Dossiê campo de públicas no Brasil: definição, movimento constitutivo e desafios atuais

This article introduces the Public’s Field, which brings together teachers and students of undergraduate courses in Public Administration, Public Management, Public Policy, Public Management and Social Policy in Brazil, around the republican and democratic ethos as values, and multidisciplinary approach as proposed construction of knowledge. Based on a literature review, documental analysis, and especially in participant observation of the authors as actors in the construction Field, the article is per se a dossier. It starts with the definition of the Field and describes - in detail - their constituent movement in the last 12 years, culminating in the approval of the National Curriculum Guidelines of Public Administration in 2013. The text shows the achievement and growth of Field in the country before the growing supply of undergraduate courses, stimulated by upgrading and expansion of the public sector. Finally, we list some challenges, concerning the process of institutionalization and identity.

Análise e reflexão sobre a educação especial inclusiva em Maringá/BR e em Guadalajara /ES

The purpose of this study is to know the route of Special Education in different contexts, the city of Maringa/Brazil and Guadalajara/Spain and analyze the bases underlying the organization, structure and operation of this mode of education having as starting point the process inclusive school. This investigation is based on the theoretical and methodological principles of the historical-cultural notion by Vygotsky. He argues that the existence of fundamental principles underlying the development of children with disabilities. If, on the one hand, the disability imposes limitations on the individual, hindering its development, on the other, just by causing difficulties, enables the movement to compensate, increasing the development of other capabilities. The deficit itself is less. Therefore, it is a field research carried out by means of observations, literature search and document analysis in early childhood education institutions visited in the cities mentioned above. The results showed that there are peculiarities of its path, organization and functioning of Special Education in each of the contexts analyzed. Referentemente the inclusive education movement, it is clear that Spain is a precursor of this process therefore has the right conditions in different ways to conduct the service children with special needs, and on the other hand, schools have the resources and specialized materials they need. While in Brazil the operationalization of these measures occurs more slowly. Thus, we can say that this process of inclusive education does not happen in a linear fashion within mainstream schools and so little action in the different forms of special education in two contexts analyzed.

To this end, we researched and analyzed documents in official files of public policies and of the social movement of this field.

Movimento jogo e brincadeira na educação infantil: as expectativas das famílias

Childhood is a theme that has attracted many controversies and discussions, and winning approaches to the increasingly large over time: biological, psychological, educational, welfare and, more recently, sociological. It is known that the movement, play and game activities are important recurrent and integral development of children, and should be present prominently in early childhood institutions. Based on these assumptions is that this study aimed to analyze the didactic-pedagogical principles postulated by the law, official guidelines didactic teaching and literature, with regard to meeting the needs of children in early childhood education. Unveiling the expectations of the families responsible for children in relation to early childhood education, especially with regard to movement, and play games and compare to what extent these expectations turn away or close to the guidelines on teaching and pedagogical movement, games and postulated in official documents, legislation and literature. To this end, we carried out literature search, selection and analysis of texts relevant to the understanding of the theme. Fieldwork was conducted in a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education Full-time (Emei) of Bauru/SP, and involved the analysis of the Political-Pedagogical Project of the institution, semi-structured interviews with five teachers and five children in the family responsible for Garden II (ages 5 to 6 years). Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis of Bardin and triangulated by the confrontation of literature/legislation, the Pedagogical Political Project of the institution and the expectations of families/guardians. Vivemos em uma época em que a Educação Inclusiva é amplamente enfatizada. No que concerne à legislação brasileira, ela possuí inúmeros artigos e leis que citam a educação inclusiva em esfera nacional, que se movimentaram ao longo do tempo. Essa pesquisa procura trabalhar com as leis que tratam da inclusão desde 1988 até hoje, seus aspectos sociais analisadas em seu movimento histórico. A educação física no ENEM: análise dos conteúdos das questões de educação física nas provas do ENEM de 2009-2012

A Educação Física sofreu tentativas de mudanças desde surgimento até os dias de hoje, sobretudo no espaço escolar. Podemos observar esse fenômeno desde o final da década de 1980 onde surgiram inúmeras publicações de livros e artigos abordando tal tema, que iam contra uma Educação Física voltada para o militarismo e o tecnicista. Essas ideias atingiram o auge na década de 1990 e ainda estão fortemente presentes e marcadas por debates e defesas de ideias. Essas tentavam explicar o ser humano como um todo em seus diferentes aspectos - cognitivos, sociais, afetivos, motores e culturais, por meio do movimento, pois se sabe que a Educação Física é a área do conhecimento que estuda o se movimentar do ser humano e o diálogo que ele exerce com o mundo. Dessa forma esse trabalho busca analisar os conteúdos das questões do ENEM de 2009, 2010, 2011 e 2012 e identificar quais são as concepções que aparecem nas questões, de modo a compreender o que o Exame acredita ser considerado importante para o aluno aprender na educação física escolar. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa usaremos como material as questões da prova do ENEM de 2009 a 2012 e realizaremos uma análise do conteúdo buscando assim descrever e interpretar o conteúdo das questões selecionadas. Entende - se que a análise do conteúdo baseia-se nas ações de comparação e de classificação textuais, ou seja, no entendimento de semelhanças e diferenças

Conhecimento em movimento nas práticas de extensão universitária da Cia. Éxciton

A Companhia Éxciton é um projeto de extensão universitária da Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, campus de Rio Claro. O projeto se ocupa com a criação de trabalhos com dança, arte e expressão, que são oferecidos para toda comunidade universitária e público em geral. Com essa abertura ao grande público, a intenção da Cia. é democratizar o contato da população com atividades artísticas, culturais e educativas, através de aulas abertas, intervenções, performances e apresentações de espetáculos, expandindo as atividades do projeto para além dos muros da universidade. Tendo em vista este quadro de ações de extensão universitária, essa pesquisa buscou compreender como esses trabalhos da Cia. se constituem como práticas de produção de conhecimento que refletem não só na formação universitária de seus integrantes, mas também na formação de todo aquele que se envolve com o projeto. Para tanto, foi feito uma análise dos documentos oficiais deste projeto e uma análise sobre a noção de projeto de extensão dentro do contexto da formação acadêmica. A partir destas compreensões, descrevemos o processo de criação dos espetáculos produzidos nos anos de 2012 e 2013 Desvenda-$e e Em Obras, respectivamente, desta forma, mapeamos os modos, através dos quais a Cia. Éxciton mobilizou suas ações de extensão neste período. Com essas medidas foi possível compreender a natureza do conhecimento gerado neste projeto e perceber seu alcance na formação integral daqueles que nele se envolvem
