A contribuição do PIBID no processo de formação do pedagógico

This paper seeks to understand the importance of Pibid (Institutional Scholarship Program for Teacher Initiation) in initial formation, more specifically in the pedagogue's formation. The interest for research was motivated by my inclusion in this program, through the interdisciplinary subproject called University and school thinking of interdisciplinary teacher formation: research, reflection and action in which I participated from August 2011 to December 2013. I developed a qualitative survey of bibliographic character, which aims to analyze the theoretical productions in the field of education and that has the focus the Pibid's contribution as well as its potential. For this purpose, I considered the articles located in the Annals of the XVI ENDIPE (National Meeting of Didactic and Teaching Practice) in 2012, in all its themes (Educational policies and impacts at school and in the classroom, Policies of initial formation and continuing formation of teachers and Didactics and teaching practices in contemporary school reality: findings, analysis and propositions). I believe that the research can contribute to rethink the initial formation practices by providing subsidies to the graduated on the teaching career, raising the quality of basic education

A contribuição dos filmes na formação de professores

Participei do projeto de extensão Grupo de Formação: Diálogo e Alteridade, constituído por graduandos do curso de Pedagogia. Esse projeto está articulado a um curso de extensão, oferecido para professoras coordenadoras, vice-diretoras e coordenadoras pedagógicas do município de Rio Claro, e do qual também participam os graduandos. O curso, ao longo de dois anos (2011-2012), teve a pretensão de promover a sensibilização do olhar através do uso dos filmes. Em virtude das experiências vividas durante o curso e da grande presença das tecnologias em nossa sociedade, a presente pesquisa objetivou compreender quais as contribuições das mídias e dos filmes no ambiente escolar, tanto em relação ao trabalho pedagógico com os alunos como nos processos de formação continuada de professores e gestores. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada nos Anais da ANPEd (Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação) e do ENDIPE (Encontro Nacional de Didática e Prática de Ensino) sistematizei a produção científica que trata dos filmes no contexto educacional. Na busca por compreender quais as contribuições dos filmes para a formação das educadoras que participaram do referido curso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa documental a partir dos registros da pesquisadora e das escritas produzidas pelas participantes do referido curso. A pesquisa pretende contribuir para a ampliação e socialização das produções científicas acerca da temática

Saberes contruídos através da escrita na formação inicial

This paper focuses on the practice of writing in the initial training. The research was conducted from an autobiographical perspective. The instruments used for data collection were the writings produced by me during my participation in the Institutional Scholarship Project Introduction to Teaching (Pibid) and my participation in the extension project Training Group: Dialogue and Otherness, those writings that bring my formative experience as a future teacher. The objectives was to analyze the writings produced by me in these contexts and through this analysis, understand what the issues that I problematized and what knowledge I was building from the experiences lived in the school context and in the university context. In view of understand the writing practices promoted in initial training, I have developed a literature search in the Annals of ENDIPE (National Meeting of Teaching and Teaching Practice) 2008, 2010 and 2012. A produção do conhecimento na área do lazer: uma análise sobre as temáticas formação e atuação profissional nos Anais do Enarel de 1997 a 2006

The present study’s aim was to check the academic-scientific productions conveyed in the several versions of the National Meeting on Recreation and Leisure (Enarel) to find out what courses have been taken within the studies on leisure regarding professional education and performance. Through literature review, the study adopted a qualitative methodology and its method was an exploratory study of the period ranging from 1997 to 2006. One hundred and thirty six works (oral communications or free subjects) were analyzed in a quali-quantitative approach. Results show that 50% of the works were produced collectively; as to the institutions, 77.02% of them were linked to academic institutions; regarding methodology, it was found that 58% explicitly presented the kind of research performed, and the most used methods were the “comparative studies”, with 26.11%, followed by “case studies”, with 14.17%.

Dimensões formativas da prática da escrita na formação inicial

This research focuses on the practice of writing in the initial formation of teachers. My interest for this thematic arose from my participation in the extension project Formation Group: Dialog and Otherness and the extension course School: local for teacher formation, both coordinated by my supervisor. After all, I had the possibility of experimenting the exercise of writing and acknowledging the relevance of it in these contexts, in my condition of teacher-in-training. This thematic has involved me, which is why I conducted an autobiographical investigation. As data gathering tools, I used papers that I produced, as participant of the aforementioned extension project and extension course. Those papers were file records I made from the meetings, monthly papers produced from a thematic that was chosen by the graduating students that attended the extension project and, furthermore, I bring a self-assessments I developed inspired by the experiences I had in these two formative gaps. All these experiences provided pieces of my formative experience as a future teacher. The research aimed to understand which act of writing mobilized knowledge and triggered reflections in the aforementioned contexts, based on paper analysis, seeking to legitimate the importance of this practice in my formative process. Furthermore, a bibliographical research of qualitative nature was developed, achieved from the statement and analysis of articles located in the Annals of International Congress of (Auto) Biography Research (CIPA, in Portuguese acronym), from 2006 to 2012, and in the Annals of National Conference of Didactic and Teaching Techniques (ENDIPE, in Portuguese acronym), in the period from 2006 to 2012. Análise do conforto térmico na obra de João Filgueiras Lima, Lelé: Hospitais Sarah de Salvador e do Rio de Janeiro

Estratégias passivas de projeto reduzem significativamente o uso de ar condicionado e melhoram o conforto térmico dos usuários. Isto pode ser ilustrado através dos hospitais da Rede Sarah Kubitschek projetados pelo arquiteto João Filgueiras Lima, Lelé, cujas soluções além de propiciarem ambientes mais agradáveis e salubres, evitam o uso de sistemas mecânicos de resfriamento, reduzindo o consumo de energia elétrica. Deste modo, o presente artigo tem como objetivo avaliar o conforto térmico dos hospitais Sarah de Salvador e do Rio de Janeiro, através de medições in loco da temperatura do ar, umidade relativa do ar e velocidade do ar. A análise dos resultados foi baseada em leituras de projeto, na norma ASHRAE Standard 55/2004 e em parâmetros adquiridos na literatura especializada. Os resultados demonstram a preocupação de Lelé na incorporação de aspectos bioclimáticos nos projetos. No Sarah - Salvador, alguns ambientes permaneceram fora da zona de conforto no período do meio dia, devido ao ganho de calor pela cobertura. No entanto, o uso da ventilação natural auxilia no efeito de resfriamento, melhorando o conforto térmico nos espaços internos. Já no Sarah - Rio, todos os ambientes permanecem dentro da zona de conforto proposta pela ASHRAE 55.

Temperaturas de acionamento de condicionadores de ar e ventiladores

Este trabalho apresenta os resultados iniciais de uma pesquisa, descrevendo o comportamento de usuários de edifícios de escritórios em relação às temperaturas de acionamento de ventiladores e aparelhos condicionadores de ar. Medições foram realizadas em quatro salas administrativas do Instituto de Arquitetura e Urbanismo de São Carlos – IAU/USP, nas quais foram registradas as temperaturas internas do ar e o momento de acionamento dos referidos equipamentos. Os valores registrados foram comparados à temperatura externa e à faixa de temperaturas de conforto descrita pela norma ASHRAE 55/2004. As temperaturas registradas de acionamento dos aparelhos condicionadores de ar e ventiladores são similares e estão dentro da faixa considerada confortável pela referida norma.

A regulação e a comunicação no caso da publicidade de cervejas junto ao público adolescente: problemáticas

Este trabalho refere-se à discussão sobre a problemática do projeto integrado Cerveja, Publicidade, Regulação e Consumo: o olhar da comunicação sobre as marcas de cervejas contemporâneas e suas implicações na vida social de adolescentes, financiado pelo CNPq e realizado no âmbito do GESC3/ CNPq/USP. A perspectiva de trabalho conjuga aspectos da regulação e regulamentação do consumo de bebidas alcoólicas, cerveja especificamente, com o estudo de recepção, sobre os conteúdos e os efeitos de impacto de percepção dos elementos das campanhas publicitárias, como também inclui o olhar sobre da circulação de mensagens do setor entre os sujeitos investigados nas mídias sociais. O trabalho busca ainda a análise e crítica da trajetória das marcas de cerveja em seus discursos (conceitos e temas de campanhas). Tal abordagem visa conhecer os processos de mediatização e presença das marcas de cerveja na vida dos adolescentes que vivem em São Paulo, pelo olhar da pesquisa em Comunicação, tendo em vista que o assunto é estudado pela área de Saúde Pública e do Direito, mas é pouco abordado, do modo como se pretende aqui, no campo das Ciências da Comunicação. Esta pesquisa visa gerar outros pontos de vista para o debate nacional sobre o assunto.

Gestão Social: notícias sobre o campo de estudos e práticas a partir das interações e debates do VI Enapegs

Este texto busca relatar a realização do evento Encontro Nacional da Rede de Pesquisadores em Gestão Social (Enapegs), que teve sua última edição em maio de 2012, em São Paulo. Para tanto, busca delimitar o que vem a ser o campo de estudos sobre Gestão Social, a constituição da Rede de Pesquisadores em Gestão Social (RGS), bem como a dinâmica de construção e realização do Enapegs e suas principais discussões e resultados, que no último encontro teve como temática: Gestão Social: mobilizações e conexões.

USO DO DUBLIN CORE NA DESCRIÇÃO DE OBRAS RARAS NA WEB: A COLEÇÃO DA BIBLIOTECA BRASILIANA DIGITAL

Acessível ao público desde junho de 2009, a Biblioteca Brasiliana Digital, da Universidade de São Paulo tem por objetivo facultar para a pesquisa, a maior Brasiliana custodiada por uma universidade. Sua intenção é disponibilizar virtualmente parte do acervo da Universidade oferecendo-se como um instrumento útil e funcional para a pesquisa e o estudo dos temas e cultura brasileiros, além de oferecer um modelo tecnológico de gestão que possa ser difundido a outras coleções, acervos e instituições. Este trabalho apresenta os resultado da implantação de um esquema de metadados baseado no formato Dublin Core, para a descrição de obras raras e especiais na web. Especificamente, apresenta os procedimentos e processos de descrição de conteúdos das diversas tipologias documentais (livros, periódicos, gravuras etc.) e formatos digitais (pdf, jpeg entre outros). Stochastic lattice model describing a vector-borne disease

We employ the approach of stochastic dynamics to describe the dissemination of vector-borne diseases such as dengue, and we focus our attention on the characterization of the threshold of the epidemic. The coexistence space comprises two representative spatial structures for both human and mosquito populations. The human population has its evolution described by a process that is similar to the Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) dynamics. The population of mosquitoes follows a dynamic of the type of the Susceptible Infected-Susceptible (SIS) model. The coexistence space is a bipartite lattice constituted by two structures representing the human and mosquito populations. We develop a truncation scheme to solve the evolution equations for the densities and the two-site correlations from which we get the threshold of the disease and the reproductive ratio. We present a precise deØnition of the reproductive ratio which reveals the importance of the correlations developed in the early stage of the disease. According to our deØnition, the reproductive rate is directed related to the conditional probability of the occurrence of a susceptible human (mosquito) given the presence in the neighborhood of an infected mosquito (human). The threshold of the epidemic as well as the phase transition between the epidemic and the non-epidemic states are also obtained by performing Monte Carlo simulations. Theoretical Study of the Absorption Spectra of Photosynthetic Pigments

The first stage of the photosynthetic process is the extraordinary efficiency of sunlight absorption in the visible region [1]. This region corresponds to the maximum of the spectral radiance of the solar emission. The efficient absorption of visible light is one of the most important characteristics of photosynthetic pigments. In chlorophylls, for example, the absorptions are seen as a strong absorption in the region 400-450 nm in connection with other absorptions with small intensities in the region of 500-600 nm. This work aims at understanding the essential features of the absorption spectrum of photosynthetic pigments, in line with several theoretical studies in the literature [2, 3]. The absorption spectra were calculated for H2-Porphyrin, Mg-Porphyrin, and Zn-Porphyrin, and for H2-Phthalocyanine and Mg-Phthalocyanine with and without the four peripheral eugenol substituents. The geometries were optimized using the B3LYP/6-31+G(d) theoretical model. For the calculation of the absorption spectra different TD-DFT calculations were performed (B3LYP, CAM-B3LYP, O3LYP, M06-2X and BP86) along with CIS (D). For the spectra the basis set 6-311++G (d, p) was used for porphyrins and 6-31+G (d) was used for the other systems. At this stage the solvent effects were considered using the simplified continuum model (PCM). First a comparison between the results using the different methods was made. For the porphyrins the best results compared to experiment (both in position and intensities) are obtained with M06-2X and CIS (D). We also analyze the compatibility of the four-orbital model of Gouterman [4] that states that transitions could be well described by the HOMO-1, HOMO, LUMO, and LUMO+1 molecular orbitals. Our results for H2-Porphyrin shows an agreement with other theoretical results and experimental data [5]. For the phthalocyanines (including the four peripheral eugenol substituents) the results are also in good agreement compared with the experimental results given in ref [6]. Finally, the results show that the inclusion of solvent eÆects gives corrections for the spectral shift in the correct direction but numerically small. References [1] R.E.
