Education is an essential part of the overall development of a human being. There are opportunities of knowledge production and teaching and learning in many environments, so education is not limited to the school environment. A possible field of teacher's performance takes place in the context of educational social projects, therefore, the importance of knowing and evaluating this environment. Rise to concern about how important and what the reflection of the social projects in the lives of children who often find themselves in a social risk to the margins of society and the research is justified by considering the community education as an opportunity to change lives and society itself. Thus, a qualitative study of descriptive type in a social project based on the Waldorf was developed, aiming to know how the project was carried out and verify the importance of it in a poor neighborhood of the city of Botucatu-SP

Projeto dança-cidadã: uma articulação da Cia Estável de Dança de Bauru, poder público e comunidade na promoção da arte-educação

In recent years, the concept of art education has been changing substantially the artistic and cultural education in the Brazilian educational system, particularly in relation to the formation of a critical awareness and practice of citizenship. In this process, the Community Public Relations and Public Communication excel in fostering alliances between government and community. Based on literature review and authors debates, such as Geertz, Santos, White, Freire, Araujo, Barbosa, Kunsch e Peruzzo. Besides the analysis of important materials, official documents and Brazilian projects involving art, culture and education, such as Research-Action Report 2013, the National Plan for Culture, the National Education Plan and the Municipal Act 6119; this paper seeks to explicit this affirmation, assuming the social transformation aiming a full citizenship, as a motivational factor. In this paper we also present a plan that includes a project in art education for the Stable Dance Company and the public elementary schools in Bauru SP

Educação e políticas públicas para o idoso

The ‘Estatuto do Idoso’ (senior citizen statute), Brazilian federal law promulgated in 2003, defines senior citizen as the person with 60 years old, or more. Revered as a landmark recognition of the senior´s rights, it guarantees, among others, the right of education. According to the statutory provisions, the education is personal right of the elderly person and must be assured with absolute priority by the State, the family, the society, as well by entities. However, in practice, just few senior citizens enjoy the right of education, since this policy has not been developed with focus in the old age, since educational practices are aimed, in most cases, to the younger age groups. Nevertheless, some initiatives seek to invest in the education for the elderly, like happens with the University of the Third Age (U3A). Although this kind of initiatives have been reason of celebration such projects should be enforced and consolidated as an object of better political investment to enlarge the access to the education right to the senior citizens in general. Due to the visibility achieved by the senior population, a possible way to the establishment of services in the area of education, would be the formation of partnerships between educational institutions that understand old age as a potential expansion of cultural goods and production of knowledge.

Definição e abordagem de currículo: exame de um curso de formação de professores para a educação não formal em ONGs

This article presents a research aimed to analyze the approach and the definition of guiding curriculum of teacher training for work in the non-formal education in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We opted for a qualitative approach and case study of Te- acher Training Course for NGOs, developed by Ong São Paulo-SP. The research instruments were: analysis of documents of the cou- rse, interviews with trainers and coordinator and literature review. In this course, curriculum is defined as a path to be followed by students and instructors and the coordinator of the subjects studied. We adopted the so-called Integrated Curriculum, in which teaching occurs by the study of problem situations and integrators of learning projects. At the end, we suggest improving the course and following that information, it is hoped, one will support the production of fur- ther comparative research.

Análise do processo formativo de professores para a educação não formal realizada em organizações não governamentais

This article presents research academic-scientific aimed to examine the definition and theoretical approach or model curriculum that organizes and guides the training of teachers to work in the field of non-formal education made in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We chose to adopt the perspective of qualitative research was conducted and the case study course called Teacher Training for NGOs, developed by an NGO based in the city of São Paulo. The research instruments were used: document analysis course, semi-directive interviews with their trainers and coordinator and literature review. Examined in the course curriculum is defined as a path to be followed by students and instructors and as organizer of the subjects studied. Adopts the approach named Integrated Curriculum, in which teaching occurs through the study of problem situations and integration projects of learning. At the end of the study, it is suggested that the improvement of the course and follow information that, hopefully, support the production of further comparative research.

Formação acadêmica inicial em educação física: perfis profissionais, objetivos e fluxos curriculares de uma instituição privada de ensino superior do interior do Estado de São Paulo

The present study represents a qualitative thesis, characterized as a case study, which uses the method of the present approach. In addressing the academic home in physical education, there is the constancy of the discussions regarding the curriculum and professional formatting. In view of the curriculum modifications to fit the new legislation, and the fact they are few studies related to private institutions that offer such courses, which offer even greater number of courses when compared to public institutions aimed to investigate and analyze the professional profiles, curricular goals and flows contained in the pedagogical projects of courses bachelor degree in physical education and a private institution of higher education of the State of São Paulo, as well as verifying the existence and adequacy of articulation to the institutional educational project and the institutional development plan. Compounding the literature review discussed the key historical facts relating to courses in physical education in our country, and its path to the current model. Also presented was the law of physical education courses in force in Brazil and some concepts about teaching course projects and their relationship to other institutional documents. Techniques were used to review and document analysis, with primary source documents of their own and other government institution. It found a lack of interest of some private institutions of higher education in official documents available for this type of research, which is bad since there are more courses offered by them compared to public institutions. As for the degree course for training teachers of physical education, found lack of specificity regarding the differentiation between content and the bachelor, which ends up deviating from the expectations contained in the course to the one presented in the curriculum. A extensão universitária e o atletismo: investigando os projetos oferecidos pelas universidades brasileiras

O atletismo, no Brasil, é um esporte pouco divulgado nas aulas de Educação Física. Vários são os motivos apontados para que isso ocorra: falta de material, deficiência de infraestrutura, falta de interesse dos alunos e ausência de um caráter lúdico no ensino das provas. Entretanto, o GEPPA, Grupo de Estudos Pedagógicos e Pesquisa em Atletismo, por meio da pesquisa e extensão universitária, tem se dedicado à difusão e estudo das inúmeras possibilidades de adequação e criação de oportunidades que envolvem seu ensino. Partindo dessa ideia, o grupo desenvolve o Projeto de Extensão Atletismo para Crianças e Jovens na cidade de Rio Claro, que tem, justamente, o intuito de divulgar o atletismo e proporcionar às crianças e jovens da comunidade um contato com essa modalidade esportiva. Constatando-se a eficácia desse Projeto de Extensão, desenvolvido na Unesp-RC, este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo: promover a pesquisa em torno do atletismo, a fim de evidenciar o panorama da extensão de atletismo no ambiente universitário brasileiro. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi desenvolvida uma revisão de literatura que em um primeiro momento abordará os principais problemas que cercam o ensino do atletismo, apontando o papel do profissional de Educação Física no seu ensino; aspectos relacionados à extensão universitária brasileira e à sua relação com o ensino e à pesquisa. Além disso, será realizada uma pesquisa exploratória na internet, em busca de materiais que poderão evidenciar a existência de projetos de extensão de atletismo oferecidos à comunidade, que serão descritos no trabalho a partir das informações coletadas. Com base nos resultados dessa pesquisa esperamos concentrar informações referentes a projetos destinados ao ensino do atletismo no Brasil, tomando como ponto de partida que esse tipo de trabalho de extensão universitária é importantíssimo para a difusão...
