消化道中的芳香族和脂环族异生物素通过被动扩散穿过细胞内通道胞膜而被上皮层吸收.吸收后一进入血液立即与血液成分如蛋白质(主要为自蛋白)和红细胞结合;其结合限制了异生物素在血液与细胞内环境之间的分布,有利于异生物素达到代谢场所(主要是肝脏),通过一个双阶段的反应过程,异生物素失活;芳香族和脂环族化合物在体组织中的氧化反应主要有α、β氧化反应和芳构化反应,通过共轭反应,异生物素降低了脂溶性而能够通过尿液排泄;异生物素的共轭反应主要有与葡萄糖苷酸共轭、与硫酸共轭、与氨基酸共轭3种途径.而这3种途径之间对底物存在竞争机制。

A simple and sensitive method for the determination of free fatty acids (FFAs) using acridone-9-ethyl-p-toluenesulfonate (AETS) as a fluorescence derivatization reagent by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. Free fatty acid derivatives were separated on an Eclipse XDB-C-8 column with a good baseline resolution and detected with the fluorescence of which excitation and emission wavelengths of derivatives were set at lambda(ex) 404 and lambda(em) 440 nm, respectively. Identification of 19 fatty acid derivatives was carried out by online post-column mass spectrometry with an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source under positive-ion detection mode. Nineteen FFAs from the extract of Lomatogonium rotatum are sensitively determined. The results indicate that the plant Lomatogonium rotatum is enriched with an abundance of FFAs and FFAs of higher contents, which mainly focus on even carbon atoms, C-14, C-16, and C-18. The validation of the method including linearity, repeatability, and detection limits was examined. Most linear correlation coefficients for fatty acid derivatives are > 0.9989, and detection limits (at signal-to-noise of 3: 1) are 12.3-43.7 fmol. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the peak areas and retention times for 19 FFAs standards are < 2.24% and 0.45%, respectively. The established method is rapid and reproducible for the separation determination of FFAs from the extract of Lomatogonium rotatum with satisfactory results.

Hersai porphyry copper deposit(PCD) of eastern junggar, newly discovered copper deposit, is located at the eastern segment of the Xiemisitai-Kulankazigan-Zhifang-Qiongheba Paleozoic island arc, Eastern Junggar. The Hersai PCD is developed in a intrusive complex, characterized by intensive and multiform hydrothermal alteration, including potassic alteration, silification, chloritization,sericitization,kaolinitization and carbonatization. Granodiorite, grandiorite porphyry, granite and concealed explosion breccia are hosts of the ore bodies containing veinlet and disseminated ore. Ore-bearing granite (ZK107-1-9), granodiorite (ZK107-1-9) and Ore-barren granodiorite (HES2-1) are selected to date zircon U-Pb age by SHRIMP method, and have an age of 429.4±6.4Ma ,413.0±3.4Ma and 411.1±4.8Ma, respectively, showing that they were emplaced from Late Silurian to Early Devonian. In addition, sample ZK107-1-9 has some hydrothermal zircons with a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 404.9±3.7Ma which is interpreted to be related to the granodiorite porphyry. Re-Os dating of five molybdenite samples yielded a weighted average model age of 408.0±2.9Ma, indicating the metallogenic epoch of the Hersai PCD. The ore-forming age is close to the petrogenic time of garnodiorite (411-413Ma), this suggests the ore-forming porphyry is most possiblely granodiorite porphyry. Systematic major - trace elements and Rb-Sr-Sm-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic characteristics were studied. Analysis results show that these intrusives have some interesting and special characteristics, as following:1) containing both calc-alkaline rocks and high potassium calc-alkaline rocks ; 2) have some characteristics of adakite, but not totally, such as much lower La/Yb ratios and no Eu anomaly or just faint Eu anomaly; 3) have an initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios(0.703852-0.704565) similar to that of BSE, positive εNd(t) values between 6.1 and 7.4, the initial 206Pb/204Pb values (17.576-17.912), 207Pb/204Pb values (15.400-15.453) , 208Pb/204Pb values (37.252-37.466) , and high εHf(t) values (10.2-15.4) close to the value of depleted mantle. These geochemical features suggest that these igneous rocks in the Hersai area not only have some characteristics of island arc, but also some characteristics that only appear in the continental margin arc. It is suggested that Hersai PCD is formed in the subduction setting by the partial melting of young crust. These works and advancements mentioned in the paper are helpful to understand the deposit geology, geochemistry and metallogenesis of Hersai PCD. It is also significant to understand mineralization and tectonic setting in the Qiongheba area.

目前,根据磷灰石溶解度模型、P在碱性长石与熔体相间的分配以及黑云母、锰铝榴石、透锂长石与对应的磷酸盐(包括斜磷锰铁矿、磷铝锂石-羟磷锂铝石)的平衡研究,已对过铝质岩浆中P的归宿进行了有效的平衡。但未见锰铝榴石-磷灰石的平衡研究。由于锰铝榴石-磷灰石矿物共生组合是花岗岩和LET型伟晶岩中最常见的矿物组合,直到岩浆演化晚期才出现锂辉石-磷铝锂石-羟磷锂铝石的组合。为此,本文实验研究锰铝榴石-磷灰石平衡反应,对过铝质岩浆体系中P溶解度起控制作用.

流域化学侵蚀及其速率与流域生态和环境之间的关系是当前地表地球化学研究的重要前沿领域,其中碳酸盐岩的硫酸风化机制及其与区域碳循环的关系则是科学家们最为关注的科学问题。因此,近年通过研究西南喀斯特流域地表水地球化学对这一科学问题进行了研究,发现西南喀斯特地区河水一般含有较多的SO42-,从化学计量学、SO42-和δ34S和溶解无机碳(DIC)的δ13C分析发现,硫循环中形成的硫酸广泛参与了流域碳酸盐矿物的溶解和流域侵蚀:西南喀斯特流域碳酸盐岩的侵蚀速率为97 t/(km2·a),消耗CO2量为25 t/(km ·a)。对乌江流域河水硫酸盐离子的硫同位素研究结果认为:参与流域侵蚀的硫酸主要来自煤系地层硫化物和矿床硫化物的氧化及大气酸沉降,分别对河水SO42-的贡献为50%、27%和20.5%(其余2.5%的SO42-为硫酸盐蒸发岩的溶解);硫酸风化碳酸盐岩向大气净释放CO2的总通量为8.2 t/(km ·a),依此计算西南喀斯特区域向大气释放CO2的通量为4.4×10 g/a,相当于每年西南碳酸盐岩风化消耗CO2总通量的33%。将乌江流域的研究结果对我国大陆碳酸盐岩分布区域进行相应计算发现,硫酸风化碳酸盐矿物向大气释放的CO2总通量为28×10 g/a,相当于全球硅酸盐风化消耗CO2量的26% 。硫酸参与流域侵蚀改变了区域碳循环,人为过程可以通过释放酸沉降、矿业活动和土地利用等形式加速流域侵蚀和影响流域元素的生物地球化学循环。

卡拉塔格斑岩型铜金矿为哈萨克斯坦Kounrad、Aktogai-中国土屋、卡拉塔格、包古头-蒙古Oyu Tolgoi亚洲大陆内部最重要的斑岩金铜矿成矿带的重要组成部分之一。该区位处幔隆与幔凹过渡带和重磁变异梯度带,主要铜金矿和异常区分布于两组深大断裂交汇处,具备形成大型-超大型斑岩铜金的大地构造环境。主要类型岩、矿石的化学成分特点、稀土元素组成特征及球粒陨石标准化分布模式、大离子半径元素特征等研究表明,火山、潜火山岩可能来源于上地幔,为岛弧环境下的产物。通过与土屋、Kounrad和Oyu Tolgoi典型矿床进行对比,它们的成矿地质环境、含矿岩体的主微量元素含量特征、矿床的主要特征等具有较多的相似性。结合区域化探异常和最新找矿成果,认为该区具备形成大型斑岩型铜金矿的条件,具有良好的找矿前景。

本文介绍了华南花岗岩型铀矿床地质特征,系统总结了前人对其成矿热液来源、物质来源,铀的迁移沉淀机制、碱交代及花岗岩与成矿的关系等方面的研究成果。指出铀源体中的晶质铀矿及富铀矿物在深部相对还原的环境中被氧化而进入成矿热液中起主要作用的可能是大量幔源F和放射性衰变诱发产生的氧及碱交代溶蚀作用,热液中的大部分U^6+主要被S^2-和Fe^2+等还原剂在浅部相对氧化的环境中还原成矿;给出了一种较简易的物质来源定量方法和铀成矿模式.

上芒岗卡林型金矿床的强烈红土化作用,形成了上部红色粘土型金矿体,产生了一定范围的次生地球化学异常。金矿区红色粘土剖面可分为表土带、坡积带、钙华-沼泽带、残积带、腐泥带和基岩带 。在原生卡林型金矿红土化作用过程中,黄铁矿、毒砂、辉锑矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿等硫化物矿物发生氧化作用,S、As、Sb、Pb等有有害元素将被有效释放进入地下水和红色粘土中,进而造成地下水和土壤的污染。

对黔西南老万场金矿牯土层的矿物成分分析表明,牯粒级部分主要为高岭石、针铁矿和绿泥石,欢为三 水铝石、伊利石、石英、蒙脱石和锐钛矿,另有少量钾长石和斜长石;砂砾级部分主要为石英和风化的玄武岩、 凝灰岩、粉砂质页岩和硅质岩岩屑.救为褐铁矿、铝土矿、锰质和钙泥质团块。矿物特征表明,粘土层是由峨 眉山玄武岩、大厂层硅质岩、茅口灰岩和原生低温热液蚀变(矿化)岩风化的产物。矿床是在岩溶坍塌使成矿 物质发生初步堆积,再经一定程度的红土化作用形成的红色牯土型金矿。

近年来在世界不同地区进行了风化过程中铂族元素的地球化学行为研究。作为中国西南部的第一个实例. 本文研究了云南西部菲红超基性岩体上发育的红土化风化剖面。矿物学和微量元素地球化学研究证明该风化壳 是超基性岩风化的结果。文中详细讨论了风化壳的地质、矿物学、红土化和铂族元素地球化学特征。结果表明, 风化壳的红土化程度不高,仍处于红色牯土阶段;风化壳上酃的表层土壤带和铁质牯土带中铂族元素总量至少富 集了3 57—7.盯倍,其中Ru和Pd的富集程度较大,Ix的富集程度中等,Pt和弛的富集程度较小,使得铂族元素 的配分模式由基岩的Pt富集型转变为风化壳的Ru-Pt富集型,证明红土化过程中铂族元素发生了分异。

1)依据镜质组反射率(或由沥青、无定形干酪根换算成的镜质组反射率)拟合计算沉积盆地及生油层古地温是一种比较实用而又简便可行的方法。2)从十二口井井温数据分析,除X6井(2.0℃/100M)和X1井(2.05℃/100M)外,其它十口井的现地温梯度均小于2℃/100M。塔里木盆地的现地温梯度是较低的。3)拟合计算古地温的结果表明,塔B和塔A地区古地温梯度偏低半呈下降的趋势:塔B地区古生代隆起区古地温梯度为3.5℃/100M,凹陷区为3.0℃/100M,中生代古地温梯度为2.5-2.7℃/100M,新生代古地温梯度为2.0-2.2℃/100M。塔A及塔C地区:古生代隆起区的古地温梯度为3.5℃/100M,凹陷区为3.0℃/100M;中生代古地温梯度为2.5℃/100M,新生代为2.0-2.2℃/100M,今地温梯度为2.0℃/100M。4)古地温拟合计算结果表明:塔B地区志留系至二叠系地层基本被剥蚀,有的部位下古地层也遭到部分剥蚀。寒武-奥陶系总厚度在3000-4000米以上,生油层的生油期持续时间很长。寒武系底的生油期从寒武纪末到石炭纪(522-342Ma),目前普遍处在干气阶段。奥陶系底的生油期从奥陶纪末期一直持续到第三纪,90%的地区生油高峰期在泥盆纪末(早海西运动以后)之后(见图3-12),目前普遍处于凝析油-湿气阶段。塔A地区志留、泥盆系基本被剥蚀殆尽,而寒武-奥陶系基本未被剥蚀,总厚度在2000-4000米之间。寒武系底的生油期从寒武纪末期到泥盆纪(511-362Ma),至今大部分处于生气阶段。奥陶系底的生油期从泥盆纪一直到第三纪(404-40Ma),约30%的地区生油高峰期在泥盆纪末(早海西运动)之后(见图3-?),至今部分生油岩处于生气阶段。由于受加里东和海西运动的影响,塔A和塔B地区古生界地层普遍存在“二次生油”的现象。两地区石炭-二叠系一般在第三纪开始生油,生油期普遍较短。相对塔B和塔A地工而言,塔C地区受构造运动而遭剥蚀的程度要小得多。寒武-奥陶系总厚度范围为2100-8200米,因此生油层的生油期持续时间很长。寒武系底的生油期从中寒武世到石炭纪(536.5-305Ma)。奥陶系底的生油期从晚奥陶世一直到第三纪晚期(439.5-16.5Ma),仅少数地区生油高峰期在泥盆纪末(早海西运动)之后,目前大部分处于凝析油-湿气到干气阶段。石炭、二叠、三叠及侏罗系生油层目前大都处于“生油窗”内。总之,本区是塔A和塔B地区的主要油源区。5)通过对有机包裹体类型和荧光性质的鉴定、数量的统计、以及盐水溶液包裹体均一温度的测定,可以初步了解有机质热演化程度及含油气情况。6)对中生代样品,Tmax反映的成熟度与其它参数基本一致,而对于古生代样品,由于样品成熟度增大,Tmax失去指示成熟度的作用。原油和生油岩生物标志化合物反映的成熟度基本上与其它指标一致,因此在缺乏反射率资料的地区,可用生物标志化合物近似反映成熟度的变化。

The low-temperature heat capacities of trifluoroacetamide were precisely determined with a small sample precision automated adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 78 to 404 K. A solid-to-solid phase transition, a fusion and a phase transition from a liquid crystalline phase to fully liquid phase have been observed at the temperatures of 336.911+/-0.102, 347.622+/-0.094 and 388.896+/-0.160 K, respectively. The molar enthalpies of these phase transitions as well as the chemical purity of the substance were determined to be 5.576+/-0.004, 11.496+/-0.007, 1.340+/-0.005 kJ mol(-1) and 99.30 mol%, respectively, on the basis of the heat capacity measurements. The molar entropies of the three phase transitions were calculated to be 16.550+/-0.012, 33.071+/-0.029 and 3.447+/-0.027 J mol(-1) K-1, respectively. Further researches of the thermochemical properties for this compound have been carried out by means of TG and DSC techniques. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
