Baicalin (BA) has been shown with anti-HIV-1 activity. Zinc is a nutrient element. The anti-HIV-1 activity of zinc complex of baicalin (BA-Zn) in vitro was studied and compared with the anti-HIV-1 activities between BA and BA-Zn in the present study. Our results suggested that BA-Zn has lower cytotoxicity and higher anti-HIV-1 activity compared with those of BA in vitro. The CC(50)s of BA-Zn and BA were 221.52 and 101.73 muM, respectively. The cytotoxicity of BA-Zn was about 1.2-fold lower than that of BA. The BA and BA-Zn inhibited HIV-1 induced syncytium formation, HIV-1 p24 antigen and HIV-1 RT production. The EC(50)s of BA-Zn on inhibiting HIV-1 induced syncytium formation (29.08 muM) and RT production (31.17 muM) were lower than those of BA (43.27 and 47.34 muM, respectively). BA-Zn was more effective than BA in inhibiting the activities of recombinant RT and HIV-1 entry into host cells. Zinc coupling enhanced the anti-HTV-1 activity of baicalin. (C) 2004 Elsevier Inc. Memory is sensitive to the short-acting anesthetic (2,6-diisopropylphenol) propofol, but the underlying mechanism is little known. Here, we have examined the effects of propofol on synaptic plasticity in the CA1 region of the hippocampus of anesthetized rats. We found that low dose of propofol (20 mg/kg, i.p.) did not affect the basal transmission, but enhanced prominently the development of long-term depression (LTD) and impaired the maintenance of long-term potentiation (LTP). The impairment of LTP maintenance and enhancement of LTD development may contribute to propofol-induced deficits in memory following propofol anesthesia. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. 2006年10月-2007年4月采用瞬时扫描取样法对云南省昭通市大山包黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区内越冬的黑颈鹤(Grus nigricollis)种群进行了越冬时间分配和日间活动节律的研究.取食是黑颈鹤越冬期间最主要的行为,占(53.05±4.93)%,其次为警戒(18.75±2.65)%、搜寻00.38±1.34)%和休整(10.32±4.93)%,其余行为依次为:行走(4.901±1.59)%、飞行(1.70±0.38)%、其他(0.55±0.41)%、争斗(0.36_±0.25)%.黑颈鹤的出飞时间与日出时间、飞回时间与日落时间分别具有显著的正相关和负相关关系.越冬期间黑颈鹤日间各时间段(1h)(09:00-18:00)和各月份间(2006.11-2007.03)行为差异极显著(P<0.05),并呈现出上午和下午取食双峰、中午休息高峰的规律性变化.气温高时黑颈鹤增加休整时间减少取食时间;气温低时则减少休整时间增加取食时间.偏相关分析说明:环境温度独立地对越冬时间分配产生影响,湿度通过温度对黑颈鹤越冬时间分配产生相反的影响.

2003年5月,在广西壮族自治区都安县高岭乡红水河水系采集到一批条鳅标本.经鉴定,为云南鳅属(Yunnanilius)一未经发表的新种.新种长须云南鳅(Yunnanilus longibarbatus sp. nov.) 属于黑斑云南鳅种组(Yunnanilus nigromaculatus group),并与黑斑云南鳅[Y.nigromaculatus (Regan)]、钝吻云南鳅(Y.obtusirostris Yang)、长背云南鳅(Y.longidorsalis Li, Tao et Lu)和巴江云南鳅(Y.bajingensis Li)等4种最为相似.长背云南鳅背鳍分枝鳍条11根,颌须短,仅达眼中部,背鳍起点距吻端较距尾鳍基为近,可与包括本种在内的其余4种相区别(背鳍分枝鳍条8-9根,颌须达到或超过眼后缘,背鳍起点距吻端较距尾鳍基为远).本种和钝吻云南鳅上颌中央无齿状突、下颌中央无缺刻,可与黑斑云南鳅和巴江云南鳅相区别.本种在鳍条数、上下颌、背鳍起点的位置、尾鳍形状、鳞片、头部侧线管孔、体侧纵纹等方面与钝吻云南鳅最为相似,但本种可藉多个特征与后者相区别:颌须伸过眼后缘至鳃盖后缘的中点至鳃盖后缘,是已知云南鳅中须最长的;背鳍不分枝鳍条下1/3处具一不显著黑色斑点 (vs. 无斑);体侧纵纹,其宽窄于眼径,较大个体背鳍之前的纵纹被虫状纹取代 (vs. 体侧纵纹始终存在,其宽约等于眼径);头背具斑点 (vs. 无斑);尾柄较细长,体长/尾柄长=5.3-6.1 (vs. 7.4-9.0,尾柄长/尾柄高=1.3-1.8 vs. 0.8-1.1).

下载PDF阅读器灵长类动物的ABO血型抗原都表达在组织器官内,而不是在红细胞上,这给灵长类动物血型的鉴定带来很大的困难.为找到更加简捷、准确鉴定灵长类动物类人ABO血型的方法,采用近年来临床上广泛应用的卡式微柱凝胶正、反定型法对34只猕猴和16只食蟹猴的血型进行了鉴定,并与肾组织免疫组化法的检测结果进行比较.结果显示:卡式微柱凝胶正定型法的检测结果中无一例为阳性结果;血浆中的纤维蛋白原和人-猴种属间非特异性抗体都会对卡式微柱凝胶反定型法的部分检测结果产生干扰;采用经正常人O型红细胞吸附处理后的清亮血清,卡式微柱凝胶反定型法的检测结果明确,与免疫组化法判定结果一致.由此得出:卡式微柱凝胶反定型法可以用于灵长类动物血型的鉴定,其主要干扰因素为血浆内的纤维蛋白原和人-猴种属间非特异性抗体,在采用清亮血清及经正常人O型红细胞吸附处理后能消除其干扰.

在对编码序列的碱基分布作大量统计分析的基础上,对内含子序列中G、C的分布作了统计分析.发现内含子在“三碱基组”的意义下,第一位上(G+C)含量占优势.如果将同一基因的外显子三联密码和内含子“三碱基组”做比较,发现在内含子中出现而外显子中没有的那些三碱基组,它们大多属于Lió所列出的“非偏爱”密码
