Esta tesis tiene como fin aportar al entendimiento de los códigos que hacen de la comedia un género complejo y expresivo. Estos conocimientos serán aplicados en el guión del episodio piloto de Medicina.

This paper proposes a reflection on the body between/bodies, especially in contemporary dance, in their path that starts from the choreographic construction, permeating the body of the choreographer, the dancer s body and when fulfills themselves as artistic expression, the body of the spectator. Initially discusses the body in dance as a body/space for convergence, connectedness and continuity, from the thought of the Greek philosopher Epicurus of Samos, in dialogue with the thought of Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Gilles Deleuze and José Gil. Reflect about the creation of this body/space in the relationship choreographer/dancer using as connecting thread the experiences of the author in his artistic path. Finally describes the process of creating the scenic experiment (h)áporos, which constitutes the practice scene of this dissertation, having as main objective the creation of spaces of convergence and interaction between a proponent and an affluent body that, in this move, transforms itself and the space that now cohabits / is

The objective of this article is to reflect on the video art work in its loop production to perceive the possibility of it being received as an open work. In order to contextualize this reflection the text is anchored in the concept of image-crystal from Gilles Deleuze. For the purpose of empirically explore theoretical concepts such as video art, open work and image-crystal it was produced a practical project of video art that intends to reflect on the notion of time in a context of a loop exhibition. Therefore this project aims to motivate the reflection on the loop as a mechanism to contour the ephemeral character of video art and, at the same time, it seeks to emphasize questions about the element of multiplicity and plurality in art. It is a scientific and artistic project in which the practical component supports the dialectic between theory and practice, action and reflection. In this sense, based on the video entitled "The Walk" this article demonstrates how the theoretical concepts were used to support the artistic creation. Finally the conclusions sustain that the work of video art, when presented in loop, is a creative and expository strategy which encourages multiple interpretations that vary according to the narrative, the context in which it takes place and the attitude and the background of the spectator.

Either with words or images, the expression of feelings results, in a work of art, in communication. If this was not the case, the work would not require a spectator or a reader. And if words suggest images from what its author refers to and a countless number of figurations may happen, the images from a film reveal what you can see. We are often left with "just" the space for those facts to shape up as possible meanings to which we react with emotion or with a particular intellectualization, finding exactly what we call readings or interpretations. Starting from a definition of literature that we see spilled in the work prospected from the polysystem theory by Itamar Even-Zohar from the Porter Institute for Poetics and Semiotics (University of Tel-Aviv), we consider the dynamic character of every cultural moment/object. This is how a literary reading, that is to apply some of the methodologies in the interpretation of a literary work, is allowed to extend to other cultural objects. This is what we are going to do with Lars von Trier's Breaking the Waves, a landmark in cinema for what the movement and manifest Dogma 95 represents, but that for a literature reader particularly focused on the narration of love in its different manifestations - in which sex and faith are included - a corpus is revealed, filled with interpretative possibilities and emotional reactions, important condiments particularly to the spectator and/or interested reader.

Preliminary calculations using the Covariant Spectator Theory (CST) employed a scalar linear confining interaction and an additional constant vector potential to compute the mesonic mass spectra. In this work we generalize the confining interaction to include more general structures, in particular a vector and also a pseudoscalar part, as suggested by a recent study. A one-gluon-exchange kernel is also implemented to describe the short-range part of the interaction. We solve the simplest CST approxima- tion to the complete Bethe-Salpeter equation, the one-channel spectator equation, using a numerical technique that eliminates all singularities from the kernel. The parameters of the model are determined through a fit to the experimental pseudoscalar meson spectra, with a good agreement for both quarkonia and heavy-light states.

Following up on earlier work on the $q\bar{q}$-bound-state problem using a covariant, chiral-symmetric formalism based upon the Covariant Spectator Theory, we study the heavy–light case for both pseudoscalar and vector mesons. Derived directly in Minkowski space, our approach approximates the full Bethe–Salpeter-equation, taking into account, effectively, the contributions of both ladder and crossed ladder diagrams in the kernel. Results for several mass spectra using a relativistic covariant generalization of a Cornell plus a constant potential to model the interquark interaction are given and discussed.

3D film’s explicit new space depth arguably provides both an enhanced realistic quality to the image and a wealth of more acute visual and haptic sensations (a ‘montage of attractions’) to the increasingly involved spectator. But David Cronenberg’s related ironic remark that ‘cinema as such is from the outset a «special effect»’ should warn us against the geometrical naiveté of such assumptions, within a Cartesian ocularcentric tradition for long overcome by Merleau-Ponty’s embodiment of perception and Deleuze’s notion of the self-consistency of the artistic sensation and space. Indeed, ‘2D’ traditional cinema already provides the accomplished «fourth wall effect», enclosing the beholder behind his back within a space that no longer belongs to the screen (nor to ‘reality’) as such, and therefore is no longer ‘illusorily’ two-dimensional. This kind of totally absorbing, ‘dream-like’ space, metaphorical for both painting and cinema, is illustrated by the episode ‘Crows’ in Kurosawa’s Dreams. Such a space requires the actual effacement of the empirical status of spectator, screen and film as separate dimensions, and it is precisely the 3D caracteristic unfolding of merely frontal space layers (and film events) out of the screen towards us (and sometimes above the heads of the spectators before us) that reinstalls at the core of the film-viewing phenomenon a regressive struggle with reality and with different degrees of realism, originally overcome by film since the Lumière’s Arrival of a Train at Ciotat seminal demonstration. Through an analysis of crucial aspects in Avatar and the recent Cave of Forgotten Dreams, both dealing with historical and ontological deepening processes of ‘going inside’, we shall try to show how the formal and technically advanced component of those 3D-depth films impairs, on the contrary, their apparent conceptual purpose on the level of contents, and we will assume, drawing on Merleau-Ponty and Deleuze, that this technological mistake is due to a lack of recognition of the nature of perception and sensation in relation to space and human experience.

A close analysis of the specifically cinematographic procedure in Akira Kurosawa’s ‘Dream’ Crows reveals it as an articulated and insightful philosophical statement, endowed with general relevance concerning ‘natural’ perception, phenomenological Erlebnis, mechanical image and aesthetic rapture. The antagonism between the Benjaminian lineage of a mechanical irreducibility of the cinematic image to anthropocentric categories, and the Cartesian tradition of a film-philosophy still relying on the equally irreducible structure of the intentional act, be it the one of a deeply embodied and enworlded counsciousness, in accounting for the essential structure of film and spectator (and their relation), i.e., the antagonism between the decentering primacy of the image and the self-centered primacy of perception, cannot be settled through a simple Phenomenological shift from occularcentric, intentional counsciousness to its embodyment ‘in-the-world’ as yet another carrier of intentionality. Still it remains to be explained what is it in the mechanical image that is able to so deeply affect the human flesh, and conversely, to what features in the human bodily experience is its mechanical other, the fascinating image, so successfuly adressing? It should be expected from the anti-Cartesianism of both the early and the late Merleau-Ponty the textual support for an approach to the essential condition of passivity in movie watching, that would be convergent with Benjamin. The Chapter ‘Le sentir’, in Phénoménologie de la perception, will offer us the proper guide to elucidate what we are already perceiving and conceiving in Kurosawa’s film, where the ex-static phenomenological body of the aesthetical contemplator ‘enters the frame’ like the Benjaminian surgeon enters the body and like the painter - and always already like our deepest level of ‘sensing’, previously to any act of cousciousness - ‘just looses himself in the scene before him’. The Polichinello secret of cinema watching is nonetheless too evident to be seen, and that is where Phenomenological description and reduction are still required.

This paper aims to present the results of a study on the translation of the narrative structure of the play Auto da Compadecida, by Ariano Suassuna, into the homonymous TV mini-series, directed by Guel Arraes (Globo,1999). The play has in its structure a representation within another - the auto (designation of the medieval miracle plays in the Latin Culture) is represented as part of a circus presentation, having as its narrator a clown that, in the role of the author, presents the story, its characters and, throughout the play, interferes and interacts with the spectator (reader). Arraes, in turn, establishes a different configuration to the narrative structure of his text, once he changes the circus representation for an audiovisual one. In this perspective, the auto by Arraes presents the film The Passion of Christ within the TV mini-series O Auto da Compadecida. In general, we observe that Arraes brings to his translation the audiovisual language technology of his time, rewriting the sertanejo’s beliefs from the mass media point of view. Within this study, we propose reflections on the adaptation process as a translation act and also on the intertextuality between genres deriving from this intersemiotic process.
