La educación técnica y el mundo de trabajo petrolero. El impacto de la reforma educativa y la reorganización productiva de los años '90 en Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, Argentina

La educación técnica en Comodoro Rivadavia tuvo, desde sus orígenes, una sostenida articulación con el ámbito laboral de la producción petrolera que resultó fuertemente impactada por la aplicación de las modificaciones implementadas en los ?90. Estas reformas, que en lo referente a la relación Educación / Trabajo aludían discursivamente a la necesidad de articular la educación formal con los nuevos modelos de organización productiva, provocaron una desarticulación profunda entre la educación institucionalizada y el mundo del trabajo petrolero basado en estos nuevos modelos de organización. Las operadoras petroleras, organizadas productivamente a partir de un modelo cercano al toyotismo, han dejado de receptar como trabajadores a los graduados de la Escuela Técnica Las empresas de servicios, más ligadas a un modelo de producción fordista, incorporan eventualmente a graduados de la institución analizada. No obstante, las consideraciones que se hacen acerca de su desempeño laboral ? desde el sindicato, los trabajadores de las empresas y los mismos docentes ? son altamente negativas. La reforma educativa de los ?90 no sólo no ha logrado una formación de trabajadores polivalentes para las nuevas formas de organización productiva, también impactó negativamente en las intencionalidades y logros históricos de la educación técnica ligados a la "producción en masa"

No fio da meada: um estudo acerca da precarização do trabalho na indústria têxtil

In line with the process of financialization and globalization of capital, which has intensified in all latitudes of the globe, the world of work is permeated by his determinations arising and also has been (re) setting from numerous changes expressed by example, in the unbridled expansion of temporary forms of work activities, and flexible outsourced by the growth of informality, forming a new morphology of work. However, regardless of how these forms are expressed in concrete materiality, there is something that unifies: all of them are marked by exponentiation of insecurity and hence the numerous negative effects on the lives of individuals who need to sell their labor power to survive. Given this premise, the present work is devoted to study, within the framework of the Brazilian particularities of transition between Fordism and Toyotism, what we call composite settings of the conditions and labor relations processed within the North river- textile industry Grande. To this end, guided by historical and dialectical materialism, we made use of social research in its qualitative aspect, using semi-structured interviews, in addition to literature review, information retrieval and use of field notes. From our raids, we note that between the time span stretching from the 1990s to the current year, the Natal textile industry has been undergoing a process of successive and intense changes in their modus operandi, geared specifically to the organization and labor management causing, concomitantly, several repercussions for the entire working class.

Café opita, un negocio para catar: análisis organizacional de productores, comerciantes y multinacionales de café en Neiva, Huila

Varias investigaciones sobre el café han enfatizado la dimensión económica e histórica para analizarlo. La estructura económica, los precios, la organización de las empresas de acuerdo a la reducción de costos, los procesos políticos y culturales en fin, han sido los articuladores de estos análisis. Sin embargo, el presente trabajo se enfatizó en el análisis de las organizaciones a partir de la antropología empresarial de Bourdieu para abordar el café en Neiva. Cómo las diferentes organizaciones de intermediación interactúan para establecer, garantizar y perpetuar su posición en el mercado del café.
