Efeitos de benzodiazepinas sobre o fenômeno da aversão condicionada por lugar induzida por estímulo nociceptivo em camundongos

Medo e ansiedade são emoções que se originam nas reações de defesa de caráter adaptativo que animais exibem perante ameaças que podem comprometer sua integridade física ou sua própria sobrevivência. Tais situações resultam em um repertório de comportamentos defensivos espécie-específicos, alterações autonômicas e inibição da dor. A dor é descrita por uma variedade de sensações e experiências emocionais associadas e constituída de dois principais componentes: o perceptivo-discriminativo, que permite ao indivíduo reconhecer o estímulo como doloroso e localizá-lo numa região do corpo, e o aversivo-cognitivo-motivacional, que compreende uma série de respostas defensivas, objetivando a autopreservação imediata. O modelo de condicionamento por lugar, para medir efeitos não discriminativos da estimulação nociceptiva, vem sendo utilizado em abordagens recentes para o estudo do componente emocional relacionado à dor. Existem paradigmas baseados na aprendizagem associativa entre o estado afetivo e de dicas ambientais que precedem a aplicação de um estímulo, o qual pode ter propriedade aversiva ou prazerosa, dependendo da resposta que se quer estudar. O presente estudo investigou a ação do fármaco triazolobenzodiazepínico, Alprazolam, sobre o fenômeno da ACL em camundongos, que foram separados em grupos experimentais. No primeiro dia, parte dos animais sofreu estimulação nociceptiva, através da injeção de formalina a 2,5% na pata traseira direita, e foi confinado nos ambientes diferenciados de uma Plataforma Elevada fechada (um lado com grade no assoalho e outro sem grade). No segundo dia, parte dos animais 7 (de acordo com o grupo de estudo) recebeu tratamento farmacológico (Alprazolam ou salina) 30 minutos antes de ser reexposto à plataforma, registrando-se o tempo gasto nos dois ambientes da plataforma elevada fechada... Thus, these elements can appear all together or not in the same show and are, therefore, the Theater of Animated Forms. How important human need to understand the world and events around them, the arts were needed to explain the divine and unreachable. Clumping the four languages of art: music, plastic arts, dance and theater, the Theater of Animated Forms of so characteristic of the man in search of the divine and sublime sentiments or not. Outro mundo flutuante: o pop nipo-brasileiro

Este trabalho consiste numa série de ilustrações digitais criadas com base na influência da cultura pop japonesa sobre a cultura brasileira contemporânea. A ideia por trás da série surgiu de uma observação e autoanálise da poética, repertório e inspiração da artista, que também foi influenciada pelo oriente. Isto se deu tendo em vista como a cultura japonesa, nas duas últimas décadas, se tornou parte do cotidiano e imaginário de uma geração (mais especificamente no Brasil), sendo consumida em massa e assimilada pela população ocidental, criando novas hibridações de culturas. O trabalho teórico discute a influência e a vivência dessa cultura, salientando a sua importância para as gerações a partir dos anos 90. Neste trabalho, são apresentados os estilos de comportamento e moda que surgiram no Japão desde a época do pós-segunda guerra (mas aparecendo mesmo na década de 60), mostra também o epicentro desta cultura: o bairro de Harajuku, localizado em Tóquio e famoso por reunir jovens desfilando com estilos extravagantes e originais. Assim como resgata como essas influências chegaram até o Brasil e se tornaram parte importante do comportamento e cotidiano de muitos brasileiros, criando no bairro da Liberdade (em São Paulo) a equivalência com Harajuku.

Fragmento d'alma

Fragmento D' Alma is an artistic research that part of a poetic tale through an initial charge of dawn one fantastic universe where words have life and willingly. The work includes sculptural works in order to interpret through the use of allegory situations of the tale in the form of sculptural compositions considering one or more characters in the story. In the sculptural work, I tried figuring the relations tale as my interpretations and poetic, so I sought theoretical studies of allegory after noting my affinity with the theme to contribute to the relationship text and image set in my work. I also sought to understand the relationships that the text played with sculptural work, so the chances that I could address this through dialogue between text and image. The studies collected through surveys pointed allegory by João Adolfo Hansen, as well as in various artistic and visual references present in my repertoire, such as the Baroque sculpture of Bernini, the performances of Berna Reale and literature of Neil Gaiman, contributed in this research to the development of my creative process during the preparation of this research work of art, making the complexity of the relationship between textual production and poetic sculptural three-dimensional, also became a concern and an integral theme of my work and my reflections presented here. Therefore, I conclude based on my own experience in this work, the artistic research inspired allegory might contribute to the development of my creative process during the preparation of this artwork, besides assigning relations between textual production and poetic dimensional sculpture

Os papéis dos RNAs não codificantes no desenvolvimento embrionário: um panorama geral

The genome of multicellular organisms shows a ruge index of RNA transcripts that are not protein coding. These ncRNAs act in housekeeping and genic regulation, as well in signaling and cell differentiation, crucial events to embryonic and ontogenetic development. Moreover, another events require the orderly expression these transcripts, as in cromossomic inactivation and genomic imprinting process, and their fail may cause several syndromes, malformations, illness and even death of affected individual. This review focus is to present the main acting pathways of ncRNAs already studied, as well to introduce the actual landscape of Dapper gene cluster and its performance in vertebrate development.

Diálogos que constroem sentidos: uma análise estilística de letras dos Engenheiros do Hawaii

The purpose of this work is the presentation of three lyrics of selected songs from the Brazilian national band Engenheiros do Hawaii and of a stylistic analysis showing how resources such as intertextuality, polyphony and word games helped building different effects of meaning. This work also attempts to show the importance of the reader in relating the elements presented in the lyrics with other texts of his/her repertoire, in order to expand the number of possible interpretations. The higher the repertoire of the reader, higher will be its ability to dialogue with other texts, considering both texts already read in the past or dialogues to be made with future texts
