A produção do conhecimento em universidades é analisada como resultante da experiência individual em contexto histórico e sociocultural. Há fatores determinantes, de base epistemológica, e outros, condicionantes, na produção do conhecimento. Esta passa a adquirir significado estratégico para o país, inserido em uma economia globalizada. A aquisição de competitividade pelas nossas universidades dependerá de formas inovadoras de gestão de talentos.

A construção teórica do real: Uma questão para a produção do conhecimento em educação

The central theme of this article is the research in education. The aim is to bring up the contribution developed by Mirian Limoeiro Cardoso in Brazil for the production of knowledge in education, besides the propositions of foreign authors, often used as references to base of the research. The starting point, here described, is the statement that the empirical real is not the object of knowledge, but what is presented as an object to be known, is always the real that, in different forms, is an object involved by theory. Thinking about the research in this view the necessecity of revision of the meaning of the object to be known, the object that is also an educative action in its different and several manifestations and the discussion of its importance for the teachers? and researchers? formation.

Este estudo analisa o periódico Educação Física - Revista de Esporte e Saúde, objetivando levantar algumas questões sobre a produção de conhecimento e a organização profissional do campo Educação Física no Brasil. Como metodologia de trabalho utilizou-se a análise do discurso tendo como fonte primária o próprio periódico. A produção do conhecimento na área do lazer: uma análise sobre as temáticas formação e atuação profissional nos Anais do Enarel de 1997 a 2006

The present study’s aim was to check the academic-scientific productions conveyed in the several versions of the National Meeting on Recreation and Leisure (Enarel) to find out what courses have been taken within the studies on leisure regarding professional education and performance. Through literature review, the study adopted a qualitative methodology and its method was an exploratory study of the period ranging from 1997 to 2006. One hundred and thirty six works (oral communications or free subjects) were analyzed in a quali-quantitative approach. Results show that 50% of the works were produced collectively; as to the institutions, 77.02% of them were linked to academic institutions; regarding methodology, it was found that 58% explicitly presented the kind of research performed, and the most used methods were the “comparative studies”, with 26.11%, followed by “case studies”, with 14.17%.

The paper explores some issues related to the production of knowledge in the academic fi eld, relating it to the problem of knowledge dissemination beyond this restricted universe. Taking on theoretical sources from Bourdieu’s fi eld concept and his studies concerning the university fi eld in the work Homo academicus, seeks to examine, in an exploratory approach, the operation modes from academic and diffusion fi elds, opposing the actions from so-called experts and intellectual media, or intermediaries.

Cálculo mental e a produção do conhecimento matemático

This text presents the research developed with students of the 5th year of elementary school at a public school in the city of Taubaté-SP, involved in solving problems involving the Mental Calculation. The read authors show that the Mental Calculation is relevant for the production of mathematical knowledge as it favors the autonomy of students, making it the most critical. Official documents that guide educational practices, such as the Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais also emphasize that working with mental arithmetic should be encouraged as it has the potential to encourage the production of mathematical knowledge by the student. In this research work Completion of course the tasks proposed to students, who constituted the fieldwork to production data, were designed, developed and analyzed in a phenomenological approach. The intention, the research was to understand the perception of students in the face of situations that encourage them to implement appropriate technical and mental calculation procedures. A produção de conhecimento em Psicologia: a análise do comportamento

O artigo discute a proposta behaviorista radical de constituição da Psicologia como ciência do comportamento, destacando três conjuntos de questões: a) a noção de conhecimento com a qual opera, especialmente do ponto de vista da rejeição de princípios do positivismo lógico e adoção de uma concepção instrumental e relacional; b) uma interpretação da Psicologia como campo de saber que articula conteúdos filosóficos, científicos e aplicados e c) o programa de investigação dos fenômenos psicológicos orientado por um recorte externalista e por uma concepção selecionista de causalidade. A elaboração behaviorista radical é contrastada com concepções modernas acerca do homem, salientando-se seu alcance e seu caráter crítico e inovador na Psicologia e na cultura em geral.
