This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. This study has as main objective to identify the complains occurrences about pain in the spine segments, that are related to work standing posture, adopted by the collaborators in the production section of a food industry, in the city of Marília São Paulo state. A descriptive research and studying case was made, using 30 employees as a sample. It was used as methodological procedure, a questionnaire to obtain information on professional and personal data, posture to remain standing, the most uncomfortable postures in the work environment (signed by the form of Ranney, 2000) and pain (pointed out by Corllet and Manenica Diagram, 1980). It was also used the Nordic questionnaire (Kuorioka et al.,1986), validated in the Brazilian culture by Barros e Alexandre (2003) and adapted for the study, the direct evaluation and, a direct observation was made in the production work, a posture analysis using the OWAS Method. It was noticed that the posture of standing up is adopted during work, and 73.3% of the people that was interviewed said that they felt tired in consequence of this posture, especially when associated with trunk twists, trunk inclination and elevation of their arms above their heads. Most complains regarding pain through their bodies, by Corllet e Manenica (1980) pointed to the lumbar region, followed in the dorsal area and legs and in the neck area, shoulders and right thigh. The adapted Nordic questionnaire reveled the lumbar area, in 10 interviewed people (33.3%) as the area mostaffected by musculoskeletal symptoms, next in the dorsal area, with five people interviewed (16.7%) and one of them (3.3%) felt pain in the cervical area, none reported pain in the hips area. The postural analysis was applied using OWAS method, and it was identified the postures that demanded more effort in the four levels of musculoskeletal injuries. As conclusion, the standing up posture and the asymmetric and incorrect movements are related to pain in the spine, mostly in the lumbar area.

After the Technological Revolution, the world has undergone many social and behavioral changes that have forced companies to rethink their methods of communication in marketing. Marketing is a strategic business sector with a focus on research into the demands and needs of its customers looking beyond a quality product. Thus, to generate and mediate communication between company and client came the Communication Agencies, third party companies that provide communications services to several companies, and the House Agencies, which constitute a communication area of the company. This paper presents a survey of House Agency, its functioning, structure, demands, functional profile and presents a case study on the House of Agency retail company \\\"Supermarkets Trust\\\", pointing out the strengths and weaknesses that the company faces when choosing structuring an agency of the house.

This study examines the hippotherapy related to school inclusion. Inclusive education, given the diversity of human kind, seeks to understand and meet the educational needs of all students. Visual impairment is defined as a reduction or complete loss of ability to see with the better eye and after the best possible optical correction, and may be perceived by the focus when the individual educational needs of Braille for their learning. Hippotherapy is a therapeutic and educational method that uses the horse in an interdisciplinary approach in health, education and riding, searching for the biopsychosocial development of people with disabilities and/or special needs. The general objectives were: to follow a Hippotherapy program applied to a student with visual disabilities included in regular education from the practice sessions of hippotherapy and the student's school routine, and specific: to verify changes to a student with visual impairment during their participation in an equine therapy program, to check the commitment, involvement and interest in school activities the student practicing hippotherapy inserted into the regular school system. The methodology was a qualitative research, in the form of case study. The instruments of data collection were interviews, video recordings, photographs, school information and the subject of systematic observations of the sessions of hippotherapy. Interviews were conducted at three different times during the course of the program. First we used a strategy for succeeding in increasing the involvement of practicing with the school. Later, another strategy was established, consisting of the effective presence of the researcher in the school to carry out activities on the hippotherapy within the school environment. The analysis of the first interview showed no changes in school interest, however, occurred in the family environment. In analyzing the results of the second interview was seen as a...

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar e discutir os resultados de parte de uma pesquisa empírica levada a cabo em 2008 com alunos de espanhol de um dos Centros de Estudos de Línguas mantido pelo governo estadual de São Paulo. Tínhamos como meta conhecer e mensurar, até onde fosse possível, o nível de motivação dos alunos em sala de aula, assim como as suas principais causas. Uma vez que tais Centros são, no momento, os responsáveis em São Paulo pela aplicação da lei que torna obrigatória a oferta de língua espanhola nas escolas de nível médio do país (no que se refere à escola pública estadual), consideramos pertinente divulgar tais resultados, de forma que as discussões suscitadas por eles possam contribuir para um ensino de línguas mais motivador e, portanto, mais eficiente. A pesquisa, de cunho quantitativo e qualitativo, contou com 161 alunos informantes. Os principais resultados apontaram que i) os estudantes em geral encontram-se motivados durante as aulas de espanhol; ii) a figura do professor, o esforço depreendido, o conteúdo, a autonomia de escolha do idioma estudado e o prazer que têm em aprender a LE foram as principais causas de motivação apresentadas; iii) a falta de conhecimento sobre aspectos culturais da língua alvo foi apontada como uma das principais causas de desmotivação; iv) as atividades descritas como mais motivadoras foram, pela ordem, jogos e brincadeiras, vídeos/filmes e músicas; v) as atividades consideradas menos motivadoras foram seminário, prova oral/chamada oral e redação.

No presente trabalho analisa-se a importância das cooperativas no mercado de crédito rural do Brasil, com foco na visão de quem demanda empréstimos. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo de caso referente à Cooperativa de Crédito Rural dos Fornecedores de Cana e Agropecuaristas da Região de Piracicaba (Cocrefocapi). O objetivo principal é mostrar a importância da Cocrefocapi no financiamento dos fornecedores de cana de Piracicaba, a partir da análise da influência de vários fatores presentes na decisão dos cooperados em escolher esta instituição como principal financiadora. Assim, foram elaborados e testados dois modelos econométricos de resposta qualitativa, além de várias análises descritivas. Os resultados mostram que o tamanho da terra é um fator que deve ser considerado ao se analisar a demanda por crédito agrícola. Além disso, não existe evidência econométrica que mostre que os associados com maior participação no capital institucional da Cocrefocapi tenham maiores incentivos para tomar empréstimos junto à cooperativa. Por outro lado, embora os fornecedores que tomaram empréstimos na Cocrefocapi a tenham escolhido principalmente por menores custos de transação, os resultados indicam que muitas destas pessoas tomaram empréstimos em outras instituições, pois, além de produzirem cana, conduzem outras atividades econômicas que não são financiadas pela Cocrefocapi.

O presente estudo refere-se a uma investigação analítica e descritiva sobre a TV Pinel no Brasil, um programa de televisão desenvolvido no Hospital Psiquiátrico Philippe Pinel, no Rio de Janeiro. E, como trabalho complementar, apresentamos uma análise das atividades culturais, artísticas e esportivas desenvolvidas no Hospital Psiquiátrico de Havana, em Cuba. Este estudo refere-se à busca da compreensão do espaço de comunicação das pessoas que padecem de transtornos mentais, a partir das experiências desses hospitais psiquiátricos os quais se apóiam em estratégias comunicacionais e artísticas para promover a reabilitação psicossocial. As reflexões conceituais sobre o espaço de comunicação estão centradas no conceito de espaço, a partir dos estudos do geógrafo Milton Santos. As discussões teóricas foram sustentadas na Teoria da Complexidade, com base no pensamento do teórico francês Edgar Morin. Apresentamos uma reflexão sobre o modelo de tratamento psiquiátrico a partir dos trabalhos da psiquiatra Nise da Silveira, da artista Lygia Clark, e do médico e artista Lula Wanderley. Esta investigação aborda a importância da arte e da comunicação no processo da ressocialização da pessoa enferma mental.(AU)
