Construção e vivência de valores: aprendendo a ser e a conviver

This study was developed from a extension project between the years of 2006 -2009 in a Middle School in the city of Bauru with the goals to support the construction of citizenship in teenagers and to strengthen their self esteem, their self knowledge and the achievement of their rights and duties in order to ease their insertion into the collective, as they realize themselves as social transformation agents. It is an adaptation of a project developed by the ODEBRECHT foundation in Bahia focusing on the transverse themes: Ethics, Sexual Education, Cultural Plurality, Work and Consumption, and Health and Environment. These themes, in addition to others that each school needs to prioritize due to the vicissitudes that experiences, must permeate across the curriculum to create, transform and favor their development by means of the daily living. The survey methodology was based in the research-action. We considered the activities developed in groups and the result of Defining Issues Test (DIT-1) applied before and after Project for data collection. The result indicates change in the moral development of the teenagers and new perceptions about the problems that are presented in the reality, providing the construction of values present in the transverse themes proposal. Greater participation of students in the school activities, like student guild and fanfare, was also observed.

Educação ambiental e valores: um olhar para os animais venenosos

A partir do final da década de 1960 diversos grupos em várias partes do mundo passaram a reconhecer o que chamamos de crise ambiental. Desde então diversos setores sociais vêm buscando maneiras de minimizar ou mesmo reverter o processo de degradação ambiental. Diante dessa problemática, o processo educativo é constantemente apontado como uma das formas de enfrentamento de tal crise. Entretanto, para que a educação ambiental (EA) atinja seus objetivos consideramos que esta deve ser trabalhada sob uma perspectiva crítica, contemplando três dimensões: a dimensão dos conhecimentos, a dimensão dos valores éticos e estéticos e a dimensão da participação política. Dessa forma, a EA aparece como uma proposta de educação da sociedade que pode contribuir para a revisão dos atuais valores e ações praticados por esta. Contudo, muitas vezes o que se observa nas práticas educativas é a apresentação de uma natureza destituída de valores, exceto pelo valor instrumental, ou seja, pela sua adequação às necessidades humanas, um modelo fragmentador e antropocêntrico. Dentro desse contexto, os animais venenosos e peçonhentos são geralmente vistos como maléficos ao homem, sendo seus aspectos ecológicos subestimados ou ignorados. A partir dessas reflexões, percebe-se a importância da criação e manutenção de programas de EA com enfoque mais adequado dos animais venenosos e peçonhentos para que a relação da sociedade com tais animais, bem como com o meio ambiente como um todo possam se transformar. Nesse sentido, a presente proposta de pesquisa objetivou identificar a existência de programas educativos com enfoque em animais venenosos e peçonhentos, analisando-os e verificando se trabalhariam com as três dimensões da educação ambiental. O luxo, as mulheres e as relações públicas: entendendo o consumo de valores

This work aims to study the luxury and discuss their applications in business, through the vision of a public relations professional. The author believes that luxury is based on high product quality at all stages that involve the co nsumption of this, and public relations professional is able to show how to use because it is trained to recognize and communicate with the most different audiences. Therefore, understanding the concept of luxury not only as a market, but guiding values in contemporary society, and from this concept of questioning, seeking to apply it, becomes, as proposed in this paper, a goal for any company want to keep the market through customer acquisition

O rúgbi e seus valores educacionais na escola

Physical education in their school environment can contribute positively in the training of students as it is in this discipline that many students feel more motivated to discuss and reflect on conflicts related to school life or in society. In this study we treat the rugby exploring attitudes and values that are present in this sport, considered important for the development of the student, with the methodological approach the dimensions of the contents developed by Coll et al. (2000) and Zabala (1998). Thus, the aim of this study was to develop rugby content emphasizing the values linked to it with students of the 5th year of primary education in a public school in the city of Rio Claro / SP. Among the values are integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect that will be developed through conceptual and procedural lessons about rugby and its educational values, also taking advantage of situations up to during classes for discussions. The survey was conducted for 3 months. The evaluation was by holding a tournament organized by the students and by the researcher to observe what they learned regarding the dimensions of rugby contents (conceptual, Procedural and Attitudinal) and an essay where students expressed the experiences. As a result we see the importance of working educational values in society and the implementation of educational sports at school as a motivational tool. With the contribution of this research, it is expected that rugby can be worked in schools as an educational sport for the training of the individual and the development of physical culture of the students

The main objective of this study focuses on investigate how the style of the Conhecimento Prático Língua Portuguesa magazine, from Escala publisher, reveals a materialization, in its wordings, of social values that surround our society regarding the teaching class. Besides, we thought about the construction of an other - teacher - by means of the I speech (the enunciator). Furthermore, we reflected on how happens the genre opinion article handling and whether there is, when aimed to the teaching class. All these questions were discussed under the perspective of Bakhtin's theory, focusing our analysis in the wording notions, dialogism, style and speech genres. Our analysis indicates a materialization of social values in syntactic issues and a hybridization of genres when the addressee is a teacher

Valores do terapeuta na clínica analítico-comportamental

Desde os anos 1950, tem se constatado que, em alguma medida, os valores do terapeuta se fazem presentes na psicoterapia, podendo, inclusive, influenciar os valores dos clientes. Embora apresente uma concepção de valores diferente das tradicionais, a terapia analítico-comportamental não é uma exceção. Este trabalho busca esclarecer como os valores do terapeuta podem se manifestar na clínica analítico-comportamental, sejam esses valores pessoais ou compartilhados com alguma cultura (e.g., sociedade em geral, Psicologia, Análise do Comportamento). Para tanto, mostra-se como o conceito de valor tem sido abordado na Análise do Comportamento e o que possibilita a manifestação dos valores do terapeuta na clínica analítico-comportamental. Por fim, discutem-se brevemente algumas implicações do tema para a prática clínica.
