\"Flórula da Formação Pirabas, Estado do Pará, Brasil\" compreende o estudo dos primeiros vegetais coletados nos sedimentos miocêntricos da Formação Pirabas. A coleção inclui restos foliares, bem preservados, em calcáreo, procedentes de uma escavação na localidade de Caieira (Olaria), Capanema. Na metodologia paleobotânica, considerando as afinidades da Flora cenozóica com a atual, as pesquisas foram baseadas no estudo comparativo, visto ter sido eliminada a possibilidade do estudo pelo processo de maceração epidérmica, dado o caráter da fossilização. A Flórula é composta exclusivamente de Angiospermae, compreendendo 20 espécies incluídas em 19 gêneros e 18 famílias, das quais apenas uma, com um gênero e uma espécie, pertence a Monocotyledoneae. As Dicotyledoneae distribuem-se entre as Archychlamtdeae, com 15 famílias e 16 gêneros, e as Sympetalae, com 2 famílias, 2 gêneros e 2 espécies. Os \"taxa\" com categorias de espécies constituem em sua generalidade entidades novas, descritas com observância das regras e procedimentos nomenclaturais. Duas famílias ocorrem pela primeira vez em estado fóssil, das quais uma endêmica do complexo hileiano - Rapateaceae, e outra neotropical - Caryocaraceae, cada qual representada por um gênero. Oito gêneros são descritos pela primeira vez na condição fóssil (Endlicheria Nees, Bonnetia Mart. e Zucc., Caryocar L., Hortia Vand., Apeiba Aubl., Meriania Sw., Cassipourea Aubl., Rapatea Aubl.,). A Flórula de Pirabas é até o presente a única conhecida no Brasil de idade Miocênica. A análise dos elementos morfológicos e das correlações entre áreas e clima indicam pertencer ao tipo mesófilo o conjunto de folhas de Pirabas e que a Flórula em questão estaria correlacionada à existência de um ambiente úmido revestido de floresta tropical de planície. Determinadas informações, quanto ao paleoclima, resultaram da comparação da área dos gêneros constantes na Flórula de Pirabas com a distribuição dos climas da classificação de KOEPPEN. A ausência de espécies megáfilas na Flórula de Pirabas é interpretada como uma deficiência do processo de fossilização.

The theme of corporate social responsibility (CSR) provides discussion and analysis and relatively recent, particularly in the last twenty years, has grown into the world as well as in Brazil, the interest on the involvement of the business sector in social activities or projects facing combating poverty. However, a lack of socialization of successful experiences in the practice of CSR and clarity and consensus concepts generate deviations of understanding on the subject and the structuring of interventions. This research aimed to reveal how corporate social responsibility of the IMA Food was developed from Project Nursery Saci. The research took place under a qualitative approach of descriptive-explanatory, conducted through semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observation and interviewed 35 people in total. The interpretation and analysis of data occurred through a categorical content analysis, having as theoretical approach to socioeconomic CSR. The results showed that the major form of social responsibility of the Food IMA is based on a classical approach of CSR, focusing on philanthropy. The absence of a more systematic management of the project and reflect the fragility, instability and lack of commitment towards the community. The contributions generated by the project are substantial and important, but do not reach the development occasioned by the company. However, none of this invalidates the initiative of the organization's commitment to the community, however, requires a reassessment and restructuring of the proposal in a way that leverages the performance of the project and the company itself and it can more effectively contribute to society

The subject Responsibility Enterprise Social (RSE) is relatively recent in the half national academic and the world of the management businesses as practical. For the lack of socialization of experiences and clarity of concepts, shunting lines in the agreement of the subject and the conduction of the interventions occur. It was looked to inquire, in this research, the development of the project of Social Responsibility Enterprise ―School of Computer science and Citizenship‖ of a situated company in the State of Pará, objectifying to evaluate it and later to understand it. For this, one searched to describe the characteristics and structure of the School, to identify to the lines and lines of direction adopted for this Project and to identify to the influence and results of the same in the life of pupils, professors and egresses of the School. It is characterized for a study of case with qualitative boarding of descriptive character, carried through interviews structuralized in a sample of 21 divided members of the School between professors, pupils and egresses. It was used of the analysis of categorical content, having as axle for the interpretation of the data the Social Responsibility, the Digital Inclusion and the Education. The gotten results inform that the infrastructure has challenges to face, point disparities between the conception and practical of the categories characterized in the Politician-Pedagogical Project of the EIC and the influence that, exactly under limits, the life of the professors, pupils reaches and egress. One evidenced that Social action for damages of this company when come back toward this project, they had not been evidenced. For this prism, these actions had only remained in the assistencialist speech and not structural, being thus, the company is not fulfilling its paper of transforming element of the reality of its clientele and the population that lives in it s around

The current study presents the characteristics of self-efficacy of students of Administration course, who work and do not work. The study was conducted through a field research, descriptive, addressed quantitatively using statistical procedures. Was studied a population composed of 394 students distributed in three Higher Education Institutions, in the metropolitan region of Belém, in the State of Pará. The sampling was not probabilistic by accessibility, with a sample of 254 subjects. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire composed of a set of questions divided into three sections: the first related to sociodemographic data, the second section was built to identify the work situation of the respondent and the third section was built with issues related to General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale proposed by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (1999). Sociodemographic data were processed using methods of descriptive statistics. This procedure allowed characterizing the subjects of the sample. To identify the work situation, the analysis of frequency and percentage was used, which allowed to classify in percentage, the respondents who worked and those that did not work, and the data related to the scale of self-efficacy were processed quantitatively by the method of multivariate statistics using the software of program Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows - SPSS, version 17 from the process of Exploratory Factor Analysis. This procedure allowed characterizing the students who worked and the students who did not worked. The results were discussed based on Social Cognitive Theory from the construct of self-efficacy of Albert Bandura (1977). The study results showed a young sample, composed the majority of single women with work experience, and indicated that the characteristics of self-efficacy of students who work and students who do not work are different. The self-efficacy beliefs of students who do not work are based on psychological expectations, whereas the students who work demonstrated that their efficacy beliefs are sustained by previous experiences. A student who does not work proved to be reliant in their abilities to achieve a successful performance in their activities, believing it to be easy to achieve your goals and to face difficult situations at work, simply by invest a necessary effort and trust in their abilities. One who has experience working proved to be reliant in their abilities to conduct courses of action, although know that it is not easy to achieve your goals, and in unexpected situations showed its ability to solve difficult problems

Estudos demonstram que na agricultura familiar geralmente são determinados um conjunto de fatores específicos decorrentes das políticas públicas e desta prática, como preços agrícolas e o crédito rural, que refletem nas formas de uso da terra adotadas por estes agricultores. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os fatores de uso da terra como ferramentas para subsidiar análises sobre crédito e renda para a agricultura familiar. A pesquisa foi realizada na mesorregião do nordeste paraense. As variáveis consideradas foram X13 ? ?credito e SAFs? (C_SAFs), X7 ? ?renda? (R_ENDA), X14- ?roça SAFs? (R_SAFs). Conclui-se que o fator renda/crédito condiciona a mudança no uso da terra em propriedades em estádio inicial de transição agroecológica.

No Pólo Rio Capim do programa PROAMBIENTE foram desencadeadas várias etapas metodológicas junto aos agricultores familiares como a elaboração do Plano de Desenvolvimento do Pólo (PD), Padrões de Certificação Socioambiental (PCSA), Diagnóstico Individual (DI), Plano de Utilização da unidade familiar (PU) e a construção de Acordos Comunitários (AC). Os resultados apontaram que as ferramentas metodológicas contribuem de forma significativa para produção e conservação ambiental do Pólo. Contudo, não se deve pressupor que essa metodologia seja uma solução simples para transição agroecológica. Neste sentido, é importante considerar os fatores de decisão (de caráter interno e externo) com os quais os agricultores deparam-se ao introduzir mudanças no uso da terra que serão capazes de fornecer maiores níveis produtivos e prestação de serviços ambientais o que denota a necessidade urgente de articulação entre políticas públicas agrícolas e ambientais.
