Numerous studies in physical education and music's area have been conducted to improve the quality of life and health of people, all of them under physiological, psychological and social fields. Thus, when properly analyzed, both Areas are connected, because the movement itself, main subject of physical education, has a close proximity to the rhythm, an essential element of music. That's why it is important to discover the benefits of this relationship, because, in many of its practices, physical education makes use of music, for example, in aerobic gymnastic and dance classes. As a consequence, this study aims to investigate, through literature, the influence of music in physical activities and its imprinting in the states of mind and body of practitioners, as well as clarify the criteria for choice of songs that are used in such practice. This research occurred under literary explore, done through theoretical analysis of the thematic. At first place, a contextualization of the auditory system and its relationship with the music and the perception of sound were made, then the main theme was explored. The music, even before generate and influence motor and psychic movements in the human body, is already moving in space, because it is formed through vibrations of molecules. It is decoded first as a movement from the ears, and then decoded as sound, when in the brain. It is important to worry about sounds at high intensities and also with those which are outside the hearing thresholds within physical activities involving music, because they may be harmful to health and also to states of mind. As far as music and movement is concerned, they are closely linked, and the human being has an instinctive sense of rhythm that can be seen when listening to music, because the motor cortex is also activated. O estilo de vida a forma com que cada indivduo conduz a suas atividades dirias, as quais refletiro diretamente na sua sade. Dessa forma, a prtica da ginastica laboral busca oferecer um novo espao de qualidade de vida, sade e lazer para o trabalhador. A música nas atividades fsicas utilizada no sentido de motivar a continuidade dos exerccios fsicos ou de distrair o praticante de estmulos no prazerosos como cansao, dor ou at tenso psicolgica. Estudos afirmam que os estados de animo melhoram em consequncia da atividade fsica. Sendo assim, o objetivo do trabalho ser analisar os efeitos da música nos estados de nimo de trabalhadores durante aulas de um programa de ginstica laboral. Para isso, este estudo contou com 20 participantes, de ambos os gneros, funcionrios da UNESP - diversos setores, localizada na Av. 24A, n1515, Bela Vista, Rio Claro/SP, que realizam funes semelhantes em cada ambiente de trabalho. Como forma de avaliao foi utilizado um questionrio de dados cadastrais, um questionrio relacionado preferncia musical e uma lista referente aos estados de nimo. Obtivemos como resultado que a prtica de ginstica laboral pode ser significativa para os estados de nimo de seus praticantes em situao sem música e ainda mais com a presena de música da preferencia dos participantes. Verificamos que s com a audio de músicas no trouxe alteraes significativas nos estados de nimo. Verificou-se que a unio da música preferida com a atividade fsica a situao que mais traz benefcios ao estado de nimo do trabalhador. Portanto, conclumos que a música, quando do gosto do praticante, aliada a atividade fsica pode trazer benefcios emocionais significativos prtica de ginstica laboral no ambiente de trabalho

A escola possui um papel fundamental em nossa estrutura social contempornea ocidental. Ela interage dialeticamente com nossa sociedade sendo um local reprodutor e alterador de valores, crenas e hbitos em que quase todos frequentam por mais de uma dcada. Este Trabalho de Concluso de Curso tem como objetivo trazer reflexes sobre a funo da escola, a quem ela serve e porque, analisando a música Estudo Errado de Gabriel, o Pensador, dialogando com autores que abordam a escola em uma perspectiva crtica, como os crticosreprodutivistas, Althusser e Bourdieu, mas tambm com Gramsci, Foucault, entre outros. Os questionamentos sobre a funo da escola e seus interesses constantemente so feitos de maneira superficial e se aprofundados poderiam colaborar para uma maior criticidade e transformao do cotidiano e da prtica escolar. A pesquisa se desenvolver em uma abordagem qualitativa e a metodologia utilizada ser pesquisa bibliogrfica, anlise documental, atravs da anlise de contedo. Meu intuito com este trabalho discorrer sobre as foras que direcionam a escola, desconstruir a aparente neutralidade que a escola possui no imaginrio popular e trazer a tona que a escola produto de um conflito social

In this work we present a didactic proposal to use song lyrics for Physics Teaching aimed to High School level. Based on the work proposed by Zanetic (1990) that Physics is also Culture, we understand that its influence extends beyond the scientific boundaries, reaching spheres of knowledge where its presence is less obvious, such as the arts, especially Music. Based on proposals for Ramos and Gomes (2013), activities were conducted in two groups of second year of high school in the city of Rio Claro, each with an approach. In one of the classes the students received as material the lyrics of the songs printed and the other students were given a table along with the lyrics. In these materials the students identified physical concepts present in the songs Nuclear Shelter of the So Paulo band Premeditando the Breque and Manhattan Project of the Canadian band Rush. We observed during activities an improvement in the participation of students in theoretical discussions, probably due to a more favorable context for students to express themselves assigned by us to the activities with the songs. After performing the activities we demonstrated that you can enter the Music in the classroom not only as entertainment but as an aid in research and understanding of physical concepts

It was aimed to identify how the physical education teachers worked to include a student with visual impairment; intervene with the teacher from the identified necessities and assess the intervention. Data were collected in three stages: 1) Weekly monitoring and filming the classes, 2) intervention by the reflection of videos coming from the previous step and suggesting new actions, 3) development of filming for evaluating the intervention. Before the intervention, it was identified that the explanation of the activities happened collectively. It was held the physical help as the first form of instruction, the student with visual impairment participation occurred depending on the company of a classmate who held hands and did the activities together. Along the intervention it was reflected about the structure of the classes, the ways of explanation of the activities and the strategies and the resources to assure an enjoyable participation of students with visual impairments. The training of peer tutors was a strategy used. After the intervention it was identified in the classroom the assistance of the trained peer tutors; the maintenance of oral explanation and demonstration, though, the first way to explanation for the student with visual impairment started to be the oral tip.

Low adherence to physical exercise programs is a factor that contributes to the high rates of physical inactivity worldwide. In this sense, strategies to improve the affective responses during exercise are used to impact adherence, as the use of music and self-selected exercise intensity. Despite the benefits of these strategies, there are few studies involving the combination of both (self-selected intensity and music), especially in the elderly population. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of music on performance, ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) and on affective and motivational responses of elderly during walking exercise with self-selected intensity. Eleven elderly performed walking sessions on an athletic track in three conditions: without music, with motivational music and with oudeterous music. RPE, mood states, motivation, affective responses, session RPE and attitudes related to the experience of exercise were evaluated. Results demonstrated that both motivational and oudeterous music improved affective responses and decreased RPE. However, only the motivational music condition showed an effect on distance walked, the only presenting a consistent increase in distance. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of music, particularly motivational music, besides increasing the distance walked, reduces RPE and increase pleasure of the elderly during the exercise. Such strategy, in addition to potentially impact adherence positively, can lead to greater benefits and physical adaptations related to the training in the long term

No perodo entre os ltimos anos do sculo XIX at as duas primeiras dcadas do sculo XX, tiveram lugar na cena musical paulistana gneros teatrais cujo objetivo central era divertir o grande pblico acima de qualquer outra pretenso. Apesar de cada um deles ter suas prprias convenes e dinmica de funcionamento, todos tinham na música elemento essencial ao espetculo. A designao "teatro de revista" tornou-se referncia e serviu para nomear um conjunto bem maior de modalidades, que inclui operetas, burletas, mgicas, vaudeviles, zarzuelas, fantasias, entre outras. Elemento importante na produo e divulgao da música no espao urbano antes do aparecimento e consolidao dos meios de comunicao eletrnicos, o estudo do teatro musicado nos seus diversos e complexos aspectos pode ser fundamental para a compreenso do panorama da música e da cultura popular na cidade de So Paulo.

O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar respostas emocionais a trechos musicais do repertrio erudito ocidental. Msicos e no msicos ouviam cada trecho musical e associavam-no a categorias emocionais (Alegria, Tristeza, Serenidade ou Medo/Raiva). Os resultados indicaram que, para ambos os grupos, cada trecho musical, na maioria, no foi associado a mais de uma categoria emocional. De um modo geral, as associaes foram semelhantes entre os grupos, embora as respostas dos msicos tenham sido mais consistentes. Estes resultados sugerem um processamento cognitivo de respostas emocionais música ocidental relacionado estrutura cognitiva do evento, a diferenas entre indivduos e expertise musical.

[POR] O objetivo deste estudo centra-se na anlise do comportamento de instrução dos treinadores de jovens em competio. O segundo objetivo efetuar a comparao entre treinadores que orientam equipas na etapa direo (n=6) e especializao (n=3) da formao de jovens jogadores. Os nove treinadores observados, dirigiam equipas de juniores A (17-18 anos), B (15-16 anos) e C (13-14 anos).
