Processamento do compósito de fibra de capim-sapê / epóxi e avaliação da resistência à flexão “t” de Student

In recent years a great worldwide interest has arisen for the development of new technologies that enable the use of products with less environmental impact. The replacement of synthetic fiber plants is a possibility very important because this fiber is renewable, biodegradable and few cost and cause less environmental impact. Given the above, this work proposes to develop polymeric composites of epoxy resin and study the behavior of these materials. Both, the epoxy resin used as matrix in the manufacture of sapegrass fiber composite, as tree composites formed by: epoxy/unidirectional sapegrass long fiber, 75% epoxy/25% short fiber, by volume, and 80% epoxy/20% short fiber, by volume, were characterized by bending, and the composites produced with short fibers random were inspected by Optical Microscopy and Acoustics Inspection (C-Scan). For the analysis of the sapegrass fiber morphology, composites 75% epoxy/25% short fiber (sheet chopped) and 80% epoxy/20% short fiber images were obtained by optical microscope and the adhesion between polymer/fiber was visualized. As results, the flexural strength of composites epoxy/unidirectional long fibers, 75% epoxy/25% short fiber and 80% epoxy/20% short fiber were 70.36 MPa, 21.26 MPa, 25.07 MPa, respectively. Being that composite showed that the best results was made up of long fibers, because it had a value of higher flexural strength than other composites analyzed

Avaliação da produtividade no trabalho organizado em turnos em uma empresa vidreira

Work organized in shifts, either for technological, social or economic imposition, allows the best use of means of production, increasing the overall productivity of the enterprises. At the same time, this type of work harms the individual productive capacity of workers, particularly those involved in the night shift. The objective of this work was to assess the behaviour of production in a continuous line and subjected to work organized in shifts. Through the statistical method of analysis of variance, Spearman's test and Tukey's method, was analysed the distribution of the productivity index measured in three fixed shifts of work in a glass company. The productivity index, provided by the integrated management system of the company, refers to the ratio of actual productivity to total productivity. The statistical analysis shows that factors of production, such as allocation of workers, do not interfere with productivity, showing an unexpected pattern, where the average productivity for the three shifts are close and the correlation between the number of workers on the line and productivity is low. The conditions of production had an adverse work environment with exposure to noise, heat, vaporized mist of lubricating oil and risk of accidents. The findings show that the calculation of productivity in use is limited and its use in company’s production control may produce distortions. It is proposed to examine alternative calculations methods that consider the overall productivity

Análise da influência da concentração de feixeis de fibras de bambu em ensaios de piso

Bamboo has one of the highest growth rates among plants, however, its lignifications (which confers resistance) takes around a few years and, therefore, certain physical characteristics and mechanical, that depend on this process will only be acquired between the three to six years old. In addition, bamboo also has significant density variations in different parts of the stem, both in the radial direction as the axial. In particular the radial direction, where the density found in the inner and outer (near the bark) of a single stem can range on average from 0.5 to 0.9 g/cm3. Thus, the application of bamboo as a floor, there to examine whether both sides of the bamboo (internal and external), provide resistance properties required for that purpose. In this study sought to characterize and quantify the influence of the concentration of fiber bundles in the inner and outer sides of rules or bamboo strips of bamboo flooring through testing service. Analyses performed were based on ASTM D 2394- 83 for wooden floors and derivatives. This was necessary because of the absence of a specific prohibition of the use and testing of floors made of bamboo and its products. The data were analyzed by ball indentation test shooting, test for resistance to abrasion, indentation test for stress / load treadmill test and by indentation loads applied to small areas - test the jump. The results of the tests were extremely friendly bamboo, even this presents considerable differences between the resistances obtained from assay of the cover of the inner and outer face, being comparable with those of many commonly used to manufacture wood flooring. As propostas das lutas na Educação Física escolar

As lutas se configuram como um conteúdo de alto valor cultural para a educação física escolar, e mesmo assim ainda encontra resistência por parte de alguns professores de educação física em aplicá-las nas escolas. Diante disto foi feito uma pesquisa para avaliar os conteúdos das lutas nas propostas curriculares do Estado de São Paulo, através da analise dos Cadernos do Professor, e feito uma entrevista com 12 professores da Rede Estadual do estado de São Paulo visando saber o que eles haviam achado dos conteúdos da lutas da Proposta Curricular do Estado de São Paulo. Concluiu-se que a maioria achou os conteúdos da proposta curricular pertinente e tem aplicado esses conteúdos nas aulas de educação física escolar, e a proposta tem contribuído para que se minimize as resistências em relação aos conteúdos das lutas no cotidiano escolar.

This article aims to present the results of a research about the links among homophobia, subjectivation processes and constructions of gender and sexual identities in a small city in the interior of São Paulo State. The main research question that guided us was: how homophobia regulates the desire and the “transit between the closets” among the so called gay people in a small city? To answer that question we made interviews that were analyzed and transformed into narratives of four cisgender men of different ages who call themselves homosexual or who have had homoerotic practices with other men. All participants live in the same city, do not know one another and have lived most of their lives city. We have problematized how these participants gave meaning to the experiences of regulation of their sexuality that have been aroused by homophobia and by the device of closet. Analyses indicated that the 'closet' can both regulate and oversee their lives, limiting their possibilities of desiring, but also may raise resistance, from which it is possible to establish a relationship with another ethical life, that is, producing other ways of life in the small city.

Como se forja o menor: tramas da atenção psicossocial e da proteção social

This essay aims to contribute to discuss public policies of social protection and practice guidelines for psychosocial care. Targeting children and underage adolescents whose documents, even though permeated with egalitarian discourses and promoted actions aimed at the construction of autonomy, continue endorsing welfare guardianship and addressed to the people classified as at-risk through biopolitical, disciplinary and security technologies based on a minority logic. The essay problematizes the ways in which psychology has found legitimacy in practices that eventually looms confinement practices which aspire to move away from, as was evidenced by documents and practices.
